- Suzanne (6/5): - This is a great little boutique hotel but it's a bit tired. There is no front desk and communication is by WhatsApp. It worked out ok. The room was pretty worn down - some electrical outlets didn't work, there was a coffee machine but no coffee. The kettle didn't work. The housekeeper did correct these deficiencies which was great. The water pressure was dismal, even by local standards. It's along walk into Totos Santos - I'd stay again if I could get a good price.

- Stephen Anthony (8/5): - I nicely laid out property, and quiet. As I arrived 2 days after a hurricane, the area was still recovering, and fortunately power was returned the day i arrived... The property manager was helpful though and offered flexibility if this had not been the case. The town and beach are close by. The room would benefit from the addition of at least a microwave, and some utensils for preparing your own food as there are no catering facilities on site. I enjoyed my stay.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was lovely and the staff were wonderful. We were able to communicate with them in English the entire time. They were very responsive to emails and we were able to arrange a ride from one of the staff to cabos san lucas. The only downside was the location is a longer walk than we expected to the main street and it is all up hill. There is a sidewalk but its difficult in places to stay on it. There are a few things to do around the villa which were nice too! There is a cafe, a restaurant and a yoga studio all with in walking.

The property is lovely, vey clean too with a beautiful pool, although we didnt use it, it was clean and well kept grounds. Our rooms were very big and comfortable. Thank you for having us!
- Tara (10/5): Fantastic! Highly recommend. - The whole Villa is amazing. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. I stayed here just under a week and was happy with the proximity to Quatro Vientos and La Esquina. The center of TS is less than a mile a way, easy walk or a 100 peso taxi ride. There is also a fresh fruit market next door and a grocery just down the block. The pictures are the real deal, beautiful place.

L hôtel est agréable en bord de route mais avec une cour intérieure et de la végétation il faut sortir de l hôtel pour le petit déjeuner. Il y avait beaucoup de monde un service moyen
- sandy (10/5): Weekend get away. - We had the 2 bedroom apartment. It was very roomy! It was clean. Kitchen could use a few more cooking items, maybe a coffee pot, some coffee mugs and maybe some paper towels. Place seems a bit unorganized. No one in office at all. Need signs outside along the road to help find it. We drove right past it. Good price for what we got.
- Kathleen (8/5): Friendly, modest hotel - This family owned hotel is walking distance to Art Walk, the Cathderal and the shopping district. It offers the budget traveler a comfortable place to call homebase while in San Jose del Cabo. Well presented food and cocktails are made with care. The bed was a little soft for us and the room was clean. Fairly quiet too.
- Bill (10/5): - Impromptu stay in Todos Santos and happened upon this gem via Orbitz. Practically brand new property, Very beautiful, quiet and private grounds. Comfortable and well appointed rooms. Fell asleep to the sounds of te waves crashing just a couple hundred yards away. Conveniently located next to one of the areas best restaurants (La Esquina) as well as the large ocean front Yoga/Health retrear area. Great safe parking and a short ten minute walk into the heart of Todos Santos past a great organic farm stand. Highly recommend!!!
- PTG (6/5): - Hotel decente para pasar la noche. Las habitaciones son amplias pero les falta algo de limpieza y funcionalidad, las camas estan muy incomodas. El lugar tiene potencial, pero no tiene restaurante ni servicios o personal de recepción.
- pedro (2/5): no me gusto - no había nadie en el hotel que me atendiera, literalmente tuve que recorrer el hotel completo para buscar a quien me atendiera y me reviera, no me apoyaron con las maletas y ni me dieron las horas de entrada y salidas de las instalaciones, cuando me salí del hotel solamente cerré la puerta y deje la llave porque no había nadie quien me atendiera, ojala mejoren esos puntos porque no me gusto para nada la atencion.
