- po chu (8/5): - Check in 大堂服務員禮貌欠佳。 Check out 時清潔員很快通知大堂經理，先生遺下銀包在房間內，讚 朋友們早上到gym房做運動，從未見過開門是下午2點至晚上10點，笑左。 最讚是房間，乾淨企理，毛巾有消毒，非常好。 Check in時服務員告知早餐是7點半到9點半，但到餐廳時，餐廳服務員告知是10點。 酒店需要各部門做好溝通。

- Jane (6/5): - The rooms were clean and had smoke smells even though our rooms were supposed to be smoke free rooms. We were all allergic to cigarettes and had all kinds of respiratory problems. People smoked in hallways and elevators. The hotel had non-smoking signs in public areas but not enforcing the non- smoking policy. Its location is very convenient.

- Ut Mui (2/5): 不會再入住此酒店 - 酒店房對住另一間酒店...他的霓虹燈閃閃！ 廁所水聲，途人經過說話聲音以及隔離房的開水喉聲聽得非常清楚 酒店職員不專業..退房時要求我們在等候因為要檢查房間，這是冇問題的，但係等了一段時間、職員問我們有沒有用過東西？咁，是否沒有檢查房間？這樣在等候是為了什麼？

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 位置接近交通運輸點，離拱北關口只有一條馬路之隔。周邊食肆多選擇。唯早餐的食物補充慢，而且客人多的時候要等位。另外，在入住時有朋友夜晚才抵達，已到接待處補交證件，但到翌日進入餐廳用早餐時，職員說我們沒有補回證件，不可進入餐廳。這點雖要改善，因房間是雙人房，有房咭證明，應批准二人進入，不用這樣官僚的做法。不過，這酒店的整體服務、清潔及位置，下次再訪拱北也會考慮再入住。

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not worth the price for China hotel - First time in this hotel. Picked if for it’s proximity to the gongbei border. Check in counter is on the 5F bed in room tho queen size is small and room is not too spacious. Would prefer the hotel next to it. Breakfast selection is poor too.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property is very conveniently located, and there are many restaurant within walking distance; to get a cab, it is also fairly easy as it is directly opposite the complex for custom and immigration control between Zhuhai and Macau, and is very close to Zhuhai train station; rooms are reasonably priced for the location.

- YOSHIMASA (8/5): - ２０１８年１０月より開通した香港空港発澳門行きのバスにて澳門へ移動後、關閘を通り、珠海拱北へ出るルートの為、高鐵珠海站に近いこのホテルを選択しました。 場所、設備、朝食も申し分ないです。但し、私は喫煙者なので、喫煙部屋を予約時に入れていたのですが、珠海のホテルも現在では全面禁煙らしく、禁煙部屋しか無かった事が残念です。 ルームカードをエレベーターのＩＣ読み取位置に当てると自動で自分の部屋の階層にセットされる事は便利であると思います。珠海宿泊時には宿泊候補にしたいと考えています。
