• Vanessa (8/5): I fell in reception and broke my foot, no one checked to see how I was doing or offered medical support. - Location The service at the Breakers was very slow and food was sub standard to what I expected. Food took ages to arrive and excuse was that there was a big table celebration that got priority, however I challenged that as couples around us got served their food and they arrived after us. Very disappointed as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.

Douche beurtelings warm en koud. Géén flesje water, maar de vermelding dat het kraanwater erg lekker is! Minibar leeg! Vermelding dat hiermee verspilling wordt voorkomen!.??? Géén voorzieningen, zoals tandenborstel, zeepje, douchecap, etc. Parkeren buiten voor het hotel 24€!

The location is magical, in a quaint town right on the sea. Our meals, both lunch alfresco and our dinner at The Breakers were memorable—fresh, quality ingredients and delightful wines. We loved walking along the beach and through town.

We also dined at Breakers Beach House. The seafood tower was scrumptious. We had drinks and desserts at the lounge. Again, the service and food were wonderful. Our room was great. Bed was comfy, room was spacious, amenities were fine. We highly recommend a visit!!!

• Gisela (9/5): Wir würden jederzeit das Huis ter Duin wieder buchen! - Die Lounge am Strand mit Restaurant, aussergewöhnlich gutem Service und Leistung. Die Lage war wunderbar und wir wurden mit einem herrlichen Sonnenuntergang belohnt!! Man hatte Schwierigkeiten, durch die Bauarbeiten den Zugang und die Ausfahrt vom Parkplatz zu finden! Die Parkkarte wurde zwar freigeschaltet, funktionierte aber an der Ausfahrt nicht. Uns wurde jedoch durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter geholfen!

• Khojah (9/5): - الفندق في منطقة جميلة هادئة لمن يبحث عن الهدوء فهي كذلك. مناسبة لمن يريد التفكير بهدوء و قضاء وقت ممتع يبدع فيه. الفندق جميل الجزء المرتبط بالساحل انيق. المكان يصلح لزوجين بينهم محبة و تالف ليقضوا لحظات هادئة دون شجار. مدخل الفندق صعب حمل الامتعه لمن يصل لأول مرة لا يعرف كيف سيحمل اغراضة. المصعد ... لابد أن تسأل طاقم الفندق كيف يعمل.

• Gerdineke Jager (6/5): - De locatie van het hotel Op het terras buiten kon je geen gebakje eten of eten bestellen, alleen borrelhapjes. Slecht geregeld. Daarnaast hadden we van tevoren contact gehad met het hotel over dat we het bed opgemaakt wilden hebben met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Ik kreeg vervolgens bevestigd dat ze dat zouden doen. Toen we aankwamen was het niet gedaan, dat vind ik dan tegenvallen. Het is vergane glorie. Wat ooit luxe was, was nu viezig en beschadigd. Het glas bij de liften was erg goor. Het sanitair erg oud. Gedateerde kamer. Ook bij de goederenlift, waar je soms staat te wachten als je bij de receptie bent, was het helemaal beschadigd. Onderkant van de badkamerdeur uitgezet van vocht. Ik vind de prijs niet in verhouding tot de hotelkamer.

• Hana (9/5): Beautiful Seaside Stay with Stunning Views - A beautiful location with a long, wide beach—perfect for relaxing walks (including with a dog, although pets are not allowed on the beach during the summer months). The beachfront is lined with a variety of restaurants, and the area offers safe, well-maintained cycling paths throughout. Breakfasts were diverse and enjoyable, though the tea and coffee service was a bit slow—I would have preferred a self-service option. The sea view is absolutely stunning and truly unforgettable. Although the hotel is advertised as dog-friendly, pets—even small ones—are not allowed in any of the hotel’s restaurants.

Noordwijk truly is a hidden gem and an unexpectedly beautiful place so close to the city of Amsterdam and the airport. This venue is ideal for both small and larger scale corporate events, or a quick getaway to the beach from either The Hague or Amsterdam. The service is second to none, with such a wonderful team who could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Comfortable rooms and uninterrupted sea views ensured our stay felt effortlessly relaxing. Having a soft sand beach seconds from the hotel with a truly remarkable restaurant also on the beach was one of the main highlights, showcasing a range of cuisines with service as impeccable as at the hotel itself. I would be delighted to return and would highly recommend Huis ter Duin to both business and leisure travellers seeking a different side to the Netherlands!
• 609meredithw (10/5): An absolute gem for your trip to Netherlands - We absolutely LOVED our stay at Huis Ter Duin. The location on the beach is fantastic for enjoying the beach as well as the tulip region (avoid the crowds, enjoy the sea, stay here!!!). All the restaurants were wonderful, especially The Breakers. The staff is kind and helpful, the pool was a hit with our kids, the sauna was great for the adults and in April nothing was crowded or inaccessible. I hope we'll be back!

• Ksenia (7/5): A great place for a weekend away with the kids and the dogs. - The hotel’s location is simply wonderful; the reception area and the hotel itself are very spacious and make a pleasant impression. The restaurant on the second floor offers a stunning view. There is also a lovely restaurant on the beach. We were traveling with our small dog and it’s very comfortable to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we were given a room right next to the lift and the building works, so we were woken up by the noise of the building works in the morning.

Das Schwimmbad ist einfach nur häßlich und der vollgestopfte Fitnessraum in einem viel zu kleinem Kellerraum ohne Fenster absolut indiskutabel !

• ursk906 (8/5): It felt almost like 'coming home'.... - This time again, we thouroughly enjoyed our return visit to the Hotel, although we had planned to stay at a Boutique style hotel for a change (see below). - Located on a hill overlooking the beach the situation of Huis Ter Duin is stunning every time. Extremely large entrance hall, bar with comfortable lounge and open fire, two inhouse restaurants, plus one on the beach, indoor pool, large indoor and outdoor parking. Although the reservation was made only 15 minutes prior to arrival (see below) we were given a lovely seaside view 'Charming Large' room. The check-in was very pleasant and felt like 'coming home' - thank you to the very pleasant and efficient young lady whose name I unfortunately forgot. A small welcome pastry was delivered to the room shortly after arrival - thank you! The room and bathroom (with bath and shower) are comfortable, everything functions, despite the fact that renovations are probably planned for the near future. We found the staff in all departments friendly, efficient and (with very few exceptions) up to their task. A particiular compliment to the receptionist (see above) and to Olga from Ukraine serving breakfast. We enjoyed the two meals taken at La Terrasse Restaurant - tastefully prepared and pleasantly served. We even tried Dutch Pinot Noir! We had originally made reservations at a small boutique hotel in Noordwijk, but on arrival found out that it was a building site due to ongoing renovation works on the ground floor, which did not suit us.

Verborgen kosten die niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd worden, zoals milieu bijdrage. Ook parkeerkosten worden berekend en dat bij een kamer van meer dan €. 500,00

Das Hotel erfüllt die höchsten Standards. 🔝 Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hotellage am Strand 🏝️ ist einzigartig. Das hoteleigene Beachrestaurant Breakers ist spitze 👍. Es lebe Veuve Cliquot 🍾. Und am allerbesten ist, dass Hunde 🐶 willkommen sind. Das sind die VIPs. Für uns wurde sogar ein eigener Tisch neben dem Frühstücksraum vorbereitet, damit wir unseren Hund zum Frühstück mitnehmen können. Wir haben meinen 55. Geburtstag 🎁 🎉🍰 gefeiert. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen 💪

• Celine (3/5): Séjour agréable si vous avez de l'argent à jeter par la fenêtre. - L'hôtel est bien équipé et les installations sont de qualités, bonne literie, emplacement face à la mer, pleins d'espaces où se poser. Le prix est absolument exagéré. Tout est en extra. Même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Si on veut quelque chose du minibar, on est obligé d'acheter une box entre 25 et 45€. Ils obligent à payer une garantie de 100€ par personnes qu'ils remboursent après le séjour (info non transmise à l'avance). En plus ils se présentent comme hôtel avec parking et facturent 17,5€ par nuit pour la voiture. Le petit déjeuner est bien mais à 36€ il pourrait être franchement mieux! Le restaurant est également hors de prix pour le niveau de qualité. Bref, une immense machine à fric.

• L (8/5): Mooi lokatie voor strandbezoek - Mooi lokatie hotelgedeelte waar wij zaten was recent vernieuwd zag er mooi uit. Ontbijt is onder de maat voor een 5 sterren hotel, dit kan echt beter, kaas en vleeswaren wat uit e.e.a. grootverpakking wordt gehaald.

• Monique (8/5): We hebben genoten! - Hele mooie indrukwekkende accommodatie, met heel vriendelijk personeel Het was een pre geweest als je tijdens je verblijf geen parkeer geld op het verblijf hoef te betalen. Nu betaal je per dag ook nog extra kosten voor het parkeren bovenop je verblijf, daarnaast zijn er parkeerplaatsen genoeg. Wij vinden dit erg overbodig.
