- Xin (1/5): Avoid this one to avoid trouble! - Nothing They announced to be closed at 10PM everyday, which is not noticeable when booking. If you arrive at the airport later than 7:30PM, you get yourself screwed because the transportation to them will take a minimum of 2 hours by bus or taxi (include waiting lines). I called them for help, and they just simply told me not to come and cancelled the reservation!!!

- lu (2/5): 差评！！！！！！！房东应该好好开咖啡厅！嫉妒的傲慢和无礼！ - No！No！No 旅行40国首个差评，极其差劲，完全不尊重隐私 / First Negative Review in 40 Countries: Absolute Lack of Respect & Privacy 1. 严重侵犯隐私： 房东经常不敲门就直接闯入房间！房间里住的都是女生，这种行为非常可怕且毫无礼貌，完全不尊重女性。 2. 缺乏风度与恶意： 房子没电梯，房东是个180cm壮汉，却只拿个小口袋，让我自己搬10多kg的行李箱爬三楼，还在前面用蹩脚英文催促。最重要的是，能感受到这位房东对中国人有明显的恶意。 3. 态度恶劣： 毫无服务意识。相比其他国家（如日本）的女房东都会主动帮忙，这个男人的行为极其奇葩。 中国人最好别来这里住，尤其是独自旅行的女性，请务必绕道！ 1. Serious Privacy Violation: The host frequently enters the room without knocking! The guests are all women, making this behavior terrifying and a total violation of privacy. 2. Rude & Malicious: No elevator. The host, a 180cm strong man, only took a small bag and forced me to carry my 10kg+ suitcase up to the 3rd floor while shouting at me to "hurry up." I strongly felt a sense of hostility and bias toward Chinese guests. 3. Terrible Hospitality: Zero respect. Compared to female hosts in other countries (like Japan) who are always helpful, this man's behavior is bizarre and disrespectful. Chinese travelers and solo females—please stay away for your own safety! 1. 심각한 사생활 침해: 호스트가 노크도 없이 빈번하게 방에 무단으로 들어옵니다! 여성들만 있는 방인데 이런 행동은 정말 무례하고 공포스럽습니다. 2. 배려 부족 및 적대감: 엘리베이터도 없는데, 180cm 건장한 남성 호스트는 작은 가방 하나만 들고 10kg 넘는 제 캐리어를 직접 3층까지 들고 가게 했습니다. 특히 이 호스트가 중국인 여행객에게 매우 적대적이고 악의적이라는 느낌을 강하게 받았습니다. 3. 최악의 태도: 기본적인 매너가 전혀 없습니다. 다른 나라(일본 등)의 여성 호스트들도 짐을 도와주는데, 이 남성 호스트는 정말 무례합니다. 중국인 여행자들, 특히 여성 혼자 여행하시는 분들은 절대 이곳에 오지 마세요!
- Jennifer (8/5): Perfect place for bus transportation - Excellent location near bus lines. The pizza place next door is supposed to be the best in South Korea. The owner allowed me to drop my bag off early and pick it up late, as I was hiking the Jeju Olle. The other guests were very nice. The owner seemed strict with rules when checking in women, and more happy friendly when checking in guys.

- milkn (9/5): 快適に泊まれた - 設備がしっかりしており、部屋、ベッド、キッチンが大変清潔だった。タオルもアメニティも利用でき、よかった。部屋はエレベーターのない3階だったが、オーナーにスーツケースを運んでもらえた。また、バス停が近くでロケーションもよく、どこに行くのにも便利な場所。しかもこの条件で、大変お得にに安く泊まれた。また利用したい。 特にない。コンビニがいくつかあるのが便利だが、ご飯が食べれるところが近くにあるとよい。

- SSUCHIEH (10/5): - 1.兩年半前曾經住過一次，房價還是一樣便宜，環境也都維護得很好，還換了新的冰箱！ 2.交通位置很方便，可以搭很多不同路線的公車不轉車直接到各地，例如漢拏山、涯月海岸 3.男女生的衛浴分開，女生浴室還內建化妝間，有遠的大鏡子跟近的大圓鏡，吹風機的風很大 4.樓下就是GS25和7-11，補給方便，步行十五分鐘就可以有一些晚餐選擇，例如BHC炸雞 5.老闆人很親切，會幫忙抬行李，知道我漢拏山登頂成功還跟我擊掌😆😆 如果想爬漢拏山可以住這邊，搭182、281公車就可以抵達～ 6.三樓有簡單的交誼廳，可以吃東西、開筆電辦公，也有流理台、微波爐跟碗盤餐具等可以免費借用 拿大行李或跟我一樣爬漢拏山導致鐵腿的，可能要考慮一下爬兩層樓梯的難度

There is a nice dining area for guests and the bookstore/cafe on site is a real gem! I loved my stay and appreciate all of the hard work Vincent and his wife put into this hostel. The breakfast they serve in the morning is amazing value. Free parking and great location. I would recommend this place to a friend and be happy to stay here if I return to Jeju.

- YINUO (10/5): 很新奇的体验下次还来! - 我是晚班机打车到这儿已经要夜里10点了打电话给老板他很耐心的给我办理入住，并且详细的告诉了一些注意事项。青旅的装修很有特色，有多种房型可供选择。每天早上的7:00-9:00如果你有购买就可以品尝到老板亲手烹饪的早餐，还可以选择一杯饮品。早餐很好吃，营养丰富。青旅的地理位置优秀，距离机场5公里左右打车很方便，坐公交的话30分钟左右就能到。青旅附近也有便利店和咖啡厅，如果有计划爬汉拿山也很方便。 无
- J (1/5): Scary and uncomfortable. - Near the bus station and to the GS25. During my stay, I experienced and witnessed extremely concerning behaviour from the owner called Vincent. He was aggressive and rude, creating a very unsafe atmosphere for guests. I personally witnessed him and his wife remove guests from the premises with the involvement of the police for allegedly "not following house rules.” In fact, the guests just wanted to say good night to the wives who were accommodated on another floor!!! More disturbingly, Vincent enters female guests’ rooms abruptly. As a woman, I found his behaviour intimidating, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. I did not feel safe during my stay. I strongly suggest that Booking.com review this property and assess its suitability for continued listing on your platform. Traveller safety must be a priority, and I believe this guesthouse poses a genuine risk. store.
