• Richard (9/5): Beautiful place and amazing location. - The Location The master bed was uncomfortable, the lights on the ac lit the entire room. Combined made it hard to sleep through the night.
• KaDeidra (5/5): Not worth it. - The location to the beachside is good. Walking distance to descent food. The host did not follow through with fixing a maintenance order they claimed happened right before our arrival. Therefore my friends was without power to their bedroom/bathroom. We ended finding another accommodation with full power and was never compensated for the unused night. We also were informed after arrival that they do not provide washcloths which was another inconvenience. The dishes including the coffee pot did not meet standard. Everything had to be rewashed to use. The place wasn't filthy but definitely not the cleaness. On arrival, all the towels was folded and damp. We had to rewash them. For a party of 6. They supplied 6 towels. No washcloths. For the price of $700/night and as a frequent traveler this condo was not worth it.

• Julie (10/5): We had a wonderful time and loved Puerto Rico. - The condo is in a great location. It is in between two beautiful beaches, and walking distance to some nice restaurants. Twice we had challenges with communication with the contact for the property. Before we left, and a second time during our stay we received a confirmation stating that we were checking out the first when our reservation was for checking out on the second. When I messaged the contact confirming they had us checking out the second and not the first, their response both times was that we couldn’t have late checkout on the second due to another party coming in right after us. I wasn’t asking for late check out either time. In the end everything with the dates was fine and we had a fabulous time.

• chris (10/5): - Host is very nice, property is nice and located within 15 mins from everything, Airport, restaurants, shops, etc. Condo is nice and clean, beds are comfy. Elevator is slow as a snail, but at least they have one! Would recommend.

My family and I had a perfect vacation at this stunningly beautiful property with gorgeous views and easy access to a beautiful beach. Wonderfully equipped. Responsive host. Would definitely return. Only complaint is more hooks in bathrooms and maybe more towels but this was truly an amazing property.

• Cummings (10/5): Wish I could've stayed longer!! - This was my second stay at this location, and once again, it did not disappoint. Host, location, condition of the place all excellent. When in San Juan, this is my go to. Location is a five minute walk from shops. 3 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. It really doesn't get much better than this for the value. I'll be back next year around the same time, and I'll be booking well ahead of time. Thanks so much for making my stay everything I needed it to be. Maurice

• Sienna (10/5): The epitome of a vacation property! - Directly on the beach with a prime location in San Juan! The amenities and fixtures are beautiful and modern and there are sweeping windows that showcase the beautiful sea views !There is also a washer and dryer should you need it and beach equipment. Raul was super thorough with the walkthrough and available to answer questions after the fact. Great value! There are several keys that you need in order to get into the condo so if you have a large group, everyone needs to move as a unit. I actually ended up locking myself out taking out the trash

• Luis (8/5): Overall our stay was good. - Beach access and views from the apartment are exceptional! The morning view from the master bedroom are beautiful! The bed is very comfortable! We stayed 6 nights and it was very quiet which I loved! You book this location for the views. It was hard to find the location when you put the address in maps. I had to look at the pictures to figure out where the apartment was located. There are multiple keys needed to get up to the room. There was sand on the couch and in the beds but that’s expected when your so close to the beach I suppose. The sink to the master bathroom was clogged so every time we used it the water would stay in the sink for some time. They did not allow marquee letters on the beach for a wedding proposal. We had to adjust our plans for my daughters proposal because the host said that wasn’t allowed but I did not know marquee letters are not allowed on some beaches. That was VERY disappointing to say the least!

• Dr. (10/5): We had a great time. the place is comfortable. - proximity to the beach While we were assigned a parking spot, residents of the building were at times inconsiderate and took our spot over night. after speaking with a resident, she knew who the vehicle belonged to and the person vacated the spot. • Alexis (9/5): Best place to stay when you come to San Juan!! - The views this place had was unbelievable, absolutely breathtaking. The whole unit was clean and comfortable and equipped with pretty much everything you will need. The host Ramon was extremely helpful and they even had a pack of water in there for us. Very quiet location surrounding and walking distance to food if you don't have a car. If you do have a car the property offers once parking spot. Everything was great, the only complaint would be the master bedroom wall unit was leaking pretty bad we had to keep towels and even at one point a bucket under it.
