- Aneta (6/5): - - bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem - po wysłaniu maila z prośbą o podanie szczegółów dotyczących dostania się do mieszkania, wiadomość zwrotna że szczegółami została przelana bardzo szybko - dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum - po wejściu do mieszkania czuć było zaduch - po przewietrzeniu było ok - widok z okna - podniszczona kamienica i podwórko - skrzypiące łóżko, - winda na pierwsze piętro nie dojeżdża - trzeba wchodzić po schodach - dość słyszalny odgłos sąsiednich mieszkań i osób w nich przebywających (na klatce jest ich 5) - w cenę nie wliczono podatku miejskiego (nie otrzymaliśmy wcześniej informacji o dodatkowych opłatach w wysokości 1.5 euro na osobę/noc) Ogólnie na krótki pobyt OK, ale cena zawyżona w stosunku do jakości.

- Anabela (10/5): - Cuando llegamos, el apartamento no había sido limpiado debido a un error con el servicio de limpieza. Son cosas que pueden pasar, y creo que lo más importante es cómo se gestionan. El anfitrión respondió enseguida, estuvo siempre atento y nos ofreció diferentes opciones para solucionarlo de la mejor manera posible. Además, cumplió con lo prometido y nos devolvió el importe de esa noche. Durante toda la estancia estuvo pendiente de nosotros, preguntando si todo estaba bien y si necesitábamos algo. Valoro mucho su honestidad, responsabilidad y la manera en que manejó la situación. Todos podemos cometer errores, pero no todos los resuelven con tanta disposición y amabilidad. Además, la ubicación de los apartamentos es muy buena, cercana a los principales atractivos de la zona. También es un lugar de fácil acceso en coche y con opciones de parking, algo que se agradece mucho.

The location is a strong point, as it is within walking distance of the main attractions, which makes getting around very convenient. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the arrival process straightforward. Nothing negative to mention.

- Mauricio (1/5): - Vlasnik Apartmana je promjenio adresu apartmana u koji sam trebao ici. Apartman koji sam platio nisam dobio! Apartman u koji sam usao je bio totalni kaos. Pokidani podovi, tus pokidan, vjesalice pokidane. Nije bilo ocisceno, dlake posvuda. Vodokotlic nije radio cim sam dosao, vlasnik je odmah bio obavjesten na sto je odgovorio da ce doci netko to popraviti, na kraju nitko nije dosao, 3 dana bez vodokotlica -jednostavno genijalno. Sve u svemu, najgori apartman dosad....

Nem volt a leírásban, hogy nincs lift a házban. A zuhanyzó teljesen elvolt dugulva. A zuhanycső elvolt törve több helyen. a fűtés nem működött. próbáltam a klímával fűteni, de semmi. a wifi olyan gyenge volt, hogy az emailjeimet sem tudtam, megnyitni.

Important thing to notice is that the apartment was on a location different than what is listed. After booking, I was provided a different address. It was about 2km from listed location, so it was not a big problem, but it is not ok to list different addres. Also there was no photo for this specific "room".

Siamo arrivati l'appartamento che ci avevano assegnato era sporco, abbiamo trovato il frigo pieno di cibo chi sa da quanto perché è uscita una puzza assurda, la cucina tutta sporca,la camera uguale, il letto pieno di capelli... Chiamato l'host ci hanno spostati.. il secondo appartamento meglio ma comunque trascurato, poca pulizia pieno di polvere, il getto dell'acqua del water andava e no... Non ci siamo rilamentati ma potevamo tranquillamente di nuovo per come era l'appartamento. La posizione non è male ma siamo rimasti malissimo di tutto il resto. Peccato.

- slobođan (6/5): - Lokacija, jednostavnost check in-a, sve sto je potrebno za prespavati apartman ima Ručnici su mirisali na vlagu, poprilično neugodan miris koji ostaje na tijelu poslije tuširanja, parking se naplaćuje, no mora se rezervirati taj san jer se ne zna da li ga ima, olakotna okolnost je sto je bio vikend pa se parking nije naplaćivao i pronašli smo ga relativno brzo

- Sandra (9/5): Merece la pena Hospedarse - El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario, tienes utensilios para cocinar, una cama amplia y una smart TV grande, con netflix, etc. Buena ubicación próximo a la plaza de la ciudad, pero en un edificio muy tranquilo, al igual que la calle, no escuché ningún ruido. Además el anfitrión me dejó realizar el check out más tarde, cosa que le agradezco puesto que el día estaba lluvioso. Si repetiría en este alojamiento Me gustó todo, lo único que la ducha se salía el agua.

Tesis çok kötü,oda çok küçük bir daire 4 e bölünüp 4 oda yapılmış yan oda öksürüyor öbür oda saçını kurutuyor sen dinliyorsun. Odada Böcek var,tam karşıda inşaat var gürültüsü tozu cadde ışığı odanın içinde ,cam bozuk tam kapanmıyor gece 2 derece ,saç kurutma çalışmıyor,banyoda havalandırma fanı sürekli çalışıyor ,duş başlığını asacak yer kırık takılmıyor,başucu lambanın biri yanmıyor vb.

- Anne (4/5): - Leider gab in der Unterkunft große Schimmelflecken neben den Fenstern. Das Kopfende des Bettes war fleckig und im Kühlschrank stand noch eine Schüssel mit angebrochenem Dosenobst. Der Wasserkocher war von außen voller Fettspritzer und sehr klebrig.

- Ivić (3/5): - Ima hladnjak Rezervirala sam ovaj apartman, a nakraju je mjesta bilo u Secret studio apartmanu (vlasnik ima više apartmana pa sam se jedino u taj slobodni mogla prijaviti) koji je bio daleko ispod očekivanja. Vidi se da nije čišćeno, osim toga zidovi nisu ofarbani. Morala sam dodatno platiti boravišnu pristojbu iako je za ovaj apartman(za koji sam dobila račun putem bookinga) pristojba već bila uračunata. Osim toga, čistaćica je pustila izrazito bučnu glazbu dok je čistila apartmane. Smatram da je to izrazito neprofesionalno.
