- Jemma (5/5): Basic stay in a good location - Location was central to queen vic market and melb central train station. Rooms had a great view of surrounding buildings. It’s not made clear that there is a $495 security bond. Day after the booking it’s still frozen in my account and was told it’ll take up to 4 days depending on the bank I’m with. When we arrived there was hair on the kitchen bench, split system was unusable and same with the blind in the lounge.

- Geary (3/5): average at best - good location I suppose wasn’t very clean. shower and dishwasher leaked and the storage with sheets weren’t vacuumed of crumbs and leftover food, empty toiletries and no streaming services unlike what it claims to have. little utensils and plates etc.

- Brian (3/5): Disappointing and a Filthy place to stay - Location was the only thing that was good, however if you have a car, there is no carparking facility onsite.
Costly parking stations are what s only available. The 2nd Bedroom absolutely stunk of cigarettes, and the premises was advertised as a non smoking unit, the smell lingered for over 10 days whilst using air freshener.
The beds were terrible, mattresses need replacing on all beds.
One bath towel was provided for each person to last 14 nights.
There was no Cutlery and food was left in the fridge when we arrived and it was off.
It is worth spending that extra little bit more and staying somewhere like the Marriot Hotel as this was a filthy place
to stay, and when we requested assistance, there was none for coming as they had already taken our money and thats
all they were interested in.

Everything was extremely unclean, the bathroom and shower were moldy, dirty and stained sheets, dirty kitchen, walls and floors. There was mold in the fridge. I would never stay here again, or recommend anyone else to stay. This property should not be available on booking.com or used as accommodation by anyone. Nothing like the photos.

- Sarah (5/5): Good location but everything else is unfortunate - The apartment's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the CBD. We stayed on the 14th floor and had amazing views of the city. The apartment was unfortunately very dirty when we checked in. We had to clean everything including the pots and pans which had very bad stains on them. The washing machine was the most disgusting as the filter had never been cleaned and there were suds all over. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were paper thin. The host supplied bath towels but not floor mats so the toilet was wet all the time. The shower head could have been adjusted to be lower as we were travelling with kids but it was way up high. A cot, a stroller and high chair were provided but they were all in very bad condition so we couldnt use any of them. It would be helpful and a great improvement if the Host could have cleaned up the place better, provided basic cleaning supplies, some cooking supplies and ensure they are not expired. The toaster literally had rust on it and was in a horrible condition. There was also a ticking sound that comes on every 30 minutes. We couldnt figure out where it came from but if you are a light sleeper, you'll be easily annoyed by this sound. If you had requested for early check in, please contact the Host and ensure the apartment key has been kept in the lockbox the day before. We spent a good 2 hours waiting for the Host to respond to tell us where is the key, even though we paid for early check in.

- Bridy (6/5): Pleasant - The location was fantastic Having to get our keys from a dingy run down shop where the guy didn't even know where the place was, it was very unprofessional and made me question the booking and definitely was overpriced. Will book through the actual accommodation next time.

- Megan (8/5): - Secure apartment in Melbourne lots of restaurants close by and transport. Clean and quiet inside the apartment although it was in need a some minor painting and there was no light globe in one of the lamps. Overall good location and comfortable apartment.

- DaveJ (4/5): - False Advertising. Wotif should look at this company for their eligibility to use the booking site because they mislead you by promoting the Gym and Pool, neither of which are accessible for this booking.
Wotif's contact number to use for check is OUT OF SERVICE 24/7. They rarely answer you messages through Wotif. I had to call the USA Wotif help desk to get their email so I could get some sort of reply on check in. All the nightmares reported previously about check-in are true. I had tried to organise early check in and they relied to me after 2 weeks saying they would be in contact - never happened, Then "Chris" the unknown contact person had the audacity to say it was my fault for not contacting them. The reason was we had to get to the Tennis Open by 11 am, well that didn't happen. I finally had to leave my wife to wait for check with luggage and go to tennis with my daughter. She waited another 2 hours in the foyer. Finally after getting message to pick up the key my wife was greeted with a filthy apartment and a clothes dryer running with burning linen in it. She had to clean the apartment herself and save the linen. TV had no aerial but it did have Netflix. My wife has left a review also about other things. This apartment is a part of some huge Investment group like many in this building that rent via online sites with no service or representation at the hotel. There is another Lighthouse (Imagine Group) They are a real hotel & provide a reception - Use this company.
