• Yazmin (5/5): - There was a nice balcony. The room was quite big. Check-in and check-out was relatively easy, though the security is questionable. The door knob is my biggest issue with this place. It seems like it's about to break at any moment. Opening and closing the door was a challenge each time. Seriously recommend changing that doorknob. The building itself is old and a bit shady, and the lift lifts are extremely slow. There was no toiletries available.

Pros: * Easy and smooth check-in process * Fast response and helpful communication * Affordable price * Nice view from the window and balcony Cons / Areas for Improvement: * Lack of clear instructions regarding electricity and water usage (manual switches and water pipe) * Room was a bit dusty upon arrival * Bed sheets looked worn and slightly dusty * Only 2 pillows provided, and they seemed old — additional pillows would be appreciated * Towels were quite worn and not comfortable to use (guests may need to bring their own) * No iron and ironing board provided (important for guests who need to iron clothes, especially tudung) * It would be good to provide air freshener to improve overall cleanliness and freshness

• SGE TECH (7/5): - The apartment unit is beach view. I love it so much eventhough the kitchen at the unit not reach my expectation. I hope in future the management can provide complete set kitchen so that guest can cook meal for family.

• Aizierah (4/5): Overall with price, you could get better place elsewhere. - It’s exactly as in picture advertised. The plus point are only the pool (the adult pool are only 4ft) and it’s near to the beach. Plus there’s aircond each room and it’s cool. Also the host is very responsive and friendly It’s an old apartment. No towel, toilet flooded, no toiletries provided, the fridge is a bit dirty. The kitchen area also have some unpleasant smell.

Once opened the door, were welcomed with urine stench and there was a water tank problem and the staff wasn't bothered to alert us. We had to drive out to finish our "business". Once we're back home water was available with inconsistent pressure. By the time we ready to sleep, the bed broke and we had to sleep on the floor. The room we got had "disturbings", so no sleep for us. The worst was when we're giving them the feedbacks, the audacity of the staff to say, maybe you guys are unlucky, others never complained. • Hazel (1/5): Booked for 10 nights, stayed for 1 hour! - Nothing! This is the absolutely worst place I've ever booked, so bad that we checked out after 1 hour! Had to hunt around to find someone to get checked in. Was told we couldn't have internet til next day even though it was only 8pm when we arrived. Eventually we did get internet and booked ourselves straight out of there. The table was crawling with ants, the balcony door didn't lock, the fridge was soaking wet inside, and there was a broken wardrobe. The building itself looks like a prison from tv/movies with metal bars on all the doors, some doors smashed in. Not a very welcoming atmosphere. I've seen better council estates! Didn't receive a response when I messaged to say we were checking out, that in itself tells me they are used to this happening. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else.
