• Ruth (6/5): - This flat is ideally located as a base for visiting a family member at King’s College Hospital. There are plenty of places nearby to eat out or shop for groceries, and it’s conveniently close to the train station and bus routes. There were a few maintenance-related issues during our stay that slightly impacted our experience. The dining table was quite wobbly, and the veneer on the tabletop was peeling, giving it a somewhat worn appearance. The pull-out bed was also a bit tricky to use, as it dropped slightly on one side when opening and required some effort to put away. In the bathroom, the shower pole wasn’t fully secure and the clip for the shower head was missing, although we were able to find it in a bedroom drawer and reattach it. We also noticed a hand towel tucked behind the microwave that appeared to have been placed there while damp. The bathroom extractor fan could benefit from a thorough clean, as it released some dust when in use. There was also a loose tile in the bathroom doorway, and no shower door, though we weren’t sure if this was intention Unfortunately, the hallway and stairwell light stopped working the day before we left, which made using the stairs a little difficult after dark. Overall, this could be a really lovely place to stay with a bit more attention to ongoing maintenance, as it feels like it just needs a little TLC to reach its full potential.

Bagni con piastrelle rotte coperte da un tappeto, vetro della doccia completamente staccato, divano sporco. Stoviglie da vomito, microonde schifoso. Struttura impresentabile, soldi della cauzione non ridati!

• Johnson (3/5): Love Walk apartments a big disappointment. - Location Stairs to apartment, furniture, beds ( one was broken and had plywood covering a hole in the base) the downstairs toilet and shower room smelt unpleasant. The cold tap on the shower did not work rendering the shower unusable and actually dangerous. The carpets through out were tatty one of the kitchen worktop trims was coming away and cellotaped.. The upstairs bath and shower room had a black mat on the floor, under the black mat the tiles were cracked, loose and had sharp edges. The floors in the place generally were unclean all through. The roller blinds in the back bedroom upstairs was broken and the roller did not 'roll' the downstairs lounge furniture was all stained and looked dirty. Overall I really do not think that for the very expensive price we paid it was at all good value quite the opposite in fact.
• Subhojyoti (1/5): Horrible experience with no working showers, no wifi and overall unclean, unhygienic and unsafe place - This property is unfit for living. It has no functional bathroom shower, no working Wi-Fi, and is in an overall unclean, unhygienic and unsafe condition, with a strong unpleasant odor throughout the apartment. Despite repeated complaints since my arrival on 10 September, none of the issues have been resolved. Below is a summary of the major defects I reported to the property owner immediately upon arrival: Upper-floor bathroom – drainage issue Bathtub is waterlogged since first use and cannot be drained. As a result, the shower is unusable. The handyman sent by the owner was unable to fix the issue. Photo evidence with timestamps attached. Lower-floor bathroom – shower defect Only hot water flows; the cold-water knob is faulty. This makes the shower unusable. The handyman again failed to repair the problem. Stained furniture and bedding Sofa and chairs are covered with foul stains (photos attached). Bed linen is also stained and unfit for use. Unsafe bathrooms Both bathrooms have broken tiles with sharp edges. No protective mat provided, especially dangerous in the upper-floor bathroom. Other defects Kitchen slab corner is broken. No curtains in the upper-floor master bedroom, compromising privacy. Dim lighting in the lower-floor bathroom, making it nearly unusable. Wi-Fi not working None of the networks provided (LoveWalkFlat2, Lovewalkcuayomers) were available. On 12 September, the owner mentioned another network (Lovewalkers) but never shared the password. We had no Wi-Fi connection throughout the stay. Despite my cooperation and giving the owner two full days to resolve these issues, nothing has been fixed. No alternative accommodation was offered either. It is clear that the apartment is in a severely neglected state, and renting it out in this condition is unacceptable.

Baldosas rotas en el baño y pegadas con celo; moqueta muy sucia y muebles (sofá, butaca) llenas de suciedad y manchas. Cristales muy sucios; toallas amarillentas …etc

• Fady (6/5): Nice, good value for money, but the customer service needs serious improvement - Good location with very convienent bus stop in front of the building The host was only responsive when they wanted to collect the money. We reported a problem with the dishwasher، fire alarm at midnight and a reuqest to arrnage late checkout but they didnt repsond at all- complete radio silence. The deposit refund was also 2 days late. No one was picking up the phone line which caused a huge distress when we had an emergency at midnight
• Zaheed (5/5): Could have been better. - It was spacious. The beds were comfortable, the upstairs bathroom was big and functional. Kitchen was functional. The view from the apartment was great, very nice windows that provided lots of fresh air. The sofa and chair were dirty. The entrance was always blocked by the Cafe all the time and there was a lot of dirt and leaves. The shower by the Kitchen not working properly. Broken tiles in the upper bathroom,

• Katherine (7/5): Basic but acceptable - We live in the area and needed a spare room for a visiting relative. Location was ideal. Facilities were basic but absolutely fine for what we needed. Liked the discount at the LW Cafe too! The common parts of the building were disgusting. The entry stairs were filthy and the carpet a hazard, all rucked up and presenting numerous trip risks. The flat facilities were clean except that the sofa was very old and tatty, and there were long blonde hairs all over it so evidently hadnt been hoovered. We only ended up needing the flat for 2 of the 4 nights booked which may have influenced my view, but it did seem expensive for such a tiny space. But as I say, it did suit our needs and would no doubt suit many people's needs.

All facilities u need A strong unpleasant drains smell from downstairs bathroom, I avoided using it so a bit of a nuisance keep going upstairs to use loo The sofas need a deep clean as they are stained
• Jose (2/5): Too many problems and defects on this rental home and no service at all - The mattresses were all too old and damaged, this was the worst problem because it was very difficult to get a good sleep and both people sleeping in the same bed felt to the center since the mattresses were too soft. They did not tell me that this was on a second floor with no lift and the bedrooms were one more floor up, my parents had to book a room in another hotel since they cannot go up 3 floors. There was no response from the people that manage this apartment for any of the problems. The floor on the bathroom upstairs is broken, there were only to toilet rolls for an apartment for 8 people for 4 nights so I had to go to the supermarket to buy more. Some carpets on the apartments were broken, also when we arrive there was a damage piece of forniture on the kitchen that I fixed myself. The hot water pressure was low so when some person opened a faucet on any other part of the apartment the hot water stops so you get only cold water. There was not enough light on the apartment. The wifi was almost imposible to connect because the signal came from the downstairs Cafe and not from the apartment itself. There were not spare bags for the rubbish ( no trash can bags) so I also had to get more from the supermarket. This people need to fix all these things to make it better.
• Gary (1/5): We were so disappointed with the apartment we were forced to find alternate accommodation. Thus far the host has not res - Nothing! The condition of the furniture was below par with stains on the seating and cigarette burn damaged table. The shared entrance and stairs were unclean with loose wires across them and to top it off we had to get past a man drinking whiskey in the doorway!

I had to do an early check out and would have liked to hv a place to safe keep my luggage till the flight later at night.

Easy access to food and drink shops and buses into central London. Small suggestions to make it even more comfortable- baking tray, kitchen scissors, a bin bag on arrival for immediate rubbish. Flat door handle a little tricky. Brief heating instructions.

• Shannon (8/5): Very good - Clean , felt like home away from home, was close to hospital where we needed to be. Only issue was when you used the sink there was a small pool of water on the floor underneath the sink so maybe something needs to be tightened a little bit.

• Amaelia (9/5): Great stay, would recommend - Great place for an overnight stay with friends, comfortably slept 8 of us and plenty of room in the living room and dining room for everyone to chill in there too. Nice location too above a cafe and busy street with lots of shops open late too. Deposit and online check in made easy through the hosts own online system and deposit was returned promptly after my stay. Would definitely stay again.

• Irina (8/5): We really loved our stay and would come back anytime! - The location is very good and we could easily reach the touristic attractions in the city center. The bus stops and a supermarket are just a very short walk from the apartment. The accommodation is good for the price. Nice beds, sufficient sleeping space for four people, big TV, internet was working well. The bedroom was nice. There even was detergent and soap for the dishwasher and the washing machine. There was very little storing room: neither in the living room for the ones who slept on the sofa nor in the bathroom- really no space for toiletries there. And we missed a toaster and a drying towel for the kitchen.

• Jim (10/5): - Apart from the stairs when we arrived it is a great place to stay. I had a bit of trouble with Letta's accent but she is lovely & brought both our suitcases upstairs which we appreciated more than she can know. Nice roomy apartment, full facilities & very conveniently located near Camberwell. Heaps of shops & eateries nearby. We discovered the Pronto Cafe a few doors down ( there is a cafe directly under the apartment) & it was brilliant. An English breakfast I had trouble finishing & proper cappuccino, not just coffee with froth. My only issue is no mirror in the bathroom by which to shave. It is well soundproofed & I found the bed comfy. Nice large TV, I would recommend this place to any couple who are happy to live one floor up.
