Fakat mutfak kullanımu için hiç bir şey mevcut değildi. Sadece buzdolabı var, su ısıtıcısı dahi yoktu. Gerçi personel yardımcı olacaklarını söyledi. Sadece konaklama için temizlik vb konularında sorun yaşamayacaksınız, Kordon'a 2 km uzakta sakin bir otel. Aile için çekincesiz önerilir.

İlgili alakalılardı, odalar temiz ve yatak ortanın üstündeydi. Kahvaltı açık büfeydi orta düzeydi ama genel olarak iyi bir yerdi. Konum olarak kordona 13-18dk arası. Mahalle arası olduğu için park sıkıntısı yoktu.

Faucets did not work properly. You turned one on and water splashed due to the force of water. It could not be controlled. No kettle in the room. Air conditioner had a very strong light that you couldn't turn off..

- Sule (8/5): - Otel çok çok temiz, yatak çok rahat, oda genel olarak konforlu, Çanakkale merkeze yakın, kahvaltı da standart.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Eksileri ve Artıları - Pansiyon zaten anlayabileceğiniz gibi bir yurrtan çevrilmiş. Üniversite zamanında kız yurdu, öğrenim zamanı dışında pansiyon olarak dizayn edilmiş. Konum/uygunluk olarak gayet iyi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Odalar ferah ve otelin konumundan dolayı sessizlik var. Yalnız ne yazık ki gün içerisinde temizlik için oda servisi ve ütü yoktu. Bir adet pike vermişlerdi; iki kişi tek pike ile idare ettik, sorun olmadı. Kahvaltılar yurt kahvaltısı gibi, bence yeterli. Çeşit yok değil. Ayrıca ilk olarak oteli aradığımızda ki verdikleri fiyat ile Hotels aracılığı ile aldığımız fiyatlar ciddi şekilde farklıydı. Ya Hotels'in indirimi vardı ya da hiç araştırma yapmadan gelen misafirlerine yüksek ücret söylüyorlardı. Bu arada kendisine ait bir otoparkı yok, otelin dibinde park yeri bulamazsanız yakınında ki bir apartmanın önüne park edebilirsiniz.

- Michael (8/5): Good value. Rooms nice. Wifi bad. Location so-so - Rooms spacious, good amenities, A/C. Mattress a little firm/springy. Wifi very unreliable. Breakfast alright (although no coffee and no toaster). Staff friendly but limited English. Quiet location, but a bit far from main part of Canakkale (the sea-side, where all the restaurants are).
- Kit (8/5): very good - Figen pansyion is actually a very nice, clean, new place quite close to the more expensive but not better looking Figen Hotel. We stayed in a twin room on the third floor, accessible by lift (2 lifts actually). The ample room had 2 beds, 2 bedside tables, 2 desks and 2 chairs as well as a fridge, sink and cupboards. Everything was new and clean. Although there was a kitchenette there was nothing to cook or eat with so basically you coukd just use the fridge and the sink. There was also a small ba lcony. The area is residential and it looks safe to park right outside the pansyion. The only problem we had was with the plumbing as the wc cistern ran dry and the shower leaked but maybe this is just a prkbkem in thus particular ro om. Breakfast was included but we didn't g o. We found the location good because it was quiet and easy to find and it is a faurly straightforward 15 minute walk to the seafront and ferry boat. I was pleasantly surprised and thought it very good value for money.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - otel/pansiyon odalar gayet temizdi. Memnun kaldık. Checkin sırasında rezervasyon onay kodumuzu verdiğimiz halde rezervasyonu bir türlü bulamadılar. Kahvaltı verilen salonda havalandırma çalışmıyordu. Hava da sonr derece sıcak olduğu için ortam çok rahatsız ediciydi. Kahvaltı için kızartma yapılmış ama en basit haşlama yumurta çıkmamıştı. Kahvaltı dışında konaklama iyiydi diyebilirim.
