• Mette (8/5): Vil komme tilbage for udsigten og beliggenheden. - Super lokation til at gå ned til stranden og se udover sø og Mt. Fuji. Værelset var fint og rent. Værten anbefalede at stå op kl. 05, og se solopgangen. Det var fantastisk! Tæt på busstoppestedet og 7Eleven. Der blev gjort rent flere gange om dagen på fællesområderne, toilet, og bad. Værten snakkede fint engelsk, og var sød og hjælpsom. Singleroom har ikke Fuji udsigt. Der er 1 toilet og 2 fællesbade. Jeg ville gerne have ønsket 1 toilet mere, så der ikke var ventetid.

• Tian (10/5): - 1. 真的可以在房間看到富士山。 2. 屋主人非常好，還會跟我們解說什麼時間看比較合適。 3. 房間有暖氣，即使在寒冷的冬天 (大概攝氏 0 度)，也能好好睡上一覺。 4. 早上汽車的玻璃有霜，屋主人很好的幫我們在出發前處理，真的很貼心。 開車進入停車場的道路有點小，需要注意下。
• YEN (10/5): 碰上日本連假以及山中湖節慶住宿費比較高，但下次來還想住這裡或推薦給朋友 - 1. 就在平野之濱，選的房型能打開窗戶看富士山非常療癒 （ 離公車站牌很近，走路 5 分鐘 2. 房東是老爺爺，會用簡單的英語和客人介紹，很有耐心也有點小幽默，很溫柔親切（ 推薦你好吃的、提醒你有煙火可以看…等等 3. 一樓有隻柴犬會在客廳去曬太陽，很親人非常可愛 4. 清潔用心，廁所、浴室使用完會有人即時打掃，雖然是共用衛浴但大家使用頻率不同，沒有太多等待或不方便的感覺 5. 傳統日式房間非常美，整體的裝潢、燈具配上富士山就像在拍電影 枕頭是硬的比較不習慣，但我用毛毯自己折了一個枕頭也睡得很舒服

The view is wonderful, facilities are great, and room was warm, clean and spacious. Close walkable distance to the bus stop and 7/11 as well.

One of the highlights was being able to enjoy a beautiful view of Mount Fuji directly from my room — a memorable experience. • frank (8/5): Mehr Fuji ging nicht - Familiengeführtes Ryokan direkt am Seeufer. Unser 4er Zimmer mit Futons hatte direkten Blick auf den Fuji. Unterkunft ist sicherlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und für die Lage einfach nur toll. Restaurant Empfehlung des Besitzers war super. Es fehlte ein wenig so etwas wie ein Gemeinschaftsraum. Wer sich nicht auf Gemeinschaftsbäder (hier sehr sauber!) einlassen kann sollte besser ausweichen.

Seulement un distributeur d’eau chaude entres deux cartons et deux chaises dans un couloir. C’est dommage. Le patron n’est pas agréable, regarde vos moindres faits et gestes et nous a refusé l’accès aux toilettes avant 10h prétextant qu’elles étaient propres et qu’on devait aller aux toilettes publiques … moyen.

From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us with incredible warmth and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed — from local tips to little thoughtful gestures that made all the difference. The house itself had absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the traditional Japanese design — sleeping on the tatami mats, the sliding doors, the attention to detail in every corner. It felt like stepping into another world, peaceful and full of charm. And then there’s the view — waking up to see Mount Fuji right outside the window was simply breathtaking. It’s something I’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a serene, authentic, and welcoming experience with world-class views, this is the place. Can’t recommend it enough! It’s a quiet area so restaurants in walking distance are limited (but available!). Has a 7/11 close by.

• Haojun (8/5): Good value, will recommend - Superior location with amazing Mt Fuji view. Great to watch sunrise and sunset by the lake. Manager is super friendly and speaks good English. Room is quite spatial. Bedding linens are a bit old. Shower rooms and hallways are quite cold in the winter.

• Li (9/5): Great Mt Fuji view!!! - The view is EVERYTHING!! We have the room facing the mt fuji and it's just amazing... Given this price the facilities doesn't matter. Good for solo travelers for 1-2 days max. Very short walk to see the amazing Mt Fuji and the lake. If you get up early you'll see the pink/red fuji mountain cap. so pretty You get what you're paying for. It's just for the view so I'd recommend one night stay is enough (if weather is good) It's a hostel so you need to share bathroom/shower room, and no other shared space outside of your room.

• Erika (4/5): Disappointing - The reason that it still scores a four instead of two is because the staff is very kind and friendly, had been really nice in introducing lake yamaguchi to us and recommend restaurants nearby. Plus the view is worth it. They really need to mend the heating system, it’s a terrible experience to wake up freezing in the middle of the night and couldn’t find anyone to help. No staff was there. The heating system stopped at the night we visit, people living there woke and found themselves in a fridge, so they walked around in the building and couldn’t go back to sleep. Some then left the hotel in the middle of the night. It was -5℃, and I was awaken by cold at 3 am, the heating didn’t come back until like near 8 am after the staff came back in the morning.

When we want to leave and travel others place he also show us where have the best and local restaurant there. Our room able to see mt fuji and owner also inform us when can see it and where can capture nice photos. Is really amazing to see mt fuji from our room None. All good👍

Helpful host and nice dog Tanu) Cold in the end of November and stuffy in the room. But it's resonable for this price. Showers and restrooms are ok, but there are not on the third floor
