- Aleksandr (10/5): Круто! Ура, я выспался! - Давно я так сладко не спал! Перед реализацией сложного проекта, решил просто провести ночь в отеле - в одиночку. И не прогадал с выбором. Kentron вы лучшие!) удобное расположение, приветливый персонал, комфорт, и как бонус вкусный и сытный завтрак прямо в номер! Особенно понравился широкий подоконник, и собственно крутой современный интерьер. Все очень замечательно!!
- Kristina (6/5): Quick visit to St.P. - Modern and nice hotel in a very heart of the city. Rooms are clean and have most of the amenities you need. There was a miscommunication between the staff as we requested a bed for our toddler from one manager and and it was not in the room when we arrived (late evening) as the other manager did not receive the message. Nevertheless, the baby got her bed in time. Also, there was a small technical issues with acclimatization system, it started making weird noises in the middle of the night. We informed the manager in the morning to check it out. We will definitely give it another go, but hopefully next time without drawbacks mentioned above.

- Teemu (8/5): Viihtyisä, siisti ja persoonallinen boutique-hotel - Viihtyisä, siisti ja persoonallinen boutique-hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Henkilökunta oli erittäin palvelualtista ja "paikkasivat" muutaman pienen kommervenkin nopeasti kirjallisella pahoittelulla ja pullolla kuohuviiniä. Henkilökunnan englanninkielen taidot ovat hyvät, eikä kommunikoinnissa ollut ongelmia. Hotellissa on erilainen aamiainen siinä mielessä, että se tarjoillaan huoneeseen. Valikoima oli monipuolinen. Aamiainen on runsas, joskin oli ehtinyt jäähtyä yhtenä aamuna tarjoiltaessa. Huoneessa ja hotellissa oli toimiva ja helppokäyttöinen wifi-yhteys. Hotelli sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla, mutta juuri sopivan kaukana pahimmasta vilinästä. Kävelymatkaa metroasemalle oli alle 1km, joten liikkuminen oli helppoa.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Forced to pay fake minibar bill at checkout. - Hotel room was good size, clean, shower in the bathtub. Booked a comfort double room. Drinking water in corridor coolers. No lift. Stay was ok, but you can find better value hotels elsewhere. Presented with a 'minibar bill' on early morning checking out(wasn't even aware there was a minibar). In hurry to catch nearby train to Moscow so couldn't really discuss. I'm still furius that I had to pay up.

Пояснили нам это тем, что мы бронировали делюкс, а номер со стеклянной перегородкой - люкс. Но на сайте было все описано иначе и категории люкс даже не существует. Более того утром в день заезда мы предварительно позвонили и спросили этот ли номер у нас и нам ответили да, а по приезду сказали доплачивать 1000р если хотим именно тот номер.

- Lena (2/5): Avoid Kentron! - The hotel location was very convenient. Fantastic shower.The room was tiny.When we decided to roll up the Roman blind we discovered a hole in the glass pane that looked like a bullet shot. The deal included a bottle of sparkling wine which I had to remind about 3 times,breakfast menu was very basic.There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. But they offered us to serve tea on request. It was done so badly we never asked for tea again. During our stay we asked the receptionist to order a taxi. First taxi driver could’t find the hotel and we were rushed to walk into the very busy street where parking is forbidden to board the car. I felt very unsafe. The receptionist didn’t inform me about the price of the taxi . So I discovered the price of 3 taxi rides billed to my room at the check out. The numbers were significantly inflated. For example, I was charged 1900 roubles for the airport ride. I asked the taxi driver how much the taxi company has charged the hotel. It turned out the price was 910 roubles! And to conclude my unlucky stay at Kentron I nearly left without my suitcase. The porter took it downstairs but didn’t load into the car, though he stood in the doorway saying goodbye to us. We had to turn the car around at a risk to miss the flight. the receptionist has not apologised or provided any explanation of the incident. The above mentioned negative experience puts me off staying at this hotel . I can not recommend it to anybody!
- Ivan (10/5): Хороший новый отель - Очень милый отель в 5 минутах ходьбы от Московского вокзала. Локация отличная, в соседних зданиях несколько продуктовых магазинов, в том числе круглосуточный. Персонал дико дружелюбный и приветливый, все очень стараются, чтобы ваш отдых прошел отлично - один из лучших сервисов, что я встречал в России. Учли мое пожелание о тишине номера и поселили в номер с видом на внутренний двор, в итоге ночь прошла крайне спокойно - за что большое спасибо. Номер - одноместный эконом - был действительно небольшой, но мне понравился дизайн и продуманность помещения. Все новое, с интересным дизайном и подсветкой, отлично работает Wi-Fi и кондиционер. Кровать удобная, розеток достаточно. Душ прекрасный, все нужные принадлежности (хорошего качества) присутствуют. В номере указано, что по запросу дополнительно могут принести расческу, зубной набор и прочие мелочи. Дизайн отеля в целом очень порадовал. Теперь о том, что не понравилось: в условиях бронирования было указано "бесплатная бутылка игристого вина". Бутылка игристого вина и правда формально была, но объемом 0,2 (маленькая-маленькая), вместо классических 0,75. Игристое - Фанагория Брют - было очень достойным, но от такого размера бутылки игристого вина осталось не очень приятное впечатление. Имейте это в виду. В остальном, к отелю нет никаких претензий.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Albergo comodo in centro - Si trova proprio in mezzo a due fermate della metro. Bisogna comunque camminare un po’ e prender un mezzo per visitare la città. L’albergo è nuovo e il personale molto disponibile. Consiglio le camere più grandi, perché le camere piccole sono troppo piccole, sarebbe bastato un mezzo metro in più per renderle accettabili. Non hanno una sala per la colazione, ma volendo te la portano in camera, anche per questo è consigliabile una stanza più grande. In ogni caso sotto l’albergo ci sono un paio di caffè dove farla.

Handling large issues such as room changes down to the smallest detail such as making and bringing you a latte free of charge! Every morning breakfast was brought to your room as part of the stay. no charge. The rooms are very modern definitely boutique but I felt very comfortable during my stay here and the price was just right. Would definitely recommend! If your from the US definitely check out this hotel during your next St Petersburg vacation!

Ruzanna, the Manager was so accommodating and nice, went out of her way to address every issue and requests i had. I spoke very little Russian but they speak good english and they helped me with everything i needed.
