Kaitlin (4/5): - The property wasn’t advertised with full honesty. The property appeared to be in the first set of units directly across from the lake, when it was set further back on the property. The unit wasn’t clean, large stains on the rug, and bedding. The kitchen cabinets and dishwasher door had old food stains, the fridge leaked consistently on our groceries ruining several items, the blinds on the main living room window were broken and we were unable to open them, the patio surface was dirty and there was a dead bird in the gravel right next to the patio. No one followed through when we attempted several times over serval days to contact the property and get issues resolved.

Bjornson (5/5): - The staff was incredibly friendly and so welcoming. We arrived so close to closing time that we actually called ahead figuring we'd need to do a night drop. Carol took the extra time to explain everything in detail and answered all our questions. She was amazing. The condo was way more spacious than I imagined and had a huge kitchen, which is a plus for my family. The grounds are great with lots of things for kids to do. Nice to have things for kids of all ages to do. Close to downtown. The condo itself was a little dated. The beds were the hardest I've slept on that I can remember. My back still hurts honestly. I know when you're there, the lake is the main focus. However, when the sun goes down and you're inside for the evening, t.v. is a must for my family. We like to watch shows and movies together. The living room remote didn't work and even after we bought new batteries it didn't help. We were never able to use the bedroom TV because the remote was never located.

Roxanne (10/5): Like home but with better people. Lol - The pools and jacuzzi but the staff is absolutely amazing. They literally felt like family. I had a man help my granddaughter yesterday and he was so sweet and kind to her you would have thought he was her Grandpa or something. lol. The man's name was Constantino Perez I think, I'm not sure if that spelling is correct but the man was so great that I had to take down his name. I believe he worked in maintenance. I don't think I've ever stayed at a place with better staff and the entire place is immaculate, inside and out. Definitely could have used more towels and blankets. Bedding could be updated, maybe some extra coffee and toiletries and the place is absolutely perfect.

Lana (7/5): Good - The resort is beautiful. We plan to come back and stay in a different unit. The housekeepers were still cleaning our unit when we arrived after 4pm so we checked in a little late, a small bummer but they did a great job and were very nice so it wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately the beds were terrible. There were 2 couples and all of us said the mattresses were awful. The owners need to replace them, we felt like we were rolling into a hole. We didn't need to cook but if we had the unit was poorly equipped, the owners need to provide more comforts for the price.

Susan (10/5): Incredibly well set up for longer stay people. Short term you hated missing all the amenities - The checkin process on site was disorganized and not particularly helpful especially to first time guests. Three people had to consult to be able to call back with the WiFi code.
Tammy (6/5): Pleasant - Due to us involved in boat races, We were hardly there just to go and sleep and wake up. I didn't get to enjoy the place or even the back patio view! Clean place, loved how it had most items and loved the location! I didn't like checking into the place part! I wrote in the checking in (it would be after hours.) We had talked to a few different ladies on the phone most gave different things to do, an Allison left me on the phone for a long time! I had to hang up! It was a nightmare. I will say Chelcie straight from the office was amazing! Sweet and helpful

Steeb (9/5): Great location! Pools and lake keep you cool and many activities to do on site. - Great location, love the ground floor with the grandkids A little maintenance on the cabinets. They need a little tightening of screws on doors. When the doors sag it gives the look of being run down. Most issues were loose mounting screws holding door in place. Overall the place was great and would not hesitate in booking it again.

Tina (6/5): Pleasant - We do love the location to the lake. Cost for cleaning is absurd, it was MORE than the rent. We were asked to empty garbage to dumpsters outside in carport area, leave all towels in bathtub, don’t make beds and make sure the dishes were done. that’s a lot to do for the cost of cleaning. There are no streaming capabilities just a dvd with movies for rent, $3.00 from office. There are no towels for beach or pool. Location is not very convenient for dining or shopping. Coffee maker came with one pod/pot for coffee, it would be great if they would provide coffee filters instead. and it was filthy, we had to wash it before we used it. The refrigerator leaked and when we told the front office she asked if we moved any shelves, we said no and she said it does that when you move the shelves. Living room chair was broken and so was wine rack/bookshelf.

Linsey (7/5): Good - Good location, beautiful view from living room and balcony, we liked that it was a secure gated community and had a pool. The A/C didn't work/there was no airflow so it was extremely hot at night. There were fans hidden in all the closets which led us to believe this was an ongoing problem. There were only a couple of umbrellas at each pool. It would be nice to have more for shade over the lounge chairs.

I offered my credit card for mailing charges. Will never stay there against n because obviously they are thieves.

Lenka (8/5): will consider to book here again next year, liked it overall despite few little things - spacious, excellent view, nice facility including sparkling clean pool/s missing sheets for pullout couch (4 persons in our party), one wash cloths, was surprised to find apt. door open about 1" and unlocked upon check in, hard to find the unit and very hard to find where the parking spot was, was told 'no wifi' and there was one, was told 'no recycling' and then found recycling right by our parking space), front desk unwilling to help us out with late check out
