Anne (2/5): - Moldy washer Dirty crockery Greesy and moldy kettle with floating debris insider Floor was filmy and dirty All this we would have tolerated and worked around until we found so many short hairs in the bed. I informed the contact and included pictures. No response. In fact I got a text to upsell a late check in. I left after the 2nd night (of 4) it was intolerable. No attempt or offer to clean or refund. So awful. I have never given a bad review despite some less than perfect experiences. I was just compelled after this stay.
