• DOMENICO (10/5): Tutto perfetto, grazie - Tutto. Semplicemente tutto. Accoglienza gentile, premurosa e calorosa. Una breve vacanza con mia moglie, la nostra cagnolina e i miei genitori, siamo stati benissimo e pensiamo di tornare appena rifaremo una vacanza da quelle parti. Vorrei ringraziare per i biscotti di Roccalbegna che ci sono stati gentilmente offerti, presi appositamente per noi. Colazione fantastica, posto curato, stanze pulite, disponibilità sincera. Situato nel centro storico di Semproniano, in un'antica dimora, è un posto incantevole anche (e soprattutto) grazie all'estrema cura con cui è stato ristrutturato e arredato. Il signor Marcello è un host impeccabile, sempre disponibile e attento ai bisogni dei suoi ospiti, interessante e di compagnia. Ciliegina sulla torta: ottima - e abbondante - colazione, a base di prodotti caserecci (torte, biscotti, marmellate prodotti dal signor Marcello e sua moglie).

Dalla cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario alla pulizia, alla cura in ogni dettaglio, al fatto che è davvero una residenza signorile e offre uno spazio interno dove poter stare all'aperto la sera. L'unica cosa è che essendo un piccolo borgo non puoi lasciare la macchina vicinissimo e c'è un pezzo di strada da fare a piedi, ma nulla di eccessivo.

The place is very authentic inside, an ancient and well-preserved building. The room conveys the living history of the place. A modest but very tasty breakfast (everything is made by the owner of the place). A very special and pleasant experience.

Lovingly restored with a hidden terrace - ideal for catching the sun while enjoying breakfast which was abundant and delicious - Marcello even freshly baked a croissant for me. Highly recommend a visit if you are wanting to stay in the area or have a car and wanting to go to natural hot springs (15min drive). We also had a lovely breakfast with delicious cake made by Marcello's wife, we felt right at home. Thank you Marcello!

We really loved his Amazing Company and the beautiful residence he built. Looking forward to coming back to visit him again next time we'll l be on our way to val d'Orcia.
• Dominick (9/5): Quiet and cozy - We like Marcello, he was very accomodating even with the little english he knew! He always made sure we had everything we needed. The location itself is on a beautiful town and is worth exploring when you have the time. There is a bit of a walk from the car park to the location and since it's a beautiful old-style accommodation, there was no elevator so it's a bit of a challenge to bring up the luggage, Marcello was happy to help though!

• Pavel (10/5): Outstanding experience if Tuscany - You feel really welcomed here. The host treats you like his personal guest, not a customer. His wife makes delicious cakes for breakfast. And the house itself is located at the very heart of the historic centre. It cannot be reached by car but this small inconvenience is mire than comoensated. You can exoerience what it’s like to live in an old Italian house, the bonus being a romantic litttle garden with fantastic views of the amazing Tuscanian countryside.

• Lena (10/5): I loved it! - Throughout my whole bikepacking trip, La Antiche Mura, was the place where I immediately felt at home. Everything is incredibly lovingly done. Marcello welcomes you with open arms and is always available for questions. I hope one day I will be able to return to Semproniano and visit this magical place again.
• Maurizio (10/5): relax, thermal water and wonderful sightseeings - Kindness of Marcello, owner of the premise, cleanliness of the room, amazing view on the village and on the mountains, wonderful breakfast with genuine handmade cakes and confiture, absolute silence of the small village of Semproniano. Marcello, everyday prapared for us a detailed an accurate list of places to see and thing to do around the location. Wonderful the "cascate del molino" in Saturnia terms. I liked everything
• Isabel (10/5): Exceptional stay. - The property is charming, clean, and recently renovated. The location is close to multiple small towns and sightseeing. The stay offered breakfast, spacious room, towels, additional blankets and pillows, parking, and great hospitality. Is a great B&B and highly recommended.
• Rachel (8/5): Very good - The hotel was lovely and the host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean. Bathrooms are small. Unfortunately the location is a very small town which although beautiful has only two restaurants. One restaurant was closed and the other was fully booked. So be warned to book the restaurant here in advance if you want to eat. You can drive to a nearby town but after you've driven through this town to get here you don't really want to drive back on discovering there is nowhere to eat.
