Guest Reviews
- András (8/5): - Big-ben től 15 perc sétára, csöndes helyen. Buszmegálló a közelben. Sok tárolóhely a szobák egymástól távol voltak. Nyekereg a lépcső és tompák a kések.
- Richard Kratzer (8/5): Sehr zentral!
- Ishfaq Ahmed (7/5): - The house is spacious overall. Nicely maintained but the carpet has started to worn out in some rooms. The private parking along the house makes it more appealing. Overall nice stay. The heating themostat stopped working during our stay, leaving the apartment lower than the expected temperature and kids felt cold. We called, sent messages, yet received no response from the management at any point.
The deposit refund process was equally frustrating. The deposit was due back on 3rd January, but despite multiple emails, calls, and messages through Booking.com, there was no communication or explanation for the delay. We had to chase continuously just to get basic updates.
Overall, the lack of responsiveness and accountability overshadowed the stay. I would not recommend this property based on our experience.
- Leanne (7/5): Second Nest Waterloo was a great house for the six of us. Central location with a few pubs and grocery stores relatively - The property was accurate to the description. Great location and easy to walk in to central London. The handrail on the stairs wasn’t able to be gripped as it was recessed into the wall which meant the older guests staying had to be extra careful going up and down the stairs. The carpet in some of the rooms is fraying near the door way and was a slight trip hazard to a couple people.
- Catherine (10/5): Hope we left you home in satisfactory condition as we certainly hope to return in the spring🙏🏼 - Everything N/A
- George (7/5): Great stay in London.I would recommend the place fora larger group. Loved the foxes. - Good location for getting around London. It is just outside the crowded tourist area but close enough to get anywhere quickly. It was one of the only properties that could accommodate two families of eight total. The living room could use more comfortable seating downstairs. I would suggest another sofa instead and put the television on the wall.

- Adrian (8/5): Bien! - Apartamento grande para grupos de personas, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y trabajar El proceso de check in no es el más ágil, no sirvió la calefacción, la estación del metro no está muy cercana
- katie (6/5): It was pleasant and comfortable except the bed can do with new mattress - The location was good close to public transport. Very central The bed was too soft and the washing machines was a bit faulty
- Ben (8/5): -
- Precious (10/5): - The property is very homely and in a quiet neighborhood.
- NemanjaK (7/5): Good location, nice price comparing to others. - Location is good it is 10-15 minutes to Big Ben and Thames river,. Easy to pick up and leave the keys. Easy communication with the host. Quite and peacfull hood, park is just across the street. Some things didn't work like fans in the living room when we arrived. No AC in the accomodation. There is limited optinos for restaurants and cafes nearby, you need to walk at least 10 minutes to the first place. Market, too.
- Van Holm (3/5): Property is an investment property where the management doesn’t maintain it to a sufficient standard - Quiet location Poorly maintained property: old Ikea furniture, loose old carpets, light bulbs and remote faulty, water stop of the bath missing so we couldn’t take a bath, parking spot not suitable for a big people carrier, the front drive and back garden absolutely filthy, dead plants and weeds everywhere. The windows were that dirty that we had to look through a white fog on them. The tap in the bathroom sink is loose.
- Eeva (10/5): Everything went great - Everything was great The rubbish bins were full when we arrived
- Mihai (9/5): It was a good stay in London. - The house is big enough for 8 people. You can prepare breakfast if you buy food in advance. The location is quite far from the tube, but close enough for the bus. There are foxes around, but not necessarily dangerous.
- Saffie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emily (8/5): Very good -
- Anna.ananas (9/5): Good spacious house to explore London - Great place, we stayed with friends and were 4 couples in total. Everything you need and a central loction in London.
- Dirk (9/5): Spacious, well equipped, quiet - Extremely well located, nicely equipped kitchen, with a private parking place.
3 double bedrooms (1 with a bathroom), 1 bedroom with 2 singles. Separate bathroom.
It even has a small garden.
Located in a very quiet neighbourhood, with a park in front.
1.5km on foot to Big Ben. Lambeth underground station at 800 meters walking distance.
Several pubs and restaurants in a cirkel of 400 meter.
- Amanda (10/5): Perfect location , very clean and comfortable. - It was a fantastic location and really good value for money , we were so happy with the house .
- Martina (10/5): It was great. - It was spacious and comfortable. It was within a walking distance to food stores and major city landmarks.
- Gordancho (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (10/5): It was a wonderful experience and would stay here agin. - It was in perfect location to catch the bus to all attractions or walk. There is a park across the street that is perfect to read and enjoy the sunshine. The rooms were perfect size and enough bathrooms for the 7 of us that stayed. Great communication with property management and fast response time.
- Timothy (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable property located in a a safe, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and living room on ground floor, master and a second bedroom on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (1 w/ 2 twin beds) and a full bath on the 2nd floor. If you are a walker, it is very convenient to all of the tourist areas. Bus stops are also convenient, but a slightly longer walk to the tube stations. Bouquets and Beans is a great coffee spot close by. Could have used a book with local information and directions for TV, washer, etc.
- Wills (7/5): Enjoyabale. - Beds were comfortable and the house was in a very convenient location for sight seeing. The sliding door to the twin bedroom didn't work. It couldn't be moved to be closed.
The toilet brush in the upstairs bathroom was disgusting and full of feces. it took a lot of cleaning and breath holding to clean it up.
- C (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sophie (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (10/5): Best bang for your buck. 100% would stay again. Great value for the price. - Located in central London, walking distance to all the major attractions including Big Ben, London eye, Buckingham palace. Nothing. Absolutely nothing short of superb.
- Antti (9/5): Excellent weekend stay in London - Quiet area and everything within short walk distance, tube stations, restaurants etc.
- Martin (8/5): Very good -

- Jake (9/5): Superb -
- Amir (6/5): apartment is located very far away - The apartment is nice. It is not neglected or dirty. The apartment is located very far away. There are buses, but they are also a few hundred meters away. The neighborhood is very very simple and almost unpleasant. There are no cafes, no restaurant or pub within reasonable distance. The apartment itself is very small (the pictures are misleading).
- Janet (9/5): really nice.x - big, clean and everything you needed was there, however a bit far out for us.x spotless
- Mariella (7/5): Good -
- Bigfam7 (9/5): Clean, spacious property. - Liked the number of bedrooms and the privacy. The kitchen was very nice. Beds were quite comfortable. The property worked very well for us. Only given one towel per guest and no wash clothes. Several bathroom vent fans weren’t functional. The twin bed bedrooms door won’t close. Porch light is burned out. Somewhat far from the subway, especially with luggage.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (3/5): not worth the money and its like a fraud listing. - not much to like about the property as it was not like it was shown in the pictures. very small & congested. location was lambeth, not waterloo, which was a shady area to stay with family. the property was not represented the way it was in the pictures. cobwebs everywhere, the backyard was messy, barbecue full with cobwebs, torn towels , carpet on the flooring coming off, sofas were hollow, shower drain was blocked, exhaust not working properly. we were scammer basically.
- Vera (8/5): Nice little house in the city - Easy check in, and everything was very clean! Also a little later check out was possible which helped us a lot! Thx
- Doron (9/5): exactly what we needed as home away of home - Very clean, grate for families. a bit far from tube (12 walking minutes)
- Deborah (6/5): Fair, but don’t get your hopes up. - The amount space was fairly good. The outside isn’t appealing at all. The “patio” was a space with a table and the rest was weeds. It stated that there were 3 bathrooms, which was important. One bedroom had a bath, there was a bath on the third floor for two bedrooms, but the people in the other bedroom on the second floor had to walk downstairs to a half bath, so I had to share my bathroom which was not the plan. There was one plate for 4 people and a couple of wine glasses, but there were coffee cups. The neighbors next door screamed at each other the first out in their back yard and the school arrive at the school fairly early in the morning. I think I overpaid and will definitely not stay again. The pictures are pretty, but not exactly as it is.
- Matt (7/5): Good -
- Mark (8/5): - A steady place to stay. Not wow but more than adequate for a night or two
- Cook (10/5): Great staff and superb clean home - Exceptional help from the staff, very clean when we got there.
