• Stefan (9/5): Apartment mit ausgezeichneter Lage! - Die Lage ist wohl der größte Pluspunkt - man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt aber auch im Grünen (Castellet). Auf Probleme mit dem Abfluss in der Küche wurde eingegangen und am nächsten Tag wurden diese behoben. Betten waren angenehm und es gibt genug Platz im Apartment. Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig, man hört alles aus dem oberen Stock bzw den Treppen. Die Rohre in der Küche gehören vermutlich Mal gründlich gereinigt. Am Tag der Ankunft + danach (bis Personal kam und eine Reparatur/Putzen vorgenommen hat) waren diese verstopft und das Wasser floss nicht ab und es roch nicht gut. Dies wurde nach ein paar hin und her schreiben wie oben erwähnt behoben.

• Andrew (7/5): Eine gute Unterkunft mit Potential - Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend! Das Appartement liegt am Rand des Botschaftsviertels und damit in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schloss. Es ist alles wichtige fußläufig erreichbar, inkl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Metrostation. Die Gästebetreuung war telefonisch gut erreichbar, äußerst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Appartements sind an sich gut ausgestattet. 1-2 größere Töpfe, ein rechteckiger Couchtisch und zwei zusätzliche Sessel zur Couch würden die Ausstattung vervollständigen. Den Wasserdruck in der Dusche empfanden wir etwas niedrig. Das Appartement scheint sehr beliebt zu sein, was man vorallem dem Teppich stark ansieht. Die Mitarbeiterin des beauftragten Reinigungsunternehmens durften wir während des Aufenthaltes kennenlernen, da die Reinigung bei unserer Ankunft unzureichend war. Für eine intensive Grundreinigung des Apartments würden wir eine Firma mit guten Fachkenntnissen über Reinigungsmittel und -abläufe, sowie hoher Motivation empfehlen. Zudem würden dem Inventar und den Fenstern eine Kontrolle durch Fachkundige aus dem Handwerk gut tun.

• Richard (8/5): Lovely city, very nice apartment. Not flashy, great for a family. - Location was excellent, easy walk into Copenhagen, and close to the metro for getting to and from the airport. The apartment was nice, spacious, and whilst basic, we managed to self-cater for 4 nights. On arrival, they keypad was not working, and it was hard to contact the host. The phone number kept cutting off, but eventually got through, and they sent someone to repair the entrance door.

En cuanto al alojamiento, muy cómodo y acogedor, y el personal muy amable, les contactamos para ver si nos podían poner la calefacción antes de llegar y así lo hicieron! Aunque todo estaba en muy muy buen estado, si tengo que poner un pero sería a la moqueta, estaba algo sucia, igual que los colchones, pero sin llegar a ser desagradable
• Paula (8/5): Todo bien menos la limpieza - La ubicación es perfecta. Muy céntrico y zona tranquila. El apartamento está fenomenal y las camas súper cómodas. Ideal para familias La limpieza. Estaba la mesa del comedor llena de polvo, los cajones de los baños sucios con pelos de otros inquilinos. El suelo al ser moqueta es muy difícil de limpiar, al final llegas a casa con tierra en las botas, y el uso de cada día se ensucia el suelo y con un cepillo y un mini recogedor es complicado limpiar bien. Hacia falta una aspiradora. Otra cosa que no nos pareció correcto fue que nos dejaron una sábana para una cama de 90 para el sofá cama que era grande y no cubría la mitad del colchón. Tenías que estar durmiendo pendiente de no tocar el colchón sin cubrir.

The kitchen utensils were sufficient for cooking. The coffee machine and capsules were a nice detail. They also answered my questions with interest and were very helpful. There was the noise sometimes when someone was walking on the upper floors

You can hear everything from the neighbors upstairs. Every step, every word, Was hard to sleep 🙈

• Martijn (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf op een toplocatie in Kopenhagen - Fijn ruim appartement met veel ramen, twee slaapkamers en gelukkig bereikbaar met zowel een trap als een lift. Ligt op een geweldige locatie in het centrum. Parkeren is heel erg duur op deze locatie

Coffee pods, oil and salt (no pepper). Close to lots of things. It was very loud with the apartment upstairs. We were in churchhill 3. Penthouse above. There are still stairs to the use the lift, 8 stairs up and then another 6. I had specifically searched for a lift cause I had a bad back. :-(

Tricky to use train with larger group and luggage. Shouldn’t be a problem if traveling light. Taxis added extra expense.

The client received limited emails. Client had to chase for the code to get in to the apartment the day before arrival. Yet I can see that an email was sent to me on the 14th March. I didn't check this as I had give you the client email address and ask for them to communicate with them.

• Buijselot (10/5): A visit to Copenhagenĺ - Spacious appartement, and close to all the attractions of Copenhagen. Lots of restaurants and shops in this neighbourhood and in walking distance. Not about the appartement. Parking in Copenhagen can be trouble some. You have to make yourself familiar and download the right app. This saves you a lot of time and money. Tip: Use the Easy Park App. You can use this also in other countries, like Norway.

• Andre (10/5): Highly recommended for location, space and value. - Location was amazing. 5 minute walk to Amalienborg Palace, 10 minute walk to subway and boat taxi to go to Reffen. Nice and quiet area. The Pescatarian restaurant is a minute away. There is a grocery store nearby. Our family enjoyed the apartment.

It didn't state anywhere when booking that the gym is 17mins walk from the apartment and not located on site. The pics on booking.com make the apartment look much newer than it actually was. Was expecting more for the very high price.

• Chotika (9/5): Nice and spacious. Good location. - The room is very nice and specious. The location is very good. It is very close to the mermaid that we can just walk. It is also close to other attractions within Copenhagen. Very convenient to travel around. The apartment also had all the facilities that we needed. All are in good condition. There were comments about the sound from upstair. We heard the sound but it was not loud and didn’t feel like it was the problem for us at all. However, the door to each bedroom in the apartment is semi-transparent so it was not that private and there are still a couple of steps in order to use the elevator in the building. There was also no shampoo provided, only body wash. In addition, the water drain in the sink in the bathroom did not work well. We had to wait a bit for the water to drain out.
• Charlie (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean. Super comfy beds with massive pillows. Plenty of towels. Ace little kitchen. Massive bathroom. Perfect location. Easy to contact the hosts who were very helpful. Noise travels easily from the other apartments. There are steps to and from the elevator so it’s not truly accessible.
• Tom (8/5): Lovely apartment but too noisy! - Great location with all of Copenhagen’s sites a short walk away. Layout of the apartment was great. The NOISE from the apartment above! We were in the Churchill 3 apartment on the third floor, above us was the Churchill Penthouse. Two nights in a row we were woken at around 4am by the people in the apartment above returning after a night out. And the thing is they weren’t playing loud music just walking and talking but there is zero sound insulation and it was incredibly noisy in both of our bedrooms. So much so I wouldn’t return.

Great location: easily walkable to main attractions, restaurants (look along Store Kongensgade) and train station. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. All perfectly clean and with a modern bathroom. Some nice little touches. We would definitely stay here again. We had the ground floor apartment and were conscious of some noise from the apartment above (no voices etc just when they were running back and forth across the floor - not enough to be a real issue but enough to be aware of it). Nothing negative about the apartment itself.
• Michelle (10/5): Spacious and comfortable - This apartment is in a great location for walking to most destinations and it's very large compared to others I considered, including an enormous bathroom. It's ideal for a family or good friends. Lots of interesting things to see in the neighbourhood including the Danish Design Museum, Amalienborg and Kastellet. We would happily stay here again. Nothing we didn't like.

It’s in a great location and has everything needed for a really good family sta - The bedrooms were a good size and great that they were separate. I also liked that the bathroom was away from the bedrooms. The kitchen was functional and carefully considered and there were no shortage of amenities - towels, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc. I loved the online guidebook that was sent giving information about the property and area. It was a useful resource to use when needed. The fridge freezer was quite noisy - you could hear it during the night. The key to open the external door to the apartments was difficult to use as it stuck a bit and had to be turned anticlockwise rather than clockwise.
• Patricia (9/5): Lovely Danish apartment experience near Little Mermaid - Quiet and nicely decorated. This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the north of the city, near the little mermaid. I liked that it was near the greenery of the fort and the waterfront. Grocery store is close. Great shower and well designed bathroom. The apartment is set back in a residential courtyard. (We did not have a car) The kitchen is small and doesn't have much space for food storage, if you are expecting to cook significant meals. It was perfectly fine to preparing breakfast, or making a quick lunch. The bedrooms are immediately off the living space - so there is no real separation for sleepers if you have early morning/late night travellers in your group.
