• Agata (7/5): - 2 łazienki i 1 osobna toaleta, wygodne łóżka i biała pościel, ekspres do kawy mieszkanie już zniszczone, zdjęcia w ofercie nie odzwierciedlają stanu faktycznego, ciężko ustawić wodę pod prysznicem i w wannie, brak szafy w każdym pokoju, bardzo brudne i zaniedbane wejście do budynku.
• Carole (8/5): Would definitely use this facility again - The property had good facilities and in a great location. The beds were very comfy and the overall cleanliness was very good The only down side was the noise from the tube trains running late into the night. However it is to be expected due to the location very near to the main line stations etc.

• Bernadette (2/5): Nightmare - The property had no power - we had to sleep the first night without electricity or heating customer services are very unhelpful, I had to book my own replacement hotel I had to pay for this and they have ignored my email regarding the refund I was promised No heating no electricity, poor customer service - had to make my own arrangements for replacement hotel, I to pay myself and have no contact regarding the refund I was originally told I would receive
• Agnieszka (1/5): - Dzień dobry jest godzina 22.14 od 8 godzin nie ma prądu , wróciliśmy z wycieczki mieliśmy zjeść ciepłe jedzenie, które mogliśmy uszykować w kuchni gdyż taką posiada apartament jednak nie ma prądu nie mogliśmy się umyć , przebrać, zjeść, naładować telefon . Straciliśmy czas w mieszkaniu czekając na pomoc . Jest bardzo zimno około 15 stopni , ubraliśmy wszystko co mieliśmy na siebie i kupiliśmy świeczki dzieci zmęczone poszły spać. W pierwszy dzień zgłaszaliśmy problemy z prądem nikt nie odpowiadał wtedy co chwile korki wypadały , jakoś przetrwaliśmy pierwszą noc w takich warunkach , rano już prąd działał jednak dzisiaj na 4 dobę znowu bez prądu. Kolejny dzień bez prądu i ogrzewania bez możliwości ciepłego posiłku. Jedno dziecko ma gorączkę wysoką . Jesteśmy w 3 dorosłe osoby i 6 dzieci. Wielokrotnie dzwoniłam na numer alarmowy podany na booking, wielokrotnie pisałam na booking, na e-mail właściciela na stronę która zajmuje się wydawaniem kluczy, nikt nigdy nie odpowiedział . Cały wyjazd do Londynu został zepsuty zimnem w mieszkaniu, brakiem prądu, wody , brakiem ciepłego posiłku i napoju.

• David (8/5): Pleasant - We were four adults that's why we needed four rooms but there was only one key which was a logistical nightmare.
• Melissa (1/5): Horrendous! - Location Dirty hallway on arrival, old post chucked everywhere Bannister in hallway broken and dangerous nearly causing a fall down the very very steep stairs Tv not working, remote broken Can’t see out of the windows they are that dirty Toilet door broken causing a family member to get stuck in there Bathroom door lock doesn’t work, just spins and spins Sofa disgustingly dirty, white sticky marks all over it??? Cushions on sofa absolutely dire with dirt and smell. They have never seen a washing machine Hob dangerous as cuts out - gas hob Pots and pans in cupboard just chucked in Coffee machine had water in, it’s clearly been in there a very long time as there are grime marks around the water level Glass kettle filth inside and out - grimey Floors, skirting boards and doors are all very grubby. Definitely not seen any soap and water Tv unit had an inch of dust The living area in photos look spacious. In reality it is tiny. It has a capacity to sleep 10 but in that room there was no space and there was only 8 of us. Very loud property as tubes directly underneath. Vibrations throughout every 2 minutes Mouse and rat traps everywhere. No warnings for them so if you take kids be aware Location is good but the street this property is located on is horrible . Dirty back street. Raised complaints with the property to which I am being ignored Don’t ruin your stay by booking here £1056 we paid for 2 nights. I wouldn’t pay £156 for 2 nights! Be aware!!!

• Eleni (6/5): Pleasant - The location is perfect for what you are paying . It’s situated near many metro stations and bus stops making it easy to explore the city . The stuff were incredible friendly and helpful However we were disappointed to find a mouse during our stay . While I understand that this is incidents can happen I think everyone should consider this before booking the room . I would like to point out that the stuff went above and beyond trying to find a solution and assist us during this unpleasant situation

Evidence of mice/rats, could hear the underground all day/night and lots of noise coming from under/above and the street outside. A tv (which was specified) but no channels (which wasn’t).

• Kayla (3/5): Great location and potential but extremely neglected property - Great location, very conveniently located within a quick walk to 3 stations. Overall we had a very disappointing stay at this property. Upon arrival, we found stains on the sheets, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. Our experience worsened when we discovered signs of mice or rats in the house. They were eating our food, and despite alerting the landlord, no action was taken to resolve the issue. Additionally, there was no hair dryer provided, even though previous reviews mentioned the one in the home was broken. We contacted the landlord on our first day, and although they promised to send one, it never arrived, leaving us without a blow dryer for the entire week of our vacation. The condition of the house was also unacceptable. Almost everything seemed broken or fragile—there was a cracked picture on the wall, the bedroom door had no handle, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and the bed frames were falling apart. To make matters worse, there was continuous hammering and loud voices coming from the neighboring property late into the night, making it impossible to sleep. We also found mold in at least one of the bedrooms and the bathroom. Overall, the lack of follow through from the landlord and the numerous issues with the property made this an extremely unpleasant stay. We would not recommend this property to others until these matters are resolved.

• Khamis (7/5): It was good - The stairs to the flat need cleaning a bit There is 2 bathrooms in the flat divided as follow 1 full bathroom, 1 shower only & 1 toilet only. TV not working as the remote was defective. The staff were we picked up the keys was unfriendly at all (an old man) The location , there is a lot of Asian food restaurants. about 20 min walk to centre London. They asked for security deposit and it’s almost 3 weeks and money not back yet.

• Kulwant (9/5): Decent place to stay as a group for a few nights, with close proximity to tube. - Room sizes, communal areas decent size, very clean, fresh sheets, fresh towels, nice showers all which were clean location - 4 mins walk to warren street tube, close vicinity to shops and cafes Carpet needs changing, there is a an iron burn on entry to apartment, carpet is also old and worn Entry area was messy with a ton of letters/leaflets and the carpet is very dirty - its not a great first impression despite the actual apartment being lovely. you can hear tube but this isnt a major issue, unless you a very light sleeper!

• Harding (9/5): Did what we expected - basic accommodation in good location. - Location was good - beds and linen were nice - internet worked great . There were trains starting early but it was more like a rumbling that a loud bang so it wasn’t too bad. Kitchen was equipped enough for what we needed. Key pick up was easy. Quite a bit of mold in the bathrooms. I somehow missed this but there was a flight of steep narrow stairs. We had guys to help with our cases but I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself.

• Alison (7/5): Great stay. Spacious and comfortable - Really close location to the station. Large apartment very comfortable for 4 adults and a child. Lots of space and with having two bathrooms perfect for getting ready. The freeview on the tv didn’t work which was a shame. Felt like it was a loose connection with the wires but couldn’t fix it. It didn’t spoil the stay but some tv in the morning would have been nice. It is quite noisy too with the trains due to location. But we soon got used to it, and you can’t have close location without any noise !
• Juliana (8/5): Will definitely recommend this property to friends/ relatives who r heading to London - Location were fantastic cos it is very close to restaurants, Supermarket n shops and also the transportation( buses n trains). Thumbs up. The stair up to the apartment is too narrow with luggage. The cooking pots were limited n there r ni clothing lines to hang our clothes after wash.

• Hannah (9/5): Fab flat. Fitted 8 people comfortably without a squeeze. Love the new sofa! - We were very happy there and ideally would like to have stayed for a few days. It does not look much from outside but once inside we were surprised by the size of the flat. There were 8 of us and it did not feel crowded. A new sofa was being delivered as we arrived. The sofa delivery guys took about 30 minutes to unpack the new sofa.

• Cara (10/5): It was a gem of an apartment. A calm haven in a busy city. - We were taking an early train from Euston so the apartment was in a perfect position. There were 4 big bedrooms which were all warm and clean. Most importantly, the beds were nice and comfy. There were 2 toilets and a separate bath and shower room. This meant that it was nice and easy for our large family to get ready in the morning. The host met us at the doors with the keys and was very polite and helpful.

Broken windows, creaky floor, horrible location, no hot water, the living room is broken and the owner is just an evil man and a thief. The apartment was broken and the owner blamed me for it. He stole £300 from my account because he thought "I smoked" in the apartment.. without proof and simply owed me the bill for £300 he stole from me! I do not recommend anyone to stay in this apartment. I had a terrible experience. I didn't like anything, terrible apartment. Broken windows, creaky floor, horrible location, no hot water, the living room is broken and the owner is just an evil man and a thief. The apartment was broken and the owner blamed me for it. He stole £300 from my account because he thought "I smoked" in the apartment.. without proof and simply owed me the bill for £300 he stole from me! I do not recommend anyone to stay in this apartment. I had a terrible experience.
• Marta (7/5): apartamento cómodo - Evaluació: The apartment is well located just a few minutes from Warren Station and Euston Station as well as hop on hop off bus stop if you wish to discover the city. Also, LIDL supermarket was conveniently close. We travelled as a family of 7 and the apartment size fit perfectly for us. Beds were also comfortable and beautiful bed linen and towels were provided as well as to pillows (soft and firm) which was very nice. However, the apartment photos are not accurate and they look better that it is in reality. Here are some recommendations for the home owner/property manager to look into or disclosure in their advertisement. - Underground: underground runs underground the apartment and you can feel trains from 5:50h to 00:30h. If you are sensitive in your sleep this might not be the best apartment for you. - Health issue: Mold in the bathroom and one on the bedrooms. We strongly recommend carpet in all the apartment to be cleaned in deep. My kid is asmathic and has been a significant issue for him. - WI-FI. We were not able to find the network provided in the instructions in the available networks list. We are able to use sometimes the network displayed in the tag underneath the router, however service was disrupted often. - Only one pan in the kitchen unusable as everything sticks in it. - Kitchen fume extractor is not working. - No dustpan.

• Solafh (3/5): An experience I would’t recommend. - clean house with comfortable beds and Cleaning materials are available ,and close to the main places. I suffered from the Internet from the day I arrived to the fifth day with the host, and the problem was only solved through Booking.com. I was shocked from the noise of the train from six in the morning until midnight, as if the house was a train station.On the day of my departure, I forgot a bag and when I arrived at the airport, which was an hour after I left at 7 in the morning, I texted the host and told him about the bag and asked him to put it in the place where the keys were delivered, and he answer me with acceptiaton, and after a while he told me that it was thrown in the trash!!!! This does not make any sense . It is my first time to be hosted badly like this and I hope it will be the last especially with this host
• Gareth (6/5): Not a nice experience - Property - Unfortunately pictures make it look better than actually is, very very noisy and not the most welcoming of entrances. Tv didn’t work properly Money - paid fee upfront on the app then had to pay £300 deposit on arrival, (supposedly refundable) However £111 cleaning fee deducted!!!!! I was in there a few hours, slept didn’t use anything other than bed and bathroom. Will never use again and am very disappointed that hotels.com lists this property. So much so I think I will look to move my business to another provider.
