- Fai (8/5): - The location opposite the park is lovely, it’s about 5-10 mins out from the sights. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The building had a small gym, and the rooms were well fitted, just a little small for a longer stay. We were there for 5 nights.

- Smazzle (10/5): Comfortable, new looking apartment. - The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing and has a shower door. You could have room serviced every day if you wanted. The combo washing machine and dryer was great, just a little long for dryer cycle. There was a stovetop and a few pots to cook things. There is a microwave and full size fridge. There is a tv in both bedroom and lounge room and you can screen share your phone to them. The location was fantastic, just across from a park and a short grab ride to anywhere. Nothing I cam think of

- Harry (10/5): - The hotel was spacious and conveniently located on the edge of district 1. It was close enough to walk to the major attractions, whilst still enjoying local food and market. We had a great view over the park, however like most of Vietnam, some traffic noise could be heard. The kitchen was excellent with ample appliances and cutlery. Whilst it might be new, the only thing we didn’t like was the bed was too hard for us. The staff were wonderful. Would definitely recommend

- John (10/5): - Stayed here with my partner for three nights and found it to be the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly what we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and daily housekeeping was a nice bonus. We found the location ideal – slightly further out from the city centre, which made it quieter and less touristy, but still within walking distance of the main attractions. There’s a park directly opposite and shops just a few minutes away. Having laundry facilities on-site was very convenient, and the front desk team were always friendly and helpful. Overall, a great find. We’d definitely stay again if visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to stay - NTA Apartments had wonderful communication. We were arriving late (1:30 am) and I was concerned I’d be able to check-in. I messaged them and they confirmed there would be someone there 24/7. The check-in process went smooth. They also have in unit washer and dryer, which was a big selling point for us. We were coming from another country and wanted to have the convenience of washing our clothes for the next leg of our trip. While the clothes were washing we used their gym, which was small, but everything you need for a solid workout while in the road. Location was a little further from some of the tourist thing, but close enough to catch a grab and access them relatively easily. I’m not one to leave reviews, but it’s not often you have a place that fits your needs like this.

You are also surrounded by price tags, e.g. for the laundry bag. Quite bad smell coming from the toilet pipes. Both pillows were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

- Eva (10/5): - A great location with a big park nearby! We enjoyed walking around HCMC even though most people didn’t walk! This was not far from many main sites like the Tan Dinh Church ( pink church) Clean, and so great that you have a washer and drier in your room! It’s a very great washer and drier too! There were cooking facilities too but we didn’t use as there is lots of great food everywhere in HCMC. Highly recommend

- Samantha (10/5): Large apartment, great value - Great stay here - really big space, good location opposite a nice park and walkable to main sights. Only downside was that we were supposed to have a washer dryer in the room, but some of the rooms don't have them available. Instead, someone will come and take your washing and do it for you (free of charge), so it's not a huge issue. We would have preferred to have the flexibility to do ourselves, but there are plenty of people who would prefer if how it is, so just one to be aware of rather than something of concern. I'd happily stay here again.

Gym on ground floor. Near to Tour Les Jours bakery, & 3 fab restaurants (Prem, Du Du Xanax & Blanc). Would have loved an Nespresso machine and better insulated windows if facing the park.small points.

If I must say, there was a dog (I think on the roof or something) that kept whining and barking all day, so it was a little hard to sleep. But other than that, all was great. Oh yeah, they also have no USB connections, so I had to charge my phone thru the TV.
- Kenneth (9/5): Enjoyable stay at NTA Apartments in HCM - Excellent staff. Prior to arrival I requested they stock the refrigerator with a few beers and they did so - nice touch after an international flight arriving at the hotel close to midnight. They also arranged a couple of Grab rides for me (Grab = Uber / Lyft in Vietnam and other countries in the region). Nice location across the street from a large city park with plenty of restaurants nearby. Lack of onsite restaurant, but it’s not much of an issue given how many options exist within just a couple of blocks. If guests have mobility issues, they should know there are a few steps from the street to get up to the main entrance. However, once inside, the elevator works well so easy to get from the lobby to the rooms.

- Shanna (10/5): i travelled solo from Australia and at no point felt unsafe doing so throughout my time, what was beautiful was the pers - absolutely beautiful in every way! The suit I stayed in was so comfortable and clean and provided me with everything I needed. The staff are hands down beyond incredible I could not rate them higher … definitely recommend and will definitely come back 😊 as much as Ho Chi Minh is quite a busy city you literally don’t hear any noise from your room, it’s close to everything you possibly need and the Central Park across the road from the hotel is beautiful and even at night is well lit up and beautiful
- Lana (9/5): Overall a very pleasant stay but I wish room windows were sound-proof - Very clean and modern room. Centrally located with lots of shops and restaurants around. A beautiful park just across the street. Staff are very nice and helpful If you room faces the park, you get a good view but then a very loud music at 6am in the morning due fitness activities there and also very clear motorbikes noise at night. However if you chose aroom facing another side, then view to the wall and neighbours houses. Heavy perfume smell in the lobby

So you have a great view while also having privacy. The people working there are really friendly and great. We had a great time staying there. We were really satisfied. We heard the neighbors pretty loudly once, but other than that nothing to complain here.
