Di recente ristrutturazione dove sapientemente sono stati lasciati dettagli tipici delle case toscane.Letto con materasso in memory molto comodo. Il bagno finestrato con una bella doccia e molti spazi dove poter tenere gli oggetti da toeletta anche questo molto pulito. Personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo inoltre cenato nel loro ristorante tutte e due le sere, dove si mangia benissimo. Consigliato per passare dei giorni di relax e visitare sia l'Argentario che la maremma. Niente

She's the owner of the hotel and she's the chef at the restaurant downstairs called, Il Carraio, which was fantastic. The apartment is quiet and beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom has great hot water and water pressure. We loved our stay and we loved this quiet, little town. Highly recommend!!!!!

Squisita, gentile e premurosa. Le camere oltre le nostre aspettative e la mattina seguente un 'ottima colazione con prodotti provenienti anche dal loro frutteto. Salumi a km 0. Attenzione ai dettagli e cura negli arredi che ci hanno svelato in seguito la bravura anche di suo marito architetto. Torneremo sicuramente !!
- Ingrid (10/5): Marvellous - Looking for a one night stay to bridge our journey east to west, I found this guesthouse by accident. Impressed by their online photos, I booked a room not realizing how amazing this stay would be. Gaia, the owner, has impeccable taste. You'll notice it in the design of the rooms (which have both style and comfort) and in the fantastic dishes served at her small restaurant just a short walk down the road into town. I had never heard of Scansano, but now I will never forget it. It was the perfect weekend getaway. By the way, if you go here and no one is around to check you in, just walk down the steps to the road and find Gaia in the first restaurant you see.

Innanzitutto un grazie speciale va a Gaia, la proprietaria del B&B e del ristorante annesso, una persona splendida che non può non lasciarti qualcosa. They also operate a fabulous restaurant right below the accommodation The street below can be a little bit noisy during the early morning hours, so if you’d like to sleep with windows open, that can be a minor issue

She shared amazing travel tips with us, and invited us to her restaurant down the street - was truly delicious! You can feel that the owners put their heart and soul into this place and the experience of the guests. Moreover, as guests of Morelliana, included in our stay we could participate in wine tasting session at Enoteca - excellent! The room itself was extremely clean, tastefully furnished, with everything you needed. Big public parking was right next to the building. Would recommend without a doubt! -

- chiara (9/5): Ottimo - La suite al 2o piano e’ molto confortevole, ben arredata e accessoriata, il letto è comodissimo, ha una bella vista e la struttura e’ centrale e il parcheggio gratuito a due passi. Lo staff e’ molto gentile, sorridente e disponibilissimo. Siamo stati molto bene, grazie! L’insonorizzazione delle camere e’ molto poca perché la struttura è antica e probabilmente la struttura è di legno, quindi se gli altri ospiti non sono educati (come e’ capitato a noi l’ultimo giorno). se ne può soffrire.
- Agostino Zanelli (10/5): Un soggiorno perfetto a Scansano - Siamo stati in questo B&B a Scansano con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è perfetta: proprio in centro, comoda per visitare i borghi della zona, le terme di Saturnia, il parco dell’Uccellina e tante altre mete meravigliose della Maremma. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa e sincera: Gaia, la padrona di casa, è davvero speciale. Ti fa sentire subito a casa, sempre gentile e attenta. Una nota di merito va al ristorante della struttura, Il Carraio: cucina curata, ingredienti locali di qualità, ottimo vino (anche quello prodotto dalla famiglia di Gaia, una bella scoperta!). Vale davvero la sosta, anche solo per una cena. Torneremo sicuramente.
