Guest Reviews
- bruce (8/5): We would definitely stay again - There was plenty of space and food options were not far away The lounge and dining chairs are not that comfortable for older folk and it was a minor inconvenience that the dish washer was not working at the time

- Beth (9/5): - Very spacious and super handy facilities. The free parking was super handy and the washing machine/dryer was an added bonus! Slightly further from public transport but the benefit of underground parking makes up for that. Only very minor downside to our group stay was the mattress' are in need of replacing, as we found them VERY soft and sinking in the middle if there's 2 people sleeping in the bed.
- Jennifer (9/5): - Central, spacious, provided parking.
- Mihaere Hughes (10/5): -
- Rewa (9/5): Highly recommend - Great location, secure parking, the apartment was very spacious and had good amenities. The manager of the property was really easy to communicate with
- Alina (4/5): Disappointing service, complicated check in. No urgency to resolve issues. Apartment itself is nice - Very nice inside The check in is very complicated. Instruction photos don’t match the actual building. Very difficult to find the pedestrian entrance which is on a different red, the photos don’t match. We were checking in guests very early in the morning who had travelled long distance from overseas. Had booked an extra night so we could check in early, had picked up the key day prior. It was pouring raining, couldn’t find then get into building. Key tags didn’t function to move the elevator. Multiple calls and messages to property managers with no response. After 1.5 hours, a kind man from the apartment swiped us into lift and helped us into apartment. The 1st night, lights went out as switchboard kept shorting. Again trying to contact managers who said they would try and get an electrician the following day if possible. This was at 5pm at night so guests have to remain in the cold and dark for a whole night. At checkout, dryer door was jammed so guests couldn’t get belongings out. Had to organise a friend of theirs to go and pick up their things at a later date and post back to their country. Pretty disappointing and stressful experience especially when paying pretty good price for clients. I don’t recommend if you like good responsive customer service
- dannielle stanley (10/5): - The power tripping the washing machine e not working and the drain smell
- Brooke (2/5): Place was nice but logistics were difficult. - Difficult to get the key, not easy to find access to holding. Lifts went out during stay, no answer when trying to contact for help. Lots of extra details and contact needed prior to staying despite booking through booking.com
- Hiria (7/5): Clean, open spaces with balcony veiws and convinient parking. Short walks to convenient stores. - Lounge and dinning areas are very spacious for family entertainment. Car park availability for second vehicle only very near. Rusty small rubbish bin needs to be replaced.
- Nelie (9/5): Superb -
- Arunesh (3/5): Poor - Central located They don't provide all information about security deposit while we are doing booking online. Once we have paid for the apartment, then a day before we were informed via email that without a security deposit, we will not be issued a key location or the key. It's better to inform everything to the customer rather than miss leading them to rent out the apartment. Zodiak management or staff doesn't know how to communicate either, I made so many calls that weren't answered while we were trying to check in. We were very disappointed.
- Olivia (8/5): Very good -
- Arnie (5/5): A little disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the apartment and various aspects not working - The layout of the apartment was good. Location excellent Carpets needed a clean
The jug was not working
The lights in the kitchen did not work
The lounge suite could do with a clean
The mattress in the right bedroom is not comfortable, and uneven. Possible problem with springs
The lock on the sliding door to the balcony in the living room is not working
The washing machine is working but makes an unusual noise. May need servicing
- Sokunthy (8/5): Very good -
- Jasmine (5/5): Passable -
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Bogdan (2/5): Unprofessional, incompetent and unapologetic about it management staff at an otherwise charming property. - Property itself is rather nice some maintenance issues notwithstanding (semi-blocked drains, old/inadequate shower curtains in one bathroom, half-broken shower handle in another etc) Three points of feedback for the management of this property.
One, lying to customers is taboo in the service industry. Example, property description on Booking.com clearly states that keys for moving in are “at location”. Not an unexpected (on short notice) 1 mile car ride away when I have all my family’s suitcases and my kids with me. Sending a check-in email stating “as mentioned” about different location without actually mentioning this different location at any time prior is a cover up and a lie (i double-checked all your messages), not to mention the false advertisement.
Two, if you inconvenience the customer, offer a simple, straightforward apology at least, like regular people do. You come across like a bunch of sociopaths incapable of contrition, frankly, with your silly stonewalling (example, point above or when you messed up with kitchen supplies at check in).
Three, it’s a taboo in a hotel industry to put the customer and their property at risk from safety perspective. Example, on my move in day, you notified me of window cleaners at the property and advised me to close windows/balcony doors. Immediately, once I checked in, I advised you that main balcony door lock is broken and needs to be fixed. You had a week to fix it (over my time there) and you did not. To top it off you wasted my time with dilly-dong messages chewing through this simple point endlessly instead of just fixing it. It’s pathetic and almost criminal (it would have been criminal if something was stolen from me as a result of your inaction and inaptitude).
- Kate (8/5): Very good - The beds were very comfy
- Laura (7/5): Good - Very spacious and clean Just a bit tired. New paint and decor needed
- Taylor (7/5): Good -
- Carol (10/5): I would have loved to stay longer but funding ran out. I would recommend this apartment to all. - The showers water drainage was very slow could only stay in for a couple of minutes for fear of flooding.. did fill the bath at one time. Took a day to drain.
- Robert (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sinead (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
