De a szálas adó nem tud róla és az írja üzenetben h keressek magamnak parkolót van sok a szálas közelében !! Tehát nem segítő készek !!! Ez a szállásadó egy szégyen a vendéglátó iparnak maga a hozzáállás az arrogáns lekezelő és tiszteletlen és nem segítőkész hangnem amit a szállásadó munkatársa Arianna meg ütött !!! • Giulia (10/5): Top 🔝 - Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per motivi di lavoro e non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero strategica, vicino al Vaticano, comodissima per gli spostamenti e perfetta sia per impegni professionali sia per qualche momento di relax dopo le riunioni.

O pequeno almoço era num café, onde só podiamos comer um croissant e uma bebida. Nem nos deixavam pedir um simples pão em vez do croissant! Fora que, neste mesmo café, os funcionários eram super rudes para nós, mas simpáticos para todos os outros funcionários

Yani ilk gun kahvaltıya yaklaşık 50 euro ödedik 4 kisilik bir aileyiz ve bur cok bizim icin ödeme talep ediyoruz .

• Olga Rosaria (1/5): - Eravamo in 5, ci hanno assegnato una camera matrimoniale che andrebbe bene al massimo per 2 persone. Sono semplicemente stati aggiunti 3 BRANDE al posto di scrivania, comodini ecc… Invivibile. Inoltre, ambiente totalmente diverso da ciò che appare in foto; rovinato e sporco. Totalmente assenti i prodotti da bagno (sapone, bagnoschiuma…). Non c’è alcuna hall; siamo stati “accolti” da un ragazzo che si trovava nella stessa stanza in cui poi abbiamo soggiornato, mentre consumava cibo e bevande proprio nella nostra stanza. La “hall” in questione è un mini spazio in cui c’è una lavatrice e una sorta di cucina in condivisione… terribile. Esperienze da non ripetere. Unico punto a favore: la posizione. Ad ogni modo un soggiorno pessimo; totalmente delusi, mai più.

• Mahtab (5/5): - This hotel is excellent for a budget-friendly trip. The staff were incredibly kind, flexible, and very quick to respond to any request. We had a great stay, and the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. In the photos, the room looked bigger, and we assumed that the room for four people would also be more spacious. However, the room we received was not really suitable for four people. I also have one more comment regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet, which were unfortunately a bit untidy.

• Faris (1/5): Ingen frukost, smutsiga handdukar och lakan, och en AC som läckte vatten ner i sängen hela dagen. - Om jag ska vara helt ärlig, så var det ingenting med detta boende som var bra. Till en början så bokade jag just detta hotel på grund av tidig check in och frukost, men fick varken eller. Jag försökte kontakta värden angående detta både genom att ringa flera samtal, skriva meddelande och mejla utan något svar. Sedan möts vi av smutsiga handdukar (gula fläckar) och smutsiga lakan (svarta fläckar). Dessutom fanns det inget toalettpapper, handtvål eller dusch tvål i rummet och behövde därför vänta på städaren som kom efter 2 timmar som dessutom inte kunde någon engelska. Det värsta av allt var att det ur luftkonditioneringen forsade vatten ner för väggen och ner på sängen som gjorde sängen blöt och omöjlig att sova i (en av oss fick sova på golvet då värden inte svarar och problemet inte går att åtgärdas). Det fanns gula och svarta vattenspår längs väggen och dessutom samma fläckar under sängöverkastet på sängen, vilket indikerar på att det tidigare har forsat vatten och att det har bildats fuktskador. Under hela vistelsen fick vi inget svar av värden varken via telefon, meddelande eller mejl.

Zona pedonale servita con tanti negozi ed appena fuori dal portone di ingresso è presente un piccolo supermercato, un ottimo ristorante/pizzeria, ed un buon bar/pasticceria d'altri tempi. Stanza molto molto piccola, per 4 persone, due valige ed un passeggino. Infatti non sapevamo dove poggiare le valige. Da rivedere i rubinetti in sono poco funzionali e difficilmente da miscelare. Inoltre necessita la stanza di un pò di manutenzione (pitturazione per le mura sporche e sistemazione del parquet in quanto in dei punti divelto)

• Linda Bongui (5/5): Recommendations - Très propre et excellent emplacement. Petit-déjeuner très médiocre : uniquement café ou thé avec un seul croissant, sans même une bouteille d’eau. Le jour du départ, absence d’eau chaude en raison d’une coupure générale d’électricité, avec une intervention du personnel tardive. De plus, la communication se fait uniquement par e-mail ou via la plateforme Booking, ce qui est totalement inadapté en cas d’urgence.

• Carlo (6/5): La posizione ti fa scordare tutto il resto - Posizione eccezionale al miglior prezzo possibile. Iil bagno è un ottimo compromesso, sopratutto a quel prezzo. Purtroppo la stanza è davvero piccola. Le suppellettili erano discrete, ma le coperte di lana anni 70 non si addicono ad una struttura ricettiva che fa praticamente angolo tra via Ottaviano e piazza Risorgimento. C'è stato un problema con la prenotazione, a quanto pare con booking, (mi hanno inviato una schermata con la prenotazione per 2 persone) nonostante ciò io ho una schermata che dice che dovevano darmi un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Aspetto risposte da booking per questo. Non funziona la messaggistica attraverso booking (probabilmente è il mio telefono), ho dovuto interagire con la mail del b&b... Impossibile parlare con un operatore, risponditore automatico ottimo ma non esaustivo.

Ci aspettavamo fosse una camera più grande e un po' più curata e pulita rispetto alle recensioni che abbiamo letto su questa struttura. Le foto non rispecchiano esattamente la realtà.

They forgot to give us breakfast tickets, when I texted for information, it was a bit poor. In the bar to get breakfast, the staff was rude and arrogant. I you offer breakfast you should provide the EXACT information (f.e. time, we came when the bar opened and they told us, they have only some leftover croissants from yeasterday). Oh and thats it. One croissant and coffee for breakfast. You should put that in the information too.:) The room had dust on the shelfs, it was relly small and to be honest we order a room for 5 and we really didn't expect a room for 2 with 3 extra beds that didn't fit the room and that were squicky. However, compared to the prices in Rome it was tolerable for the price. The heating in the room was on the highest level and the mechanism for turning it down was broken, so we had to sleep with open window in the winter. Oh and you should really consider updating those photos or at least delete the one with reception, because a room with wardrobes and a washing machine without any person there is not a reception. And it's on the 4th floor with elevator for only 2 people. Consider that travelling with older people.

• Kerns (10/5): Highly recommend - The staff was AMAZING. We had other reservations that fell through. I called them and they told me how to book. They also called me back to make sure it all went well. I didn't receive confirmation from booking.com it so happened to be in my spam. He helped me to get through the nerves, and I found the confirmation. He met us at the location and was very kind and understanding.The room was clean. A refrigerator to keep items cold. The bathroom was very nice and clean. Closet area for suitcases. Windows for fresh air and air-conditioned. I highly recommend staying here in a great location, safe and welcoming. The staff is a 10 out of 10.

Fajna opcja śniadania (odpowiedni wybór przy rezerwacji) w restauracji nieopodal. Dostępne świeże ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, ogólnodostępna kuchnia z wyposażeniem. Łatwość zameldowania i wymeldowania w porze nocnej ( dotarliśmy na miejsce o 2 w nocy,) bez problemu podano nam instrukcję wejścia z wyprzedzeniem. Faktycznie bardzo mały pokoik, byliśmy rodziną 3 os. dorosłe + dziecko. Dołożone dwie dostawki ( łóżka polowe), wygodne. Pościel pomięta, brudny koc i narzuty. Łazienka miniaturka, bez mini kosmetyków jakichkolwiek- choć była informacja na stronie internetowej że będą, brak stolika w pokoju- już się nie zmieścił. Straszna winda ,malutka na 2 osoby. Ogólnie do przeżycia ale byliśmy tylko 3 noclegi.

On entre directement dans une buanderie ce qui est assez étonnant. La chambre est toute petite pour 4 lits. Pas mal de chose qui commence un peu à être en mauvaises états. Pas bien insonorisé, on entend pas mal les bruits voisins.

• Al Palazzo dei Normanni (4/5): - L'unica cosa positiva è il punto, perchè vicinissimo al Vaticano. Partiamo dalla pulizia... totalmente assente, peli in bagno, peli in camera, doccia piena di muffa... Poi parliamo dello spazio della camera? Una camera spacciata per quadrupla ma che in realtà è una matrimoniale, in neanche 12 mq trovi un letto matrimoniale (tra l'altro scomodissimi) che per sdraiarti devi scavalcare gli altri letti singoli ammassati sulla parete, non si ha neanche la possibilità di muoversi. Consiglierei di eliminare la possibilità della quadrupla. I turisti non sono dei galli da spennare!

• pietro (1/5): - The location is the only positive point. First, the night we arrive even if we did check in online the Door was close qnd did not open. We try to call the phone number they give us, only automatic answer, no one get the phone. We also write through booking, no answer until we have to sleep on the floor. Same proble have our neighbours. We finally enter the room at 2:00 in the morning. Day after they even did not come to clean the room. All these features: be present 24h and cleaning room where require from them. The room is small and was just paxked with best. Quality is rather low if compre to price it cost. I write in english so that hopefully this message can be reach to more turists.

• Suzanne (1/5): Not recommended. - It is in a nice location. When we entered the structure at 2:30pm, there was no reception or receptionist as depicted in the photos online. We entered a small, dark entry room with three bedrooms. There were three washing machines running at a very high temperature. The temperature in the main entry room was higher than the outside temperature which was in the 90's. It was as if we were entering a laundry. The rooms were tatty. The one that my friends were in smelled like the previous guests had smoked and it was hot and stuffy. The air conditioner wasn't working well. The room that we were in was smaller. The air conditioner worked well. The shelf under the window was broken and the headboards in both of the bedrooms were tatty, made of plastic leather that was peeling in places...nothing like the photos. When I called the man who ran the place to ask about the air conditioner and to let him know about the smell, he cut me off by saying that he had an arrival. We were an arrival as well. We got the impression that he already had our money so we weren't important anymore. We decided not to stay. We returned the keys to the baskets and let him know that we were leaving.

• Nadine (7/5): Super Lage, Wasserdruck und Wärme Katastrophe - Die Lage, einfach perfekt, kurze Wege zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Metro, einkaufen, Restaurants Der Wasserdruck, für etwas längere Haare katastrophal und das Wasser war manchmal kurz lauwarm, ansonsten eiskalt und bei 35 gerad mit 4 Personen muss man schon mindestens sich einmal am Tag abduschen

• bilen (4/5): - War sauber und bequem. Gute Lage, in der nähe vom Vatikan und zu Guss vieles erreichbar. Guter Neschrieb für Schöüsselübergabe und betreffend Parkplatz Zimmer für 5 Personen eher klein. Habe paar Mal probiert anzurufen umd es hat niemand abgenommen. Konnte das online check-in nicht machen.

• Emidio (2/5): Deluse le aspettative... accoglienza da rivedere - Portiere poco simpatico e accogliente, la camera non ha soddisfatto le aspettative in quanto veramente stretta per essere una tripla. La cassaforte non funzionava, non c'era niente nel frigo della camera nemmeno dell'acqua. Inoltre stamane nell'andare a fare colazione nel locale convenzionato dalla struttura dopo aver consumato la colazione e aver chiesto una bottiglietta d'acqua ed averla pagata prima di andare via, la cameriera di questo locale mi richiamava per pagare non avendo nemmeno chiesto al suo collega se avessi saldato il conto... mah sé questa è l'accoglienza la rivedrei
