• Vadim (10/5): - Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage. Zimmer sauber und bequem. Gastgeber Francesco ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Frühstück lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Buchung unkompliziert, Umgebung ideal für Ausflüge mit dem Auto.

Sehr sauber und bequem, und Gastgeber Francesco ist überaus aufmerksam und fürsorglich. Auch beim Frühstück mit viel Liebe zum Detail.

Rooms in light colors, simple and beautiful style, breakfast in full colors, great cafe, garden green and big and also parking very comfortable. People so nice and helpful for every our need. • Daniel (10/5): I definitely recommend Casa Vittorio for a wonderful stay near the Rimini Riviera. - We've spent a 9 days holiday at Casa Vittorio and the experience was just great. The house is strategically placed so that we could not only go to the beach (around 8 km means a 10 minutes ride by car) but also explore the fantastic cities around, like Cattolica, Rimini (twice: one day for the city itself and one day for Fiabilandia and beaches), San Marino, Ravenna, Ferrara, Pesaro, Ancona, Gradara and also the local community of San Giovanni in Marignano. Inside the house we were lodged in a large room, almost like an apartment, which was furnished with exquisite taste and the atmosphere made us feel very welcomed. Many of the items inside felt very familiar and warm and the attention to details shows the effort brought into the well-keeping of the house. It is clear that only a person with a big heart could imagine this arrangement and take such good care of it. It is just admirable how one can make such a special décor combining genuine materials like wood, metal, ceramic, textile to create a familiar ambiance with a patina. Besides the much bigger costs implied by this type of design, compared with those modern readily-available ones based on plastics, we really felt here the human touch of the two wonderful owners, Francesco & Ivana. No need to mention the top notch cleanliness and the comfort of the room, which was very relaxing and kept cool, that even in the hottest days we didn't feel the need to turn on the AC, the temperature was just optimum. We could also use the back garden, which we did in two evenings, with some pizza and a glass of wine. A joy for our kid were also the cute cats of the house :) The breakfast was impressive: diverse and of very good quality, we had a wide selection of sandwiches, home made cakes, croissants and cookies, three types of natural fresh made juice and of course cappuccino, coffee or tea. The house is located outside of San Giovanni in a natural area surrounded by vegetation, so besides the tranquility, clean air and lovely scenery there are also the inevitable mosquitoes. If you plan spending some time in the garden, don't forget to pack in some anti-mosquito lotion and everything will be just fine.
