- Andreja (8/5): The best place for having a coffee at the waterfront not far from Amsterdam - The location is excellent for a nice rest on the waterfront. Terrace sits directly on the lake where you can have your coffee or meal in tranquility surrounded by nature. We stayed in studio with a double bed. The bedding and towels were provided (no toiletries, no soap or shower gel, and no toilet paper, which was not a problem if you bring your own ). Kitchenette was well equipped. Bedding and towels were very clean, but upholstered furniture and carpeted floors are not the best solution for renting since they can’t ever be properly cleaned. Kitchenette could be cleaner. We found some hair in drawers and some sticky cutlery, including the tray for cutlery itself.
- Dos santos (8/5): Parfait pour visiter Amsterdam - Emplacement correct pour se rendre rapidement à Amsterdam et quartier très chic. Chambres individuelles avec lavabo ce qui évite les fille d'attente pour la salle de bain et 2 wc (1 dans la salle de bain, l'autre indépendant). L'hébergement était situé au bord d'une route et sur le palier d'un bar/snack, une des chambre était donnait sur ce palier et la route donc bruyant avec le passage. Le plus désagréable a été le bruit de pas qu'on entendait principalement le matin et le soir, on aurait dit des troupeaux qui se déplaçait, ne sachant pas vraiment d'où cela venais difficile d'aller demander un peu de savoir vivre et de respect.

- FLE (6/5): Top niveau localisation mais bof niveau logement - Emplacement top pour visiter Amsterdam, puis rentrer dans un environnement aéré, nature et lieu plutôt paisible "Tromperie" sur la vue. Car malgré un supplément vue lac, concrètement la vue est obstruée par d'autres constructions + bateaux. De plus la location est très sommaire. Besoin de rafraîchissement. Une salle de douche/WC ridiculement petite. Pour utiliser le WC,il faut être de petit gabarit sinon, les jambes touchent le mur !

- Veronica (10/5): - Host super gentili e disponibili. Vengono incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci hanno accolto molto bene in un ambiente quasi familiare, come omaggio di benvenuto un piccolo pensiero fatto di ovetti di cioccolato, apprezzato da noi. Inoltre, hanno accolto la nostra richiesta di effettuare il check in prima del previsto. Ci siamo trovati bene in questo posto e lo consigliamo. Ambiente un po’ piccolo, ma per un soggiorno di pochi giorni piu che sufficiente, dato l’ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo e la vicinanza ad Amsterdam. Raggiungibile comodamente anche in bici essendoci una vasta rete di piste ciclabili!

- Vít (7/5): Celkově bylo velmi příjemné, včetně vybavení a personálu. Velikonoční vajíčka byla nečekanou milou pozorností. - Výborná lokalita, prostředí kolem housboatu. Chyběly filtry do kávovaru, ukotvení houseboatu bylo při vlnách hlasité, když ložnice byly hned nad tím.
- Roberts (9/5): Great boathouse! 👌🏼 - Location is very chill. Boat cabin was very spacious for 4 persons. Staff is friendly and will help you in any way they are able to. It's not too far from Amsterdam by car, but might be a bit too far for a bicycle or to walk. There are some nearby grocery stores and restaurants. This has nothing to do with apartment, but it seems like Bolt drivers (that's what we used while staying there) are not that willing to go that far out. It takes around 15-20 minutes by car and approx. 30€+ to order one outside busy hours. But still few times we had to wait almost an hour before we found a driver who accepted the ride. When it comes to apartments, I didn't see a hairdryer anywhere, so that might be a concern for ladies (it might be possible to get one from the staff if asked beforehand).

- Sandra (10/5): Comfortabel, schoon en een prachtig uitzicht op de plas - Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Compleet uitgeruste en ruime woonboot. Heel schoon. Heerlijke bedden. Fijne douche. We verbleven hier een nachtje met 4 vriendinnen en een hondje. Het voelde echt als vakantie. Fijn dat een late check-out mogelijk was. Niets. Het was precies wat we zochten.

- Martin (9/5): Traumhafte Aussicht - Lage war top, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht einmalig. Unsere Bettbezug hatte mehrere Risse, gelbe Flecken in der Decke selber, aber nicht im Überzug. Der Wasserhahn war nicht richtig fest und müsste mal nachgezogen werden. Man konnte den nach links und rechts drehen. Der Handgriff innen bei der tür im Bad war locker und kam uns mehrmals entgegen. Müsste auch mal nachgezogen werden (Appartment 12) Das sind aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten, die Unterkunft war super und würden es jederzeit sofort wieder buchen.

- Ivette (6/5): - De locatie en het uitzich waren top. Hele mooie zonsopkomst. De kamer rook naar sigarettenrook, deur open gezet en met parfum gesprayed maar de geur bleef helaas.

- Anja (8/5): - Wunderschöne Lage. Wie die Fotos es zeigen, direkt nach dem Aufwachen aufs Wasser zu schauen war grossartig. Unser Bad war sehr modern und überaschend gross, das Bett sehr hochwertig. Es ist etwas hellhörig.

- larissa (7/5): Beautiful location. Amazing sunshine. Hardly any privacy. More like camping than hotel. - Amazing location. Very peaceful and right on the water. The room was cold upon arrival. Heating available. The bathroom floor was freezing. It was January. The walls were paper thin and there was a (locked) room door separating our room from the next room. We could hear everything.

- Ela (8/5): Beautiful nature and quiet surroundings - Very nice place to visit the castle in Utrecht and rent a SUP to explore the nearby nature. You might think it’s in the middle of nowhere, but then you realize that, in terms of nature, you have everything you need right there.

- Simone (6/5): Schöne Lage,Service und Infrastruktur ausbaufähig - Das Zimmer war groß, das Bad war groß, es gab täglich frische Handtücher, was wir nicht gebraucht hätten. Zimmer hat eine Terrasse direkt zum See. Wir hatten leider, ohne es zu bemerken, nur ein Zimmer gebucht und wollten eigentlich eine Ferienwohnung. Dadurch hatten wir keine Versorgung und an der Rezeption konnte man Kaffee erst ab 12:00 Uhr kaufen und es gab keine Möglichkeit zu frühstücken. Das war für uns nicht schön. Durch die Lage auf einer Landzunge am See, musste man weiter zu einem Supermarkt fahren und es gab auch keine Möglichkeit im Ort zu frühstücken . Diese Informationen wäre vielleicht gut, wenn man sich vorher in einer Beschreibung lesen könnte. Der Wasserkocher war schmutzig und voller Kalk, den wollten wir nicht benutzen. Es gab einen großen Hof mit Schranke, dieser war aber selbst für Gäste gebührenpflichtig, wir haben dann an einer sehr schmalen Straße mit unserem Auto geparkt.

- Bartłomiej (8/5): Doskonała baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Amsterdamu i okolic - Godzina jazdy rowerem od centrum Amsterdamu, samochodem 20 min. Dookoła hotelu woda. W pokoju wszystko co potrzebujesz do wypoczynku. Bardzo miła obsługa. Możliwość wypożyczenia roweru na miejscu. Parking nie powinien być płatny. Hotel znajduje się w miejscu gdzie nie ma publicznego parkingu. ,,Seating area'' to była dwuosobowa ławka przed drzwiami do pokoju w korytarzu. Ten zapis wprowadził mnie w błąd, że pokój ma taras albo balkon. Gdyby nie zapis o seating area zwróciłbym uwagę, że pokój na piętrze nie ma tarasu ani balkonu. Cena wypożyczenia roweru jest identyczna jak w centrum Amsterdamu. Mogłaby być bardziej okazyjna. Rowery, które wypożycza hotel, należą do dużej zewnętrznej firmy oferującej swoje rowery w całym Amsterdamie. Na minus słaby stan techniczny rowerów przy hotelu. Dwa razy wypożyczałem rowerem i za każdym razem były z nim problemy techniczne. Na plus, kiedy za drugim razem zdarzyła się usterka roweru, która uniemożliwiła nim jazdę, mogłem szybko i sprawnie wymienić na sprawny rower.
