• Atsuko (8/5): 北上展勝地へのアクセスよし - 駅直結でロケーションが便利。新幹線、在来線が目の前に走っているので、4階のお部屋からみえ、６歳児のこどもはぴったりのお部屋でした。ベーシックな宿泊先としては良いと思う。

• 柳 (8/5): - 駅のすぐ側なので立地がよい 珍しくしっかりしたボディタオルもあり、ティーパックもあり、朝ごはんも良かった ユニットバスだが浴槽も、トイレ部分もスペースが広く余裕がある 周囲にコンビニはあるものの24時間営業ではないので22時以降は近くで軽い買い物は難しい 代わりにホテルロビーにお菓子屋カップ麺、お酒の売店があったのは良かった 部屋の照明が少し暗め

• satsuki (6/5): 疲れた体には、駅近が最高 - 駅近なので、雪が降る中でも移動が楽でした。部屋を予め温めてくれていて、すごく助かりました。 部屋の壁に埃が結構ついてました。
• Makoto (8/5): ホテルとしてはきちんとしていて問題はない。夜の食事が課題。 - ビジネスホテルとしては特にマイナス点はみあたらないか。 朝食はいまどきのビジネスホテル朝食標準的で、まあまあふつうに良かった。 駐車場は除雪がされておらず雪が積もっているため場内を歩くのがなかなか困難だった。 周辺には飲食店がほとんどないため、ホテル1階レストランが夜営業をしていないのは大変に困った。仕方なく歩5分のローソンに弁当を買って対応した。

There is a one man train running between Kitakami to Yokote where is about 20 min train ride to Omagari.The train station was next to the hotel that was perfect for the early train ride. All Staff were very kind,?friendly and helpful. Restaurants are within walkable distance and one place the staff recommended was

• Verified traveler (10/5): 駅前の便利なホテル - JR東日本のホテルなので、駅に近接しており、とても便利でした。バイキング朝食もメニューが多く、部屋も清潔、アメニティも充実していました。 　カード式のキーのホテルがほとんどになってきましたが、ここでは依然としてキーを使っています。外出時はフロントに預ける必要がありますが、フロントが混雑していることが多く、そのあたりにフラストレーションを感じました。

Good bathtub and bathroom Good view from window Could make payments at hotel directly with late check in. Breakfast spread could have been better with intercontinental choices. Had instead a good breakfast and coffee at Komeda

• Colin (8/5): Good value centrally located hotel - Good location for trains and also private cars. Parkings belonged to hotel are limited but available both days we returned around 5pm. If full, staff will point u to the commercial carpark separated by a wire fence, as long as you park between 16:00 and leave by10:00 next day (Otherwise 100 yen/ hour extra) get the parking voucher and hand to hotel and they will cover it (from my understanding)..so not a problem. Breakfast was fine and very good value. Staff was kind to put us at a quiet room as requested at booking and not facing train track. Wish there are more eatery places around.

• Kikawada (8/5): Very good - Free coffee, clean, quiet, right in front of Kitakami station. No convenient store near by so wish the hotel had more stuff customers could buy.
