Neither one looked up. I returned to get a cup of coffee and again neither one looked up as I reentered the hotel nor as I left. I would have thought that being in the hospitality industry, a goodbye might have been in order.
• Simmons (5/5): Bathroom hot mess - Breakfast was delicious every morning. People was friendly. The hotel was near my job. My toilet was leaking. The persons above me ran around and jumped. Banged on the walls. The shower wasn't inviting. When I got in my bed it was like someone had slept in it. I was clearing dirt from it.

• Rona (1/5): No recomiendo este hotel - Solo la ubicación La atención del personal no es la que esperaba, la habitación sucia, con mal olor y las camas partidas, las camas se balanceaban como un columpio, pedimos por favor cambiar de habitación y nos dijeron que no había más, no entiendo como tienes disponibles habitaciones en mal estado, deben tener en cuenta que como huéspedes esperamos tener una noche donde podamos descansar a gusto y no llegar y encontrarse con una habitación como la que nos asignaron, además otra familia que también reservo, nos contó que las camas de la habitación de ellos también estaban partidas. No recomiendo el hotel.

Floors were sticky, room smelled musty, needs small bedside table or wall table to charge phone or put Cpap on for the people sleeping on wall sides of bed.

We were aware of the amenities that would be provided but were pleasantly surprised with the comfortable feelings we got from the room. Toiletries were lacking. There were just two bars of soap and a single small bottle of shampoo/conditioner. While this is not a big issue but for lite travelers it's good information to have.

• Natasha (1/5): Bad - Nothing Booked two rooms here for a conference and boy was that a mistake. House keeping lied about taking out the trash and bringing fresh towels. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and during the middle of the stay it look like a circus was in the lobby, hallways, and in front of the hotel. I’m guessing a little league team was there and kids were running around screaming and loud and the staff said nothing. Most of the night all you could hear was loud kids and teenagers running down the halls. I will never stay here again and I wouldn’t advise anyone else to either. You’ve been warned
• Valencia (1/5): Worst most uncomfortable hotel stay I’ve ever had in my life!!!!! - My daughter and I both had a spider in our bed in 2 separate rooms! There was a ring around my tub and hair in it. There was lots a mold/water damage along the walls and the carpet smelled of it. After the ac unit went out in one room I had to demand to be moved to another. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my life!!!!!

It had living room section with a couch that we didnt realize came with the room and the kitchenette was a lot nicer than expected. The bed was so comfy! The best i've ever slept at a hotel. The breakfast was probably my least favorite part. The sausage was good, the waffle tasted very strange. Also, our key card stopped working which wasn't that big of a deal but it was very annoying because we had been at a concert till 12am and were very tired. Having to go back down to the front desk and get it fixed was just upsetting but alas, these few things did not ruin our stay.
