AMERICO (5/5): Buen lugar pero la recepcionista no es empatica y el dueño tiene poca comunicación. - Ubicacion y estacionamiento... la verdad no hay mucho que decir en este punto , Lo que me gusto fue la disponibilidad de varias cabañas porque eramos mas de 30 personas.... La Recepción fue una advertencia ... no gasten mucha agua , no pierdan nada , no ensucien por que todo se cobra. No son empaticos , uno llega cansado del viaje y lo que necesita es una recepción sin tantas advertencias , no pido una sonrisa solo un buen trato. El dueño tiene poca comunicación.

Gabriela Alenjandra (10/5): Acogedora cabaña con excelente ubicación para desconectarse en la naturaleza. - Es una cabaña que se ve aún más linda que en las fotos, da la sensación de estar en medio del bosque por su privacidad y genuina decoración, con una relación precio-calidad ideal. La atención de nuestra anfitriona fue inmejorable, muy amable, todo muy cómodo y útil, como las cargas de leña. El ponche que nos ofreció nuestra anfitriona después de la ligera lluvia invernal. fue el plus que hizo de nuestra visita una estadía mágica y con una ubicación magnífica, cerca de la central de autobuses y del centro y con una tiendita de abarrotes en la esquina!, definitivamente volveré a hospedarme ahí. Un poco de shampoo para hacer espuma en el jacuzzi, habría estado más que genial.

Rodríguez (9/5): Muy tranquila - La tina de hidromasaje le dio un plus a la estadía, la cabaña en general estaba limpia y ordenada. Había agua caliente en toda hora del día. El voltaje no era el ideal para conectar varios dispositivos a los toma corrientes, ya que teníamos que desconectar todos los demás para contestar un cargador de teléfono. No cuenta con internet.

David (1/5): Did not stay, host refused to give us our paid for and reserved cabin - Scam is the word for this host. After reserving a 2 night stay at this place, my family and I left towards Mazamitla. When we arrived, it took a while for someone to receive us. When the lady finally arrived, the cabin the host had told her to give us was incorrect. Even after contacting booking agents to confirm that my cabin was a different one, he refused to honor the booking. After an hour or so, of frustration and going back and forth on the phone with agents and host, the host's only solution was for me to pay more money for the cabin I had already booked! The host agreed to refund money, and to no surprise, did not honor that as well. DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, stay away and save yourselves the time and a headache.

Sprs2sa (8/5): Very good - The location was close to downtown. The lady was very helpful, nice and sweet! She made fresh orange juice on the morning and also breakfast for a fee. The place had a small kitchen, but we never cooked. We got up in the morning and went to the Mercado to have breakfast before our tour. There were some wasps that got inside and bathroom was very outdated. There were ants in the sink and my toothbrush. The bathtub was apparently a jacuzzi but we were afraid to use it and die electrocuted as it seemed ready to crack, so we only showered. Our cabin was close to the road so it was noisy at night, then early morning it was the roosters and the dogs who would wake us up. Luckily we didn't hear cows or goats or we would have been out of there with all the animal noises..lol! Also there were spider webs on the bathroom window and other areas. My friend used a separate blanket, but she said smelled like patas. But there were no bed bugs! We only stayed a couple of nights so it was easy to deal with this. For the cost, it was ok.
