I arrived around 1pm and the front desk Ms Florence was kind enough to get us our rooms prior to check in as we had a small child. I also wanted to watch a match that was at 1115pm and even though the cafe closes at 11 then kept the TV on so that I could watch my match. Overall very satisfied and I would come again Breakfast option could be more In one of room there was some smell in the bath room There was no soap provided for showering in the tubs

The pool water temperature was fine enough for us to swim and use it inspite of climate being so cold. The rooms are spacious which I love about the property The breakfast this time was really not that good as my last visits. The fried items were so soggy and dry.. the bread items was moist. Coffee machine had really bad coffee. Just few item were fine. The sad serving at the restaurant looked so sad and not interested. Just 1 staff ( forgot his name) from Bangladesh was very helpful.
