Necesitaría más insonorización porque el ruido de la calle y sobre todo los repartidores, basureros, limpieza, etc se oye en demasía.

María (9/5): - La entrada automática al apartamento fue muy fácil y estaba perfectamente explicada, paso por paso, y detalladamente, cuando recibimos el mensaje al principio pensábamos que iba a ser un dolor de cabeza, pero en absoluto. Muy, muy fácil todo, por lo que a la asistencia le damos un 10. Además la chica súper agradable. El apartamento limpio, espacioso y muy completo. Estuvimos poco tiempo pero la estancia ha sido muy cómoda, para repetir. Por poner peros, echamos de menos cortinas. Solo hay persianas automáticas completamente opacas (negras), por lo que si quieres luz natural, te está viendo todo el vecindario porque tienes que subir las persianas. Si quieres privacidad, estás a oscuras y con todas las luces del apartamento encendidas. Y por otro lado, uno que realmente no lo es, más bien es un aviso, no hay ascensor. Por lo que si el apartamento que te asignan está de la segunda planta para arriba, no es apto para cualquiera y desde luego, complicado si llevas mucho equipaje, porque además las escaleras son estrechas y los escalones altos.

Deberían solucionar el problema de carga de la cisterna, el incesante goteo de una tubería (que es para volverse loco), el correcto funcionamiento de los dispensadores de jabón, que la apertura de la ventana que da a la plaza se pudiese realizar sin quedarte con la ventana en la mano, el ruido constante de un ventilador en alguna estancia próxima, la calidad del colchón (que está inclinado hacia el centro de la cama)...

Инструкции - как доехать, как попасть в апартаменты: четкие и понятные. Отдельная благодарность за онлайн регистрацию на сайте (не без багов конечно ахахаха, но это прогресс). Все супер чисто и удобно. Был момент с краном горячей воды в ванной, который не смогли решить по вотсапп. Приехала прекрасная девушка и все нам починила! На кухне все было для пары дней пребывания. По понятным причинам нет лифта, вдруг кому-то это важно. У нас был атико (верхний этаж), но мы еще вполне здоровые люди:)

Becky (9/5): A great place in the heart of Plasencia. - This is a clean, modern apartment on the central plaza in Plasencia. The communication via What's App with the host was easy, and we had no trouble getting the code. The directions to get to the apartment from the parking garage were misleading. Although the directions say the apartment is practically across the street from where you exit the garage, in reality you have to cross the street, continue up to the first street to the left, and walk up to the plaza.

The location is over looking the Plaza Mayor and could but be better. The property is so well thought out. It’s new, modern and has everything you need. The view over the square is so wonderful and the option of opening the window and hearing the bustle below is priceless. We personally could not recommend this apartment more highly. A must for every visitor to this wonderful city. We didn’t dislike anything, the steps going up to the top floor were nice and easy and the view is worth it.

The internal roller blinds as well as the external shutters were appreciated. I would have liked to have a kettle as well as a coffee maker, and a clothes rack suitable for drying several loads of washing. The external roller blind outside the window next to the bed didn't appear to have any means of control, but the shutter worked properly so it wasn't a big problem.

Graham (7/5): Technology is great but only when it works - The location is its main attraction and also its main weakness. Very high tech & specification flat on 1st floor overlooking the square. Access to the flat is via a fancy high-tech virtual keyboard below the door handle which only shows the numeric pad once you put your hand over the door handle. While this is quite impressive in theory, in practice it didn’t work very well. Having said that help was just a phone call away. The car pass didn’t work either. You drive to the square, dump your bags and then park the car 500m away.
