• stefaan (9/5): prima - de ligging, buiten de grote stad. Zeer vriendelijk en correct onthaal.
• Sabine (9/5): - Kleines Apartment, für unseren Urlaub optimal zentral gelegen - Amsterdam nur 50 km entfernt- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Sehr nette Gastgeberin mit guten Tips Es gab keinen Herd, aber dafür eine Ofen Mikrowellenkombi in der man auch leckere Speisen zubereiten konnte.

• Benoît (10/5): - L'accueil de notre hôte était parfait. C'est calme et pourtant très bien situé près des grands axes. Le logement est bien équipé et les lits nous ont permis de bien dormir. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

• Layla (7/5): Betaalbare Studio met alle gemakken voorzien dichtbij Utrecht en Amersfoort. - Handige uitvalsbasis dichtbij Utrecht en Amersfoort. Fijne douche, handig keukentje. Wel knus met tafeltje en stoeltjes. Simpel, maar leuk ingericht. Vriendelijke service. Het bed en de dekens vonden wij niet zo comfortabel. Wij geven de voorkeur aan een Queen of king size bed met grote deken ipv 2 losse bedden. Verlichting is erg fel. Een dimmer en/ of een sfeerlampje zou prettig zijn.

• Marielle (10/5): perfect voor wat ik nodig had, een rustige plek om te overnachten, met fijne wandel mogelijkheden - stilte, zeer netjes, goeie bedden, aangename faciliteiten. niets
• I. (9/5): - Fijne kamer, praktisch ingedeeld. Fijn dat je in de oven/magnetron wat eten op kan warmen. Door het gebruik van de waterkoker ging het brandalarm af.

• Karin (9/5): Een studio die compact is maar alles in zich heeft om verblijf prettig te maken. - De studio lag dicht in de buurt van het adres van mijn dochter, dus lopend heel goed te bereiken. De rookmelder die op de stoomontwikkeling van de waterkoker aan ging. Deze hangt te dicht bij de douche en de keuken en gaat dus af bij iets te veel stoom. De in en -uitchecktijden kon ik met eigenaar naar tevredenheid afstemmen.

• Caroline (10/5): Fijn plekje! - Gastvrij ontvangen, zeer comfortabel en rustig. Heerlijk om even bij te komen. Er is veel te doen in de omgeving. Zalige douche, alles wat je nodig hebt op een klein maar fijn plekje.

• Matthias (7/5): Gemütlichkeit für Kurzurlaub - Sehr freundlicher Empfang, problemlose Kontaktaufnahme. Studio hat direkten Zugang von der Einfahrt her und liegt im Tiefparterre. War wohl früher die Garage des Hauses. Hochwertiger Ausbau, schönes Badezimmer. Kirchensteuer mit prima Ausstattung, geeignet für Frühstück und das Aufwärmen von Speisen. Supermarkt im Ort und einige Möglichkeiten für Imbiss und Einkehr. Ruhige Lage in einem reinen Wohngebiet. Leider passten die Matratzen von der Größe her nicht zum Bett (zu kurz und zu schmal). Das sollte geändert werden. Im fensterlosen Bad beginnt sich Schwarzschimmel in den Fliesenfugen auszubreiten. Lüftung und Heizung müsste hier verbessert werden.

• Regine (8/5): Een handig gesitueerde verblijfplaats voor wie het Utrechtse landschap wil verkennen. - Een locatie met een keurige en vriendelijke gastvrouw en nette faciliteiten. Ook de aanwezigheid van winkels in de buurt is prettig.

• James (9/5): Nice place - The property is nice, small, but everything is in great condition. The host is very helpful and available. The only thing is that the room is too small for any seating other than at the table. Comfortable chair or loveseat would be really nice, but not possible is the size of unit.
• Mary (8/5): If you just need a place to sleep this works great. - It was very close to our family. Very clean and nice bathroom and coffee maker. It was chilly till we figured out to shut overhead vent, small size.

• Aideen (7/5): Adequate as we were mostly out. - Comfortable mattress, good shower, off street parking , very quiet area, very clean, pleasant host. All the equipment you needed in the kitchen for a light snack/breakfast. Good wifi. Great area we visited the botanic gardens and the Castel de Haar. Supermarket in walking distance for essentials. Only one bath towel each and a small towel in bathroom.we were there for 3 days and couldn’t get them to dry despite spreading them out. This maybe ok for one night but we were there for three and with no wardrobe or drawers so we had to live out of our cases. Also booked twin beds and it was a King Bed with two mattresses. No comfy chairs just dining room chairs. We found a nice hotel nearby to spend the evenings.
• Jennifer (9/5): Nice apartment at reasonable price - It's a well furnished accommodation with everything provided except for a cooktop. The host also provided fresh fruit. The host is very helpful. A cooktop will be useful but oven and microwave are provided. It didn't bother us as we only stayed one night.

• David (5/5): Great place with an unfortunate location - The amenities The location was not suitable for visits to Utrecht. The only transport option is a bus that takes an hour and doesn't run frequently. Uber will not come pick you up in this location

• Lorenza (9/5): Great place to stay, very clean and easy to reach. The host is very nice and helpful - The provided breakfast (coffee, tea and fruit) was as listed on the property's description Everything went easy and fine!
• Jessy (10/5): Nette studio in leuke omgeving - Een later check-in was geen probleem; gastvrouw was erg gezellig. Helaas echt alleen maar in de kamer geslapen, maar ga zeker nog eens terug om ook te genieten van de omgeving.
