Nearby parking is expensive and hassle. Single bed and pillows found to be on the soft side, uncomfortable and aching. TV is small for the room size and internet is poor. Found kitchen cabinet door detached/broken. AC is insufficient.

• Karen (1/5): We loved the location but very disappointed in staying in an over priced dirty place - The location was amazing Missing blind in main bedroom so no sleep due to lights, place was dirty, broken glass on balcony, no towel rail in bathroom, no bin in bathroom, broken bin in kitchen, cracked cooked top and dirty towels from previous ppl hanging in cupboard. We paid triple the price as it was F1 and it was dirty. Was told they would fix the issues and it didn’t happen.

This place was terrible and not what it is advertising in the photos at all. When we arrived it was noticed the floor was not cleaned and still had scuff marks on the floor. My daughter opened up a coubourd and a broken suitcase that was stored in it fell on her head. We had 6 people staying and not all bedding was made up. After removing one of the blankets to make the hard lounge up in the lounge room we noticed on the matress was a yellow stain on the matress. You can't access the balcony, the built up dust on windows and laundry room was filthy. Benches in the coubourd were still dirty from left over food. I would like to add that all this was brought to the attention of management and they said they would get somone in to clean it after supplying photos of proof. I sent photos and was told that a cleaner would be out that day. No cleaner come out to clean the apartment and yes I was very upset. I wanted to move to another apartment or at least get a discount on the almost 3 grand we paid because we were living in filthy conditions. Management didn't respond and even after booking.com tried to help me contact them, they still refused to help or respond. They will say that they get new cleaners in to fix this issue, replacing furniture to make it to the standard of the photos they show you but im telling you its all they are lying. • Mary (4/5): - It was a great location, walking distance to many things, easy to get free trams around the city. Modern looking. It as it was advertised as having parking available for $27 per day, it was very important to me that the room had a carpark so I picked this one. Then they told me it doesn't because they advertise lots of different places and couldn't change it for each one. I also really needed a laundry, but when we got there, we found that the washing machine's door was locked with sheets trapped in it from previously. The door wouldn't unlock, and they sent someone out to look at it, but they couldn't do anything, and they didn't try to send a technician immediately because it was the weekend. Poor effort from the staff. Could've been managed a lot better, I would've been happy with a laundry voucher or discount, but they were very blase about it and didn't care. Also, when we arrived the kids need wasnt made up, i couldn't find a top sheet for the bed (was probably the one the cleaners had put in the wash) so they had to sleep with the quilt (which doesn't get washed after each guest). Hence the low cleanliness hygiene score. So false advertising and poor service, you're better off finding a better room in the city with more facilities.

A Masterclass in How Not to Host Guests If you’re looking for an immersive experience in filth and frustration, this apartment is the place for you! Upon arrival, we were greeted by grime-covered furniture and carpets that looked like they hadn’t seen a cleaning product in the last decade and hadn’t even been hoovered. The kitchen? A delightful surprise of crumbs and rubbish throughout the cupboards, with one door hanging on for dear life and a grime covered microwave. The walls were decorated with random marks, and the pièce de résistance: what seemed to be nasal secretions on the bedroom door. Yes, really. And if that wasn’t enough, the couch featured what appeared to be semen stains – because who doesn’t love a little mystery DNA on their holiday? Bathrooms, one shower head had to be held whilst you used it, the other shower head, held on by what looked to be electrical tape. Tiled floors covered in dust. Safety-conscious? Don’t worry, the property has you covered… This apartment is on the 23rd Floor - Due to what I suspect to be a broken locking mechanism, you can’t secure the balcony door in the twin bedroom, where you would imagine, most families would place their curious children to sleep. The living room balcony door? Broken too. Perfect if you’ve no interest in sitting on the balcony. To top it off, the wardrobe came with a complimentary clothing collection – Not a standard robe, but two hoodies, a T-shirt, and jeans and some socks. Nothing says “luxury stay” like wearing someone else’s leftovers. High chair - Oh, what a gourmet experience! It came pre-seasoned with a generous coating of old food and a fine layer of mould – because nothing says “welcome” like a biohazard buffet for your little one. Beds - Oh, they were a dream – if your dream is to wake up feeling like you’ve spent the night wrestling a sack of bricks. The mattresses had all the charm of a concrete slab with a thin layer of regret on top.

We had to make the sofa bed up, There was no pool towels , was only 1 key. Towel rail falling off the wall, shower instantly turned into a pool when we turned it on , couldn’t use the TV without unplugging the router. I could go on. This was a disappointing stay for something we booked through booking.com at the price we did. It was a 2 star Airbnb at best. Very disappointing.

Check in is clunky, having to park around the corner to collect keys before being able to access building parking is very inconvenient. The apartment was not cleaned to standards you would expect, hair on floors, dirty walls, carpet disgustingly stained. Beds are like sleeping on the floor, rock hard at best. Unfortunately for the price, we would not stay here again.

Check in procedure, had to wait 1 hour at the key collection place because cleaner wasn’t finished. No chairs, too much standing. • Niki (5/5): I’ve stayed in an apartment here before and it was 100% cleaner - It was in a great location The carpets were filthy, the walls were all marked, there was no spare toilet rolls in the main bathroom, the stove top wasn’t cleaned properly. The door to the balcony was so hard I couldn’t even open it, out on the balcony was filthy

• Casper (9/5): To be honest we all wanted to live permanently in this apartment after our stay haha - I bought my teenagers and they loved the view of the city. They also loved the rock wall climbing center available. I went to the multiple gyms that were available and used the sauna daily. There were heated swimming pools to choose from too. Nearby there were cute eating alleys. We were completely emersed in the Melbourne city experience. We came to Melbourne with a purpose but we could of easily just stayed at the hotel enjoying all the services the whole time I know a lot of people complained about the cleanliness of the apartments in their reviews but we were really happy with the state of ours. It had a scratch or chip here and there but what home doesn't.

• Zoe (7/5): Good - Location is great - very convenient! We got the train to Melbourne so walking distance to the train station was a huge bonus. There are so many options in Melbourne and this apartment was perfectly located to get everywhere. Ultimately it was very god value and extremely convenient. Cleanliness was ok but could have been better, kitchen facilities were very basic, unfortunately the pool was not in the building but next building over which was a bit annoying trekking to with kids as you have to outside and across to it but other than that it was fine.
• Prue (9/5): Location amazing - I was running late, and my Daughter was able to collect the keys for me. The two gyms and pools were great Carpets had a lot of stains, the ad said there was car parking, but after booking there was no car parking.

• Jelena (9/5): Excellent accommodation in central Melbourne - The view, the spaciousness, the availability of washing and drying machines. The pool and sauna. The location is great It’s a bit damaged, so in the absence of fixtures inventory upon check in, you worry about your deposit.
• Yvonne (1/5): Bad - Location 2 single beds were broken, you could see that there had previous attempt at a very poor quality repair. The beds were not fit for purpose. They finally sent someone to repair the bed on the last night of our 4 night stay. They totally ignored my request for refund or relocation to an apartment with functioning beds and bedrooms i paid for. They 2 beds were unsafe !!! They should not be allowed to rent to apartment to anyone. Very dangerous!!!
• Lisa (6/5): Great location, but the apartment needs a good clean/refresh! - Location was great. Close to tram stops and groceries/eateries. Prompt communication. The listing said on-site parking was available, once we had booked there was not actually any on-site parking available. We were not given extra linen for the sofa bed (family of 5 so we needed it). We made do with covers from the beds, but it wasn't ideal. The apartment was tired and not not very clean, the carpet particularly was very stained. There was only 2 forks and a couple of the cups were dirty.

• Kylie (1/5): Location the only positive - if you like clean here isn’t for you . - Location was the only thing good . Perfect spot to go to a function at Marvel Stadium Checking in was a hassle - our keys weren’t apparently there so had to wait to eventually find out they were there the whole time - I therefore had to pay an extra parking fee where my car was parked whilst trying to check in . We got confused trying to access our room as our internet wasn’t working in the building to access the instructions . We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the room . It was small and worn . The stains on the carpet were disgusting - We didn’t remove our shoes - we didn’t even shower or make a cuppa because it was far below our standards - I paid $440 for the night for us to just sleep . I didn’t realise when booking it was an apartment managed by a company and I will make sure from now on I don’t do that again as I didn’t find the process as smooth as when you book with a resort . Be prepared even though it is mentioned that you don’t get your security deposit back straight away like when you stay with hotels - it does say 7-14 days and mine did take 7 . And they do take it up to a week before you check in as when you check in it’s a little shop front where the staff are handing out keys to various private stays . That’s no issue but just different to any other stay I’ve booked .
• Sara (1/5): Would not recommend to stay here to anyone - The location was probably the only good thing I could say about this It was extremely dirty, hair left on table, very dirty carpets, food marks left on shelves in fridge. Tv didn’t work, no internet.
• Kaitlin (1/5): EXTREMELY DIRTY - The location Our room was not cleaned floor was exreamly dirty Couch was dirty blood sheet in wardrobe Bin was not empty Whole apartment smelt like surge. Cleaner came 6hours after complaning and gave us clean sheets. Had to clean apartment ourselfs. Tv did not work.
• Alanna (8/5): comfortable and great location - location was great and very convenient. Apartment was bright and spacious. Pool and rock climbing area was enjoyed by the kids. I would have loved a mop and dustpan/broom to clean up after little ones but vacuum was a good addition. Shame the BBQ wasn't allowed to be used by guests.

• Rayna (3/5): Glad to be flying home to perth the next day. - The bathroom and kitchen were clean. The carpet was stained, the couch stained. We had to wait until 3pm to gain access to the property. The keys and building are not in the same location. The staff had no idea of what was going on. The beds were all uncomfortable.
• Jodie (1/5): Avoid this accommodation - Nothing 😐 It was a dirty apartment with nothing working aircon tv (replaced batteries in the remote still didn't turn in tv)... Dish washer, washing machine, dryer the apartment was like hot oven constantly required cold showers to wash away the sweat to stay comfortable... No soap, toilet paper, bags or cleaning products had to buy my own supplies... Coffee and suger provided was stale and clumpy.... Lighting terrible, staff rude no help when mentioned stuff was unavailable , broken mirrors, beds, sofa, toilet... Avoid staying here it's not worth the cost
