There’s direct train to Don Meung Airport at hua lampong train station. They provide basic amenities like towel, hair dryer but no toothbrush and toothpaste. No fridge too. Great location, easy to navigate

Aircon was great Elevator was broken and I was booked on 4th floor. Got no assistance to carry all my luggage up 4 flights. Welcome was rude. Was late at night and the man was playing a game on his phone and didn't look up or greet. Just said PASSPORT. ELEVATOR BROKEN.

• Praveen (4/5): Don't meet our family needs. - Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The room was incredibly small, leaving no space to comfortably store our luggage. There were no cupboards to hang clothes, and we had to manage with limited space for our belongings. The charging sockets were poorly placed and difficult to use, and there was only one mirror, located in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. The room also lacked basic storage options – there was just a small wooden shelf attached to the wall for water bottles, but nothing to place other items. We had to keep our luggage in the way of everything, and even our shoes were awkwardly placed near the door. On a positive note, the hotel is very close to the MRT station, which made commuting easier, but the overall lack of comfort and space left us feeling dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel for families or anyone seeking a comfortable stay. The lack of basic amenities.
• Oanh (4/5): Disappointing - The room is clean. Walkable location. We couldnt connect to wifi the whole stay. There is no closet or clothing rack, no iron. Look smaller than the photos. Bad quality shampoo.

Cleaning staff were good. A great Cafe is connected to the hotel with delicious food and coffee. Original room smelt of mould but they changed me to another upgraded room for a small fee.

• Tajbhoy (6/5): overall Thums up due to the location - I enjoyed the proximity to China town, metro, and the nearby convenience store. also, there was restaurants close by including cafe. the place was neat and clean, the room was small even though we had booked a delux room, they there was no table just a wooden panel to keep the drinking glass and a few small items, they had given a small Ikea folding small table with a small chair, the hot water kettle we had to place on the chair and sit on the bed. when we had to open our luggage 2 pcs the total room space was taken and no place to walk around. even thou the room was neat; the bed was good but the spring mattress on one side was not good.

• Nixon (5/5): Metro hotel - good location only - Clean Location Super small room with no ventilation. Luckily had to bear it for just a day. So small that you hardly have place to move. Bed is wall to wall. Very abrupt, the girl at the front desk. Looks like she is being forced to do the job. Wouldn't recommend, much better properties in the same price range.

• Sabine (7/5): Clean Hotel close to Hua Lamphong railway Station and Metro - I have chosen the Hotel because its close to the railway Station, and I travelled the next Day. The first impression is clean, so was the room. Water warm, beds good, ac works. You can hear noise from the Road, but it worked good with earplugs. The room is not very big, and I missed a rack for my suitcase. But they are serving an excellent Coffee from an espresso machine in their little Cafe! Good value for the money......

• Fern (6/5): Great location but noisy - The location is fantastic - so close to Hua Lamphong and the MRT, and also to Chinatown and lots of great places to eat. The beds are comfortable and furnishings modern. There is no soundproofing, you will hear everything and there were people coming and going throughout the night including people returning drunk and loud- very hard to sleep well. Also the shower spluttered water, alternating between loosing pressure and then having too much. Staff aren't very friendly or helpful.

• JIMLIM (6/5): One night in Bangkok - We picked this hotel because it is 5 minutes walk to the Thai Main Railway Hua Lumphong station using the subway underground system from the Rama 4 road to the train. The room was very small, but it serves our purpose for 1 night only. I would not recommend for more than a night. It was clean but no refridgerator. Breakfast was free but it was brought to us each a cold plate of fried rice. The price was $36/night. I have had better hotel for the price during this pandamic of the Covid 19. Stay here for next day walk to the Railway staion.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Our room was on the 1st floor (no view) and the A/C was not set up properly, but the manager was friendly and helpful, so that was fixed right away. Very small room (was good for our purposes, but if you have big luggage, it might be a problem since there isn't much room to move around; also, no closets/just hangers on the wall). Great location, right next to the MRT Hualamphong station entrance. Breakfast could be better/more varied, but overall - satisfactory experience. Very good option for budget travelers.

Breakfast is very limited but there is tea and coffee so again good value for money. Rooms are a bit small but if you are alone like me it should do! All in all happy experience.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 小綺麗で便利なホテル - 駅からとても近く、便利です。 ホテルの受付の方もとても親切でした。 地下鉄駅と国鉄駅がどちらもすぐ近くなのでバンコク市内、郊外共に巡りやすかったです。 夜も静かでしたし、毎日清掃して頂けるので部屋も綺麗でした。 シャワーは湯量が十分ではありませんが使えるのでまぁ良いかなと思いました。 朝食もパンかお粥の二択＋何種類かあるドリンクが頂けます。それだと寂しいと思う方は近所にコンビにも数件ありますし、国鉄の駅に行けばパン屋や小さいけど食堂等もあるので困らないかと思います。 凄く豪華だったり広い部屋ではありませんが、普通に泊まってゆっくり休めればいいならば十分だと思います。（日本で言うところのビジネスホテルやシティーホテルを想像すればいいかと）

• yosuke (8/5): - チェックイン時に預けたパスポートが返ってこず、そのことを忘れててしこたま荷物を探してしまいました。 部屋まで来てひとこと侘びを入れる気持ちが欲しかったです。これがマイナス点。 ただ、チェックアウト時のフロントの方は、私のその日の行き先を知るやこちらが予定していたより便利な最寄駅を親切に教示してくださり、笑顔もとても素敵でした。 料金の安さから考えると、物品的な不備は仕方ないようには思いますが、簡易なスリッパはあった方がいいですし、備え付けタオルのジメッと感は何とかした方がいいと思われます。 あと、スタッフＴシャツを着た若者はアルバイトかもしれないけど、もう少しプロ意識をもって仕事に臨まないと、同価格帯の競争相手に宿泊客は取られていそうなきがします。 批判的なことも述べましたが、次回、バンコクに赴くときは、やはりこちらメトロホテルに宿泊すると思います。
