- Christel (8/5): Rencontrer un membre du personnel pour accueillir. - Le Check in ne fut vraiment pas simple, on attendait devant l’adresse et personne pour nous accueillir ou nous expliquer comment rentrer, et nous n’avons rencontré aucun membre du personnel pendant 4 jours. Tout se fait via what’s up, codes d’accès etc. Cependant l’auberge était très bien entretenue avec un petit resto en bas de l’immeuble génial, un frigo dans la pièce commune et un ascenseur.
- Melissa (8/5): - Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. The area was convenient to get to the Vatican and other sites walking and was generally safe. The room and bed were clean. I agree with someone else who put in their review this is like a hostel with private room and bathroom but I think the higher price was for the convenient location more so than what you get in the room and property. There is a shared kitchen area with a fridge and a vending machine, but utensils and glasses were very limited. The shower stall was very small. Don’t expect to be able to shave your legs or anything for that matter or move around much. There is no bar soap, body lotion, shampoo or conditioner provided so make sure to bring your own. There was a tube of all purpose soap in the shower and some liquid hand soap by the sink. The A/C worked well. The location is on the third floor but the building did have a small working elevator. No breakfast is provided but there are good cappuccinos and pastries at the cafe/bar just downstairs (Mozart). Probably wouldn’t stay here again just due to the lack of amenities with the property but we liked the convenience of the location.
- suresh (2/5): - A/C didn’t work all 3 days and they didn’t care about to fix or change our room. Staff was very bad and non-friendly. I never recommend this place to anyone.

- Olga (10/5): - Nice rooms, very clean, air-conditioned and within walking distance to many restaurants and train station.
- Michelle (4/5): - The staff at this property were kind and empathetic, and made the stay right when we asked to cancel based on conditions. However, the hotel is not great: walls were dirty, no soap at all, mattress was actually only an 8in mattress topper. If this place was priced more like a hostel, it would be good enough but i was charged the price of a luxury guesthouse .
- camila (4/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL YOU READ THIS- Let’s start with the pros: - good location and very easy to walk to a lot of places. - the cleaning lady really made sure we had clean towels CONS - The first day of our arrival the AC did not work. They did not fix it until the next day. It was noisy at night. -so imagine sleeping in the heat with no AC and on top of it it’s noisy outside. The actual room is a very normal basic room. The pictures of the hotel are definitely embellished (filtered). The last night of our stay the power went out !!! I had to pack our bags in the dark…. Not worth the money. How they can improve- 1. Check that the AC works before the guest arrives to check in 2. Have “do not disturb signs available.” 3. Better communication and fix issues promptly. 4.Provide adequate amount of soap and shampoo for guest staying (we had to buy from the store since they only provided a day worth of supply) 5. Alert guest when Wi-Fi password changes (very important) this happened while we were there and they didn’t tell us. We did encounter however one night sheets that were provided by the cleaning lady that had blood stains on it. Looks to be from a previous stay. They were clean but there was a blood stain. I really hope they don’t reply saying “ this person never stayed here according to our records” I’ve seen this response from them in other reviews.
- Willy (8/5): - Prima verblijf. Netjes. Dichtbij het metrostation, erg handig. Geen ontbijtservice, wel veel mogelijkheden dichtbij. Er is een keuken, maar weinig bestek en servies. Zou een koffie/theemok meenemen. Fijne communicatie via Whatsapp bij vragen, ed.

- gabriele (4/5): Non si può disinteressarsi dei propri ospiti - Intanto mi era stato detto che c'era un parcheggio convenzionato con €8 in realtà non c'era nessun parcheggio la macchina l'ho lasciata in strada.. dopo 8 ore che eravamo arrivati era già finita la carta igienica era stato lasciato un solo rotolo e neanche nuovo in camera, non esisteva nessun tipo di servizio di reception quindi nessuno a cui chiedere mancavano le salviette per il bidet.. La camera è abbastanza piccola per tre persone. Stato generale di mantenimento abbastanza scarso . camera silenziosa
- Xenia Z (8/5): ¡Muy seguro y céntrico! - Muy céntrico, super seguro y cuartos de buen tamaño. La administradora nos cooperó en todas nuestras necesidades y fué más allá de lo necesario. Si vas a Roma, tu estadía aquí será placentera y a gusto. El precio está bueno y el servicio brindado también.
