- Anne (6/5): Гарний відпочинок, якщо у вас немає завищених очікувань до готелю - Сподобалося море і прекрасна природа. Готель нормальний, номер теж, прибирали кожен день. Велика територія, до меншого пляжа Cala Antena хв 10 спускатись, але він маленький і заход в воду камʼянистий. До більшого Cala Domingo (піщаний, на фото) хв 15 пішки по рівній дорозі вздовж скель і моря, можна ходити з коляскою - є тільки одні сходи напочатку дороги. Їжа смачна, вибір досить великий, але одноманітний. Анімація кожен день і вдень, і ввечері, до 22.30. Якщо номер виходить на басейн, буде гучно. В номері є кондиціонер. Прямо на виході з готелю є магазинчики, де є все першої необхідності на морі - надувні штуки, пасочки для дітей, шльопки, купальники, полотенця, памперси, вода, солодощі, сувеніри. Якщо прогулятись, в 10 хв велика торгова площа з купою магазинів, дитячий розважальний центр з атракціонами, кафе. З аеропорту їхали 2 години 2 автобусами, по гугл картам, вартість на одного приблизно 15 євро. Номер нормальний, але старенький. Двері в ванну дууууже скрипучі і застрягають по підлозі. Ванна облуплена, злазить фарба. Двоспальне ліжко - це два здвинутих односпальних, і вони розʼїжджаються від рухів. Номер не закривається зсередини, ми були з дитиною 1,5 роки, і щоб він не відкривав двері і не пішов сам гуляти по території доводилося приставляти до них тумбочку. Немає сушилки, ми сушили речі на балконі на стільцях. Також немає ніяких активностей для дітей, анімації, дитяча кімната була весь час зачинена, є тільки міні-загородка для найменших (на фото).

Buffet sempre maravilhoso com ótima escolha e opções no bar incríveis também. A única coisa menos boa foi o duche, como a divisória estava um pouco solta, saia bastante água para fora da banheira e até para fora da casa de banho, e uma das camas tinha as pernas soltas também.

- neda (4/5): 3-4 - Man hatte eine große Auswahl an Essen und Getränken, und beim cocktails haben die nicht mit dem Alkohol gespart außerdem gab es jeden Abend irgendein Veranstaltung bzw ein Show (Sänger, Tänzer etc.) Personal war oft schlecht gelaunt und lustlos, besonders an der Rezeption, der Pool war ziemlich klein und das Wasser war ziemlich unsauber. Außerdem waren die Zimmer sehr altmodisch und nicht so sauber. In der Badewanne/Dusche waren gelbe Flecken und die Ränder an der Badewanne/Dusche waren gefühlt schwarz, die Lappen hatten jedenfalls schwarzen beruflichen Schmutz drauf und die Betten waren sehr laut und Instabil außerdemwaren die Wände sehr dünn und man hat alles durch gehört. Es gab keine Klobürste, die Balkontür ging nicht richtig zu, von der Klimaanlage kam öfters ein Gasgeruch raus

Каждый вечер проходили концерты, за 9 дней программа ни разу не повторилась: акробаты, певцы, фокусники – было очень интересно. Номера немного уставшие, местами нужен ремонт, но это не портит впечатление. Персонал приветливый и замечательный. В целом отдых получился просто супер! 🌟

El hotel está anticuado, hay demasiada gente para el lugar donde se realizan los espectáculos de noche ( o ibas temprano o era imposible poder ver nada sentado). Muy pocas tumbonas en la piscina y ponía que no se podia reservar pero a las 7:00 de la mañana ya estaban todas cogidas con toallas y nadie en la piscina ( nadie lo controla).

- Tina (8/5): - Kein Grund für Beanstandungen. Wenn man etwas zu bemängeln hätte, dann auf hohem Niveau. Die Dusche am Pool war defekt, da der Pool immer sehr voll war, hätte die Dusche zur Abkühlung beigetragen und die Leitern zum Pool zu wackelig.

- Rocio (9/5): - Tuvimos un ascenso de categoría del 3 estrellas al 4 estrellas. Buenas instalaciones. Habitaciones grandes, muy cómodas y sobretodo muy limpias. Las vistas son espectaculares. El personal muy amable. Buenas actividades como el aquagym. El sistema de las bebidas y de las toallas en el todo incluido. Tener que dejar un depósito de 1 € por el vaso de la bebida y 10 € por las toallas de cada persona. Aunque al final se devuelven, nosotros al irnos con prisa pues se nos olvidó hacer el cambio. Tampoco me gustó que se haga el cambio de toallas de playa en la recepción, tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo ya que había mucha gente haciendo check-in/out; lo ideal sería hacerlo en la piscina.
- Sanchez (9/5): sorprendente - el equipo del hotel es muy profesional y tuvieron para con nosotros un trato muy cordial sin duda fue lo mejor de hotel. cabe destacar que la zona es muy tranquila con grandes vistas, dos calas estupendas muy cercanas y sin problemas de aparcamiento en líneas generales nos gustó todo aunque sí echemos a faltar alguna mesa más en las actuaciones de por la noche junto a la piscina

- Maria (7/5): Good but with a sad ending that left something to be desired by the hotel. - Location. Food was ok, drinks could be better. For the price I recommend it! Good breakfast. My boyfriend cut his foot with a glass that was next to the area where pingue ping-pong was played and nothing was done by the hotel, they just said they could call a taxi to take us to the nearest hospital (about 20km from the hotel) or call the doctor at the hotel but everything would be paid for by us. They should be more helpful and have insurance for these situations. Fortunately it was on our penultimate day, so we were able to enjoy almost all of our vacations. The employees were mostly nice, however some were not very nice.

Pontos não relevantes: - hospedes colocam as toalhas nas cadeiras da piscina as 7h da manhã, piscina só abre às 10h e as toalhas ficam a reservar cadeiras até tal hora sem ninguém, ao contrário do que é informado (tolerância máxima de 15min para reserva de cadeiras), acho que o hotel deveria levar isto em consideração. - sai pouca água do chuveiro e não há um meio termo, ou é fria ou extremamente quente. - Jogos como Bilhar e basquetebol são pagos

- Sofia (8/5): Great for a rest with no worries - We were really pleased with our stay at AluaSun! For a 3-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations not only did we get what we expected, but we also enjoyed some lovely surprises, like the amazing animation team and super friendly staff. There’s something happening every day from morning until 10:30 PM, which keeps the atmosphere lively and fun. We don’t have kids, but if you do, this place is fantastic the animation team is outstanding: always smiling, engaging with guests, and especially great with children. A special thanks to the wonderful Front of House team : Lidia, Carlos, Moamed, Juan Antonio, Ismael, Daniel and everyone else we didn’t get to meet personally. You all do a brilliant job accommodating over 300 guests daily. And a big thank you as well to the Back of House team often hidden behind the scenes for consistently providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for so many people. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! As for the location, Cala Antena is quite limited if you don’t have a car, so if you’re the type who enjoys exploring, renting one is a good idea. That said, there’s a beautiful beach just 10 minutes away on foot — Cala Domingos — which is definitely worth a visit. Overall, a great experience and excellent value. Highly recommend! Sofia and Rui We know it’s a 3-star hotel and that the building is quite old, with only some areas partially refurbished. However, the rooms are not soundproof at all we could clearly hear noise from the hallway and neighbouring rooms. When we raised this with reception, one of the staff members responded rather rudely with “it is what it is…”, which was disappointing.

- Sara (6/5): - I liked the ample choice of food and drinks, the proximity to the beach and the possibility of booking guided tours to interesting sights mallorca. The pool area was nice and the live concerts and animation for kids was ambitious and delightful. The cleaning staff was super nice and thorough, thanks for that! Half the staff at the reception was nice and helpful while the other half was unapproachable and rude. Questions weren't welcome and whenever we came around (for example to book tours or get general guidance) we just felt as if we were annoying them. Some of the staff is incapable of smiling, which is fine, but some people, especially Waka, lacked minimum decency and just acted in a very condescending way while we still remained nice. Lots of information I obtained through my own research (also about amenities in the hotel) as we weren't briefed at all. No refund for the tokens and boiler either or help either carrying stuff. We don't need a lot, just friendliness overall, and that was what the hotel lacked many times. Roxana abd Lukas, you were great though!

- Adelisa (9/5): - Hotel and rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly. Free parking available in the area close to the hotel. Food and drinks were always accessible, and every evening there’s a different event (Lion King musical, ABBA singers, DJ etc.). The food is good and diverse, with a different themed dinner each night (e.g., Asian, Italian, Spanish evening…). You might get a bit tired of the food after a while, but that’s probably just a matter of personal taste.

Clean, good location, nearest beach is ok but there are many better places/beaches in Majorca Staff in the kitchen was too noisy, banging plates, collecting plates before the food is finished. a real feeling of discomfort and a desire to leave the room as soon as possible...

- Anastasiya (9/5): Все сподобалось - Відпочинок дуже сподобався, ціна-якість повністю виправдана. Їжа різноманітна, голодними точно ми не залишалися. В номері все працювало, нам дістався номер з видом на море, це було просто шикарно 😊. До пляжу хвилин 7 пішки, треба правда подолати сходи, тому може не зайде людям з коляскою чи кому важко підійматися, а для нас була додаткова необхідна фізкультура 😁 Прибирали і міняли рушники щодня. Готель не новий, трохи є пошарпаність, але ми почитали відгуки і були до цього готові

- Oguzhan (10/5): Don't miss this beautiful opportunity - Price quality ratio is the best. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Don't miss this opportunity to stay here. We booked city view room but our balcony was facing the see from the corner. It was amazing view. With parking we only struggled first night even then it was just 50 meters of walking not a big deal. Otherwise we always found a spot in front of the hotel or on the corner with market place. Food was amazing there were a lot of varieties. Lamp, fish and all kind of meat were available all the time. Maybe there are 30 different dishes for main meals every time. I don't count salads, etc. We rented a car and didn't stay full day in the hotel but I see there are a lot activities if you stay 24 hours. Such as kid parties, from 21:30 to 00:00 dance etc activities. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel. For 3 star hotel with price range it is the best you can find. I was prepared and brought my ear plugs. Never had issues to sleep. Sound isolation is from 0 to 10 rating -1000. A while ago they separated one big room to 2 separate rooms and there is a door without handle between 2 rooms. Thru that door every single whisper can be heard. Amazing really. It was like we were living together with strangers. AC thermostat was not able to detect our preference for the temperature. It was only on - off. Not like we can choose 23 degree. Even though I was able to hear small click around room temperature in the thermostat it was not changing AC operation. So in my opinion thermostat was either broken or it was on purpose. But during our stay weather was manageable we didn't open AC half of our stay. We wanted to have 2 times room service in 7 days. But they didn't change the sleeping sheet. My last night I struggled with sand particles in the bed. So 7 days same sheet.
