- Ryan (1/5): Never ever again. - Woolworths close, not far from Southbank. Apartment was filthy, with dirt and stains everywhere. Cot had no mattress, no streaming or smart TV, and management didnt care about it being filthy either.
- Sheranzey (1/5): Photos on booking are lies - This place was disgusting, we checked in saw the state of the place and had to check out at 7pm after driving all the way from Sydney. This place shouldn't even be on booking. It was so dirty like it hadn't been clean for months, when we called up the apartment staff and notified them. They didn't do anything about it even though we sent them photos and videos of the place.

- Martinico (1/5): - i was very disappointed with my stay. upon arrival the room was a mess, the floors were absolutely filthy. i contacted the owner about this and she told me that she would send a cleaner straight away to come fix it, no one ever showed up, i was told that the mess was caused by the cleaners when they moved the couch but not only was it the floor the whole room felt dirty, with stains on the carpets, in the bathroom and the couch. i had picked up a singular set of keys from the pickup location and after checkout was accused of being given 2 sets of keys and losing one of them. i can assure you i was only given one set at the time of check in. I have not received my deposit back and am still waiting on a response regarding these alleged missing keys. I am overall very disappointed with my stay here

- Rundle (2/5): ReadySet Apartments at Sentinel Missmanagement - Location ReadySet Apartments, unserviced apartment #111 floor #11. We paid for early check-in so we could relax but spent from 9am to 7pm requesting to have the apartment cleaned so we could stay, (or) receive a refund so we could seek alternate accomodation.
After purchasing groceries and putting away for the day we realised we had a fridge compartment that did not work properly, although the freezer compartment was fine. I had to dispose of the chilled refrigerated groceries we purchased because the produce was unrefrigerated for hours before realising. Other issues we had included, floors were uncleaned and in dire need of a vacuum, there was stains and crumbs on the floors & couch, mould on the fridge top, hair on a pillow, soiled cutlery, crockery and pans in the drawers & cupboards, the windows are so unclean they almost seem milky, there was empty beer stubbies, 1 broken on the balcony and stained marks on the tiles. We attempted to vacuum the floor only to find the vac had very little suction. We had to purchase bedding & pillows not trusting what was there could be clean. I made numerous phone calls requesting management of ReadySet Sentinel to contact me back, (because the people answering my call advised they were not authorised to satisfy my requests), but not surprisingly, I did not receive a call back. I sent 18 photos to Bookings.com of what we walked into in this apartment and they advised they also had on numerous occasions contacted ReadySet Apartments on our behalf to address / rectify our issues, but AGAIN unsurprisingly, we were not contacted back. Our dealings with the reception or concierge advised this is common for this apartment which is not one they manage and there is another in the complex believed to be owned by the same group. I have never had dealings with such a poor customer service group that have absolutely no face to face contact on site and showed no care or inclination to assist me or address the issues.

We booked for a 5 night stay, arrived later in the day on our first night and the property was disgusting. We had to vacate the next morning as it was unhygienic.
Stains on the rugs, the carpet and the couches. It looks nothing like the photos
No bin bags and mouldy bin, laundry is covered in dust and grime
The sheets were dirty and covered in hair, we were lucky to have friends staying nearby that gave us some sheets/blankets to cover the bed
Holes in the wall (has been mentioned in another review in May), the property claimed in May that the hole has been fixed, not the case, it's still damaged. When I asked them about it I was told that the owner of the property had not approved the fixes. Dealing with the property.
The staff member representing the company was not helpful, refused to communicate with booking.com even after repeated requests to cooperate with booking.com policies.
Please be wary as some of the numbers listed on their site are disconnected so it is hard to find a good contact.
The state of the apartment was so terrible we had to leave and book different accomodations after one night.

Sofs bed was broken and uneven to the point my daughter rolled out of bed and split her head on sofa bed requiring 4 stitches to her forehead. Toilet leaked filling room with urine smell. I emailed the property advising and never got a reply
- Karleen (3/5): Doesnt deliver - The location was handy to the event we were attending. Collection of keys was EXTREMELY clumsy. We had to park somewhere in central Melbourne, walk to a convenience store and collect a key. Then return to the building to find our carpark (we knew the number but not the location in the multi story park, which turned out less than simple to find as the parks aren't marked in ANY sequence. We were also told the wrong floor for our apartment, and there's no reception desk, so there's no-one to help and for sometime thought the fob wasn't working, until we deduced it was for an apartment on an entirely different floor than we were told) . To return the key after our stay was similarly difficult. We annoyingly had to leaving the building and the carpark, locate another on street carpark with our vehicle in busy central Melbourne, then return the key to the room 8 floors up.
There was rubbish and other peoples personal papers under the couch.
Be careful, we booked what looked like a spacious apartment for eight people, but it was small and four had to sleep in the lounge room.
Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you're with a large group, despite the cost, there definitely wasn't enough for eight people for two days

No mattress with cot had to call for that also.

There were no cloths/sponges provided with which to wash dishes. Extra bedding, such as pillows and blankets would have been appreciated. Sofa bed in the loungeroom was broken and when assembled it was on a lean.

- Sara-jane (10/5): Kids had a ball. - Apartment was clean, had all amenities, comfortable, close to shops, cbd, all home comforts. Swimming pool and tennis court basket ball ring. The late key collection Keys was 2 hours late because the apartment hadn't been cleaned, so collected them at 5pm waiting in the heat. They refunded me my late check out fee and told me I could late check out we ended up leaving at 11am anyway.
