• Arvidson (10/5): - Staff were friendly and accommodating. Held my large backpack for 3 days while I did an Amazon tour and organised a taxi in the morning back to the airport for me. L Showers have only cold water. No issues for the first night there given how hot it was. A little cold in the morning on the second stay, but given how inexpensive the stay was I can't complain.

• Alekos (10/5): Uitstekend! - De gastvriendelijkheid en de hygiëne. De kamer wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Ook kan je altijd gezellig met het personeel beneden een babbeltje maken. Ze zijn allemaal leuk. Ik ga er zeker weer terug.

• Sergii (9/5): Superb - Location is amazing. Close to the city center, but on a street where there is not much traffic, so there is almost no noise at night. There is a laundry service right across the street. Also there is a cafe next door that serves breakfast. Quiet AC - I could leave it run for the entire night and it wasn’t disturbing my sleep. Everything was clean. Shower was barely functional - one door of the two was completely missing and the other hanging by a thread, water in the shower also run really slowly even with the valve fully open. And of course there was only cold water.

• Stephen (9/5): Relaxing home base for my visit with friends. - I loved the balcony that overlooked the street. From there I could hear the church bells and the birds leaving and returning to Parque Santander every day. I also really loved that there were common areas, both upstairs and downstairs. I was able to chat with my friends there. The hotel sells sodas, beer, water and candy to the general public out front, and I bought items frequently. (There's also free hot water for tea and cold water for drinking.) The hotel is a a block away from the hustle and bustle of the center of the city, and that made it very tranquil and relaxing, and it's still just a five-minute walk to be in the center.

It's a good location within 10-minutes walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room had no windows so I wouldn't want to stay there for much longer than 1-2 nights.

• Nickolas (2/5): avoid - nothing was good about the property locally the charge 90.000 COP but we were charged 160.000 COP, on top of that the noise in the area is out of control. our shower didn’t work and they had to come in our room for 2 hours to get the shower to only stop leaking. we weren’t offered breakfast or even an apology for not having a shower. I would avoid this hotel.
• Simone (8/5): Great location and value for money with welcoming and helpful staff - Great location- you can watch the all the parrots flying into the park at sunset just one block away! Good food options nearby. Super clean room and nice to have the option of aircon and fan. Staff were very welcoming and helpful - it was a bonus to have laundry service available. Not much to be done about it, but there was some noise at night time- from the aircon of a neighboring room and from passing traffic- earplugs helped.

• Dario (1/5): Not good value for money. Horrible room. - Not much The room didn't have windows, it smelled like mold, the wall painting was falling apart. Probably the worst hotel room I've ever seen. It was also expensive. With the same price you can find much better deals.

• Patrick (6/5): Good for overnight stay - Lovely service from the staff here. Good breakfast made to order and drinks available to purchase. Clean bedroom and private bathroom with newly fitted bathroom and very fancy shower unit (electric shower with massage parts, rain section and radio etc) howeverthere is no hot water here and the water was particularly cold so not all that pleasant! The bed was a fairly small double but comfortable enough for one night. The main issue was that it is on a fairly busy road and the windows/blinds did not block out the light in the morning and there was an outside light that was on throughout the night which meant the room was very bright to sleep in. Overall the hotel was fine for an overnight stay and the staff were very good but I don't think I would return.
