William (8/5): Large and comfortable apartment in a very central location. - The apartment was large, plenty of space for our family (two adults and two children under 10). The apartment was clean and had clean bed linen and towels for each of the beds. The bathrooms were clean and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was very well stocked, and provided enough space for meals in the week. The location is directly in the centre of La Plagne, and so access to shops and the ski schools is only a 2 min walk, you can not get closer. The location was great, but late evening it can be quite noisy as the bars close, this is the pay off for being so central to the resort.

Appartement is over het algemeen groot en goed ingericht, voldoende keuken materiaal. Supermarkt en bakker vlakbij. netheid van het keuken materiaal erg smal stapelbed kleine douche met onaangename geur in 2e badkamer

Norio (1/5): Vol dans le local à skis et absence de réponse de l’hôtel　: - Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 23 au 27 décembre 2025, en famille de quatre personnes. Dans la nuit du 25 décembre, le casier du local à skis a été forcé et tout notre équipement de ski et de snowboard, ainsi que celui de la chambre voisine, a été volé. Le casier était fourni par l’hôtel, l’accès se faisait par code, et nous l’avions correctement verrouillé. Nous avons déposé plainte et demandé à l’hôtel de faire une déclaration auprès de son assurance, mais aucune réponse pendant près de deux mois. Après intervention de Booking.com, l’hôtel a refusé toute indemnisation. Nous avons envoyé une demande par lettre recommandée, mais dix jours plus tard, toujours aucune réponse.Le problème n’est pas seulement le vol, mais l’absence totale de communication et de prise en charge. Nous partageons cet avis pour informer les futurs voyageurs et espérons que l’hôtel reconsidérera sa position afin de compenser la perte de 900 € d’équipement. Nous restons dans l’attente d’un contact de la part de l’hôtel.

Nicole (8/5): Superbe station de ski. On y reviendra ! - Emplacement parfait ! Vue sur les pistes et le départ des cabines de Grande Rochette. Pour les familles avec enfants en bas âges, l'école de ski est à deux pas. Idéal ! L'accès au balcon est impossible. Les poignées des portes fenêtres ont été retirées, dans l'attente de futurs travaux sur le balcon.

TSZ YEUNG (4/5): I had nothing to do but watch on my I-pad all trip( except for skiing). - There was a lot of beds and showers. Also, there is a fridge and a lot of cutleries. They gave us stuff for the dishwasher and window views were nice. It was close to the ski resort, which was convienient. my blanket had electricity sparks in it. It spooked me at the night. All the bathrooms with actual toilets in them were at the bottom floor, and I slept on the third floor and there was three floors. One of them did not have a sink. Who made this place as they clearly didn’t have good architecture logic or common sense. The balcony didn’t have a nice view, just the hallway of doors to other rooms for my view n my balcony, please. Dissapointing.
Lauren (1/5): Do not stay here - The location and Alexandra (Manager) is helpful and tries her best. If you need Sleep or have children I would avoid at all costs. We have just stayed for a week and have not had 1 nights sleep. The noise from downstairs until around 4am most nights is unreal. The is blazing music, bass thumping through the apartments and screaming and shouting all night. We are all exhausted. The sewage smell that comes from the drains constantly is vile. We had to keep toilet doors shut at all times, as the smell was making us gag. I would honestly avoid this hotel
peter (1/5): Als je van korte slapeloze nachten houdt en graag s’nachts wat schreeuwende bezopen mensen wil ontmoeten, boek nu!! - De locatie van het complex is mooi, centraal gelegen in het skigebied De locatie van ons appartement recht boven de uitgang van de winkel en horeca galerie, het is de plek waar s’avonds en vooral s’nachts ( tot ca 03.00) de gasten van de horeca gaan roken en na sluiting doorfeesten ( eigen muziekbox, zingen , schreeuwen, plassen). Wij hadden 4,5 k betaald voor een week zonder nachtrust, echt heel heftige herrie. Eén nacht zelf ingegrepen, politie had geen tijd, na wat agressie werd het om 03.30 wat rustiger. Odalys erkent dit probleem maar verhuren dit zonder gêne dus voor 4500 euro en grijpen niet in.
Ella (9/5): Fijne accommodatie in bruisend La Plagne centrum - Heel goede ligging qua vertrek naar skigebied. Voldoende uitgerust en proper appartement. De receptie is 2x 2 uur/dag bemand, wat geen probleem is dankzij supervriendelijke mensen aan het onthaal die je instant helpen, 10/10 ! Dichtbij winkels, bars, restaurants, galerij en bijhorende ambiance (wat te verwachten is tijdens een schoolvakantie in het centrum van een skistation). Geboekt via booking.com, alle nodige informatie voor aankomst/check-in tijdig ontvangen, met een bericht de dag van aankomst dat de accommodatie reeds om 14h beschikbaar was. Weinig kastruimte voor kledij in appartement voor 5/6 volwassenen Gezien grootte van appartement bij maximale bezetting, best prijzig De lockers zijn te klein voor materiaal voor 5/6 pers zodat we de skibotten dienden mee te nemen in het appartement

Natasa (1/5): Neprijetno presenečenje - Odlična lokacija nastanitve. Odlično smučišče. Presenetljivo čisto. Delujoč wifi. Oken v apartmaju ni bilo mogoče odpreti, niti malo. Bila so blokirana. Zračili smo lahko le skozi vhodna vrata na notranji hodnik. Niso nam hoteli dati drugega apartmaja.

Jag (10/5): A fantastic stay filled with warm hospitality, helpful staff and unforgettable moments on the slopes - I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and support from the Odalys staff during our ski trip in France. From the moment we arrived, Alexandra went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. We drove from London, and we were tired. When we arrived - talking to Alexandra for 5 minutes changed my mood/view about the place :-). I didn’t expect such a caring and attentive approach—every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Alexandra's local knowledge and willingness to assist made our stay all the more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire team at Odalys, especially Alexandra, for making our trip memorable!

Olga (7/5): A practical hotel with a perfect location. - The location is very convenient, in front of the shops, pharmacy and ski school, very practical. Our room was unfortunately loud - we could hear music from a nearby bar until 1 am… This was rather disturbing. However, this is not an issue for all the rooms - the year before we had another room and the noise was not a problem back then.

Read this in the reviews but thought this would have been improved. Sadly not. The music so loud till 3am! So disappointed with staff. We were left homeless on our first night. Tried to call to report our flight delay, but only French answer phone messages. No numbers or key codes when we arrived at 11pm. So grateful to other guests helping us. Staff could have contacted us and left details on our phone. V disappointed
Richard (4/5): Good location and decent sized apartments but unlikely to book there again. - The location was good once we managed to find the door. The overall size of the apartment was good and it was well presented (clean and tidy with nothing broken). The concierge was not particularly helpful. We arrived early and knew we couldn't check in until 17:00. I called to find out where the actual door to the accomodation was and for the code to the door. Having not received any further details than was on the reservation sheet, I called at around 15:30 to find out some information. The concierge said that a text message had been sent out and that we should receive it by 17:00 when we could check in. At 17:00, no message had arrived and so I called but no answer. I called several times until at 17:45, someone else who had checked in let us into the building. The concierge was surprised to see us and before saying anything else asked how we had gotten in? I said someone had let us in and she proceeded to tell US off as we shouldn't have done that. It's a good job we did as six days later we still haven't had a code come through. There were no instructions on where the nearest bins were, only that she wouldn't be working on Monday as it was a French holiday. I've travelled to France and worked in La Plagne for several seasons previously and I don't think I've encountered someone quite so rude who is meant to be in customer service. The last issue were the mattresses. Bar the five year old child, we each woke up with sore backs and found the beds hard to get comfortable.
