- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Please note that the property strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises.
Covid Policy
- At the time of check-in, all guests are required to present a negative RT-PCR report not older than 72 hours, or a vaccination certificate (either single or double dose).
- All foreign nationals are required to present their original passport along with a valid visa upon arrival for verification.

- Arman (8/5): - The staff was really nice and helpful , rooms were pretty clean and the location was very close to Hawa mahal like walkable distance. The beds were not covered with curtains which makes zero privacy, some guests were popping in other dorms and making noise which turns out to be unpleasant. Rest was fine . Just put curtains to the bed so the people get privacy a bit

- Frenk (2/5): - Good location close to highlights of the city. Bad experiende… Our bed sheets were really dirty when we arrived. After complaining, they changed the sheets. However, when we wanted to shower, we only got ice cold water. After complaining, they gave us another room, but again without hot water. Staff kept friendly, but definitely wouldn’t recommend this place…

Apart from the location, nothing to recommend

- Prakhar (4/5): Hostel room price with amenities was costlier than hotels - had issues with water in the washroom. As per receptionist, there was some plumbing problem. Anyway for 3 days stay I couldn’t take a proper bath. Hand-jet of the washroom was attached with the geyser for some reason. major structural problems. food in the cafe was very expensive as compared to other hostels. if you are providing higher quality I wouldn’t have mind the price mentioned above

- Parul (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the property is fantastic allowing you access to the heart of the city & close to transport as well as the ability to be out early morning & late evenings with no hassle of worrying how to get back or if you'd be stranded. The staff at the property were warm & welcoming too we booked a private room 202 ; however the toilets need upkeep the handheld flush shower just did not work due to calcium build up & definitely needs to be descaled with a little more care, this property can definitely continue to shine

The four bed dorms don’t have windows, there is no rooftop terrace and the only outside area is dark and smelly, the cleaning staff doesn’t care about personal belongings as they apparently used my towel i hang on the bed for drying for swiping the floor and after i found it in a corner of the cleaning room they didn’t even offer to wash it.

- Hind (6/5): It’s fine if you travel on a bugdet and want to be in the centre. - The hostel is well located in the centre of Jaipur. The dorms are basic and relatively clean. Most staff members were pretty nice, helpful and professional. The bathroom and toilets could have been cleaner (don’t forget your plastic flip flops coz you don’t want to be barefoot there!), but you also get what you pay for. There was only 2 showers for the whole floor. One of the staff members was dishonest. While his colleague shared the night before the price for the laundry service, the dishonest guy significantly increased the final price. We weren’t impressed at all and felt very upset about the obvious attempt to get money out of us in a very poor way.
