- philomena (3/5): Disappointing - Close proximity to restaurants and public transport.
Beds were comfortable and extra large pull-out couches nice and hospitable. The apartment was dusty, dirty and smelt strong of a pungent smell when you open the front door.
There was dust and dirt all along skirting and surfaces like the TV and TV unit. The walls have holes and marks all over them in the kitchen and the balcony was not accessible as the door is jammed and therefore no air circulation.
The air-conditioner only reaches the direct vicinity in front of it and the rooms were hot and muggy even with the windows ajar.
Smell of mould in the ensuite and the floors slippery before even using the shower as it was muggy in the apartment.

Large and comfortable We specifically chose this property for the swimming pool and my two granddaughters were very disappointed to find it closed (obviously for some time and yet still advertised in n website).
For the price $800 a night to only have two wine glasses and one flute and only four mugs and one spoon also disappointing.
No towel rail in bathroom and hot tap in shower fell off as I was showering.
I will be seeking a partial refund. Please tell me how to go about.

- Stephen (3/5): Disappointing - The beds were comfortable. The key was at a different location and wasn't there when we arrived. Had to wait an hour, then walk back to the apartment. Room had holes in the walls, faulty lighting and the bathrooms were not very clean.

It was disappointing to arrive only to find half the chairs were extremely wobbly and couldn't be sat on, the dining table was also really wobbly, kitchen light was blown and even though contacted readyset who had proceeded to organise maintenance to attend the following morning noone showed
- Tinka (7/5): Good - The size of the main bedroom Advertised with enough beds for 8 people, we had to make 2 of the beds
- Jesse (3/5): Cheap and good location. But everything else about it is negative - Was cheap There is very very minimal blankets for the beds. No heating in the bedroom either so it was freezing the whole time.
I was locked in one of the bedrooms for 15 minutes as there was no handle on the inside and someone had to slide a knife under the door to remove the handle's metal frame to leave the room. Completely unacceptable

- William (6/5): Pleasant - Location Poorly maintained, old you food left in cupboard, mouldy tiles in the bathroom, door knob missing, no teaspoons, lack of cooking appliances, utensils. Curtain broken, dangling. Balcony filthy, dusty on external windows. Sliding door on cupboard unstable, comes off the track. This apartment needs a thorough clean inside and outside and maintenance.

Such a disappointing visit I asked for a refund after all the run around about linen and the fact one quest had to sleep with towels They wouldn't even discuss it.
A minimum requirement is linen They did not meet their contract / commitment

- cameron (8/5): Location, location - Very decent location, walking to Southbank and the botanic gardens; supermarket 2mins walk away. Ultimately comfortable for 6. Nice apartment complex pool, gym and hot sauna were a bonus!
Apartment getting pretty run down. 2 holes in the wall, and cleaning crew left dirty towels in the washing machine. But management were responsive over text and WhatsApp, and again, location was great so we didn’t need to stay longer in the otherwise sparse apartment.

No bathroom rails
Dining table wobbly and chairs unstable
Main bathroom door knob locks you in and in the event of an emergency if there’s no one there you’ll be stuck.
Heater on the wall doesn’t work.
Split system heater did not work (I had to call a technician to come and clean the filters as we had someone quite sick and apartment owner didn’t care).
No extra bedding or pillows for sofa beds, I had to go and buy blankets .

- Vilde (1/5): Would NOT recommend - This is a highly unprofessional rental company. Upon our departure, the apartment was in the same condition as when we arrived, yet the landlord sent a picture of a doorknob that had come off. We had not caused this damage, yet they charged us over 200 AUD for the broken door, and subsequently failed to respond to messages. Additionally, the pre-check-in process was significantly more a hassle than my experiences with other accommodations booked through similar platforms. I strongly advise against staying there. Furthermore, the apartment appeared worn-out, likely explaining why they deducted the deposit to cover the costs of repairing wear and tear accumulated over time.

Immediately after booking I started receiving emails telling me to pay security deposit or booking would be cancelled. They demanded I send photo of every guests drivers licence or they would cancel. Picking up the keys was in another location so cannot get taxi direct from airport to apartment.
- Vicki (8/5): - I have said about 3 times there were no coffee mugs, forks, properly fitting sink plug, (we bought all these and left in unit) , broken door knobs, broken towel rail, bedroom wardrobe doors that wouldn’t slide BUT. You know, we loved staying there, enjoyed the pool, and would go back there. It suited us. Just feel maintenance team may be letting owners down.

Security deposit was absolutely ridiculous.
I almost didn't have access to the master bedroom before our stay due to the window apparently falling out, now after staying there I can see why.
Condition of the property was very poor.
Definitely not worth the amount paid.

- Robert (7/5): Good - the location of the property was fantastic. the price was great. the company actually debited the value of the security bond which then takes 5 days to come back after the stay. they also charged my card for the value of the stay, even though I paid through booking.com. it was all sorted through a phone call from me and the money was all returned.

Most of the chairs are broken & the smaller lounge.
In the bathroom the door gets stuck , the hand towel & toilet roll holder broken. The bathroom & tiles could do with a good scrub.
