The beds come with the pillowcase, duvet cover and bedsheet fitted on, unlike other hostels Woke up in the morning and the room (Piccadilly Circus) had a strong sweat smell. I believe that is due to the other guests and not the fault of the cleaning staff

• Spadoa (7/5): - Fiquei 20 dias no Hostel, estava preocupada pois seria um tempo considerável, mas não tive nenhuma intercorrência na minha estadia. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, as acomodações eram confortáveis. A localização excelente, menos de 5min de uma estação de metrô e com vários pontos de ônibus próximos, fora que o bairro é bem agradável também. Fiquei no quarto feminino com 12 camas, eventualmente tinha pessoas mais barulhentas, mas na maior parte do tempo era tranquilo (considerando que ficava no hostel só a noite pois saía durante o dia), geralmente por volta das 22h desligávamos as luzes do quarto para dormir. Um ponto que eu acho que poderia ser melhor é o banheiro (mais espaço no box do chuveiro, mais sanitários, com uma estrutura mais organizada). Tive uma experiência positiva.

Room is comfy and has everything you need. Communal areas are clean, but bedrooms could have been cleaner. Bed linen was clean, but surfaces were dusty and mucky in a couple of places.

• liyen (10/5): - Really enjoyed my stay at Prime Angel Hostel. The vibe is great and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff here are all very helpful and friendly, especially Ava and the Japanese Guy—they made my stay much easier. Definitely a good choice if you’re in London!

• Vicky (2/5): Avoid this property. - Do not stay here. Staff were rude and unfriendly. I stayed in the ‘studio’ however it was full with someone else’s belongings. And unclean on arrival. Towels provided were filthy. During my stay, bathrooms were being renovated (was not told before or during check in) this meant loud noise drilling and builders right outside my room. The staircase down to the studio was full of rubbish with clutter everywhere. The property didn’t feel particularly safe and I have stayed in many hostels. The doors continuously slam at night and there is very little consideration for anyone trying to sleep. The price was cheap, and I am not particular with where I stay however basic necessities were not met and I didn’t feel safe.

While understandable, maybe the property should consider having a notice for people arriving late at night not to turn on the main light (each bed has a lamp) or talk loudly.

• YI CHING (8/5): Well maintained and safe space - Everyone is friendly and the facilities are clean and well maintained, and there are free hairdryers. The neighbourhood is safe and easy to access. The soundproofing could be a bit better because I can literally feel whether someone is walking up, down, or to the other side of the staircase. And the mattress is too soft for my back.

• Kacey (8/5): Bit crowded but good location - Location was nice! Kitchen had lots of places to sit. One of the staff members made pancakes on the weekend! Felt really overcrowded. Was there on the weekend and felt like the bathrooms were always in use or was battling with someone to use the stairwell with. It’s an old building in a popular area, makes sense
• Nadia (10/5): Number 1 in London - I booked one night in prime backpackers. It was a great experience. They have a very nice reception and the receptionist was very polite and professional, I found out that she was the owner. She gave me a tour of the house and the communal areas, which is a big kitten and dining area and then they have a co-working space and TV room. I stayed in a small dorm with 6 beds and it was very clean and stylish. It looked like the place was recently renovated. And I loved the dark gray bedding, very slick. I also met a lot of other people in the lounge, and some of them were volunteers that explained to me that the hostel is community based and I found it very friendly and safe. As a female traveller I think comfort, cleanness and safety are the most important. And this place has all that. I really enjoyed my stay and I am looking forward to booking it again next week. And thank you Valeria for showing me around. All was perfect with my experience!!!

• Mendoza (10/5): Excelente. - Muy buena ubicación, cocina bien equipada, TV room y áreas sociales excelentes. El staff es súper atento y amigable. Me he hospedado en otros hostales en Londres y en diferentes partes de Europa, pero este tiene algo especial: se siente un ambiente realmente acogedor y cercano. Como viajero, transmite una vibra muy amigable que te hace sentir como en casa. No tengo nada negativo para decir mi experiencia fue muy placentera.
