• Paris (8/5): Good experience with some issues - Excellent location, renovated aparments. Very little street noise despite the location. A bottle of water could would be nice. Sound from corridor could be loud at times. Had serious issue with terrible smell from the toilet bowl which did not go away, bathroom door would not close. Operations manager were very polite and quick to respond but did not solve our major issues. Breakfast was good but not in the facility (400m away)

• MUSALLAM (8/5): Location, Location Location - Location Location Location! I liked that the property was in a flat part of Lisboa. Plenty of shops & places to eat within walking distance. -The sinks of both bathrooms were blocked & would not allow for the water to drain. For some reason they did not have a valve that can release the water. Having a microwave instead of just an oven would have been a great addition.

• Marcelo Frugoli (10/5): Localização incrível e um quarto com ótima privadidade - A localização é o grande ponto forte, perto de alguns pontos turísticos, fácil uso de carro por aplicativo. Quanto ao quarto, ele é enorme, completamente equipado e mesmo ficando em um local movimentado de dia, a privacidade é excelente. Necessidade de solicitar papel higiênico pois em 5 dias de estadia, não havia o suficiente para atender a três pessoas. Mas conseguimos solicitar a uma pessoa da limpeza.

A rua da hospedagem tem uma padaria fabulosa - realmente fiquei muito satisfeita de me hospedar aqui, ambiente familiar e acolhedor. Melhor lugar de Lisboa, recomendo. Gostei de tudo

• IRUNE (9/5): Magnífico alojamiento en Lisboa - La ubicación, en una calle muy principal, céntrica y cerca de todo. Lo amplio que es y con 2 baños. Y las camas, incluso las de los sofás, han sido cómodas. La comunicación con Claudia ha sido buenísima; y como nuestro vuelo salía tarde, nos ha permitido dejar las mochilas hasta marchar, y así poder visitar el último día sin cargas. Hay panaderías/pastelerías al lado, restaurantes y supermercados y estación de tren cerca. Nos quedamos sin agua caliente para ducharnos, después de 3 personas, y éramos 5. Falta un microondas. Pero lo que menos me ha gustado, es que el apartamento está aislado por otra puerta del resto de los apartamentos de la planta, y todas las noches se oían ruidos y me despertaba pensando que igual entraba alguien, pero no era nadie; salvo a partir de las 6:00 de la mañana que eran las de la limpieza y pasaban por el arcón que hay en el habitáculo a nuestro apartamento. Pero bueno, a lo mejor es más por miedos personales; realmente el edificio es muy seguro y está muy bien.
• Samantha (9/5): Highly desirable location and beautifully furnished - The apartment deserves a 10 for its fantastic location. We walked to all the sights on our itinerary. I love the Baixa Chiado district with its wider streets and nearby shops and great eateries closely. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. We had fabulous views of the 28 Tram from the apartment window. The owner/manager was attentive and prompt at answering our messages and queries. I recommend Aurea House. Our family of three booked for 5 nights, during the expensive Christmas week. I felt there could have been better generosity from the hosts. We were supplied two toilet rolls, no tea towel (we resorted to using a hand towel in lieu), watered down handwash at the bathroom sink, and no basic condiments for cooking. The kitchen did not include a microwave. So overall, it was like staying in a luxurious apartment, but lacking a few niceties.

• Christian (10/5): Sehr zentrale, ruhige und saubere Wohnung mit sehr nettem Kontakt - Wir haben uns in der Wohnung in Lissabon sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend – sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, und der Kontakt war wie immer sehr nett und unkompliziert. Da wir schon letztes Jahr mit der Familie hier waren und so zufrieden waren, haben wir dieses Jahr erneut gebucht. Auch diesmal wurden unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir kommen ganz sicher auch nächstes Jahr wieder und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Asansör var ve pratik. 20 yıldır seyahat ediyorum, kaldığım en kirli tesisti. Tuvalet fanı çalışmıyor, wc aşırı kokuyor, banyo gideri akmıyor, yerler başka insanların saçları dolu ve bulaşıklar kirliydi. Temizlik ve tamir talep ettik. Tuvalet fanı tamir edilmedi, tuvalet kokusu giderilmedi. Tuvalette bir arıza vardı ve kaldığımız süre boyunca aşırı tuvalet kokusuna maruz kaldık. Yatak eski ve çökük idi, iki kişi yatmak mümkün değildi. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Vlasnica apartmana Claudia je bila jako ljubazna, komunikacija sa njom je bila odlična, sve nam je lijepo, jednostavno i razumljivo objasnila, savjetovala za restorane i markete te poslala lokacije te odmah odgovarala na upite. Apartman je na 3.katu ( zgrada ima lift), prozori gledaju na glavne ulice, kojima prolaze tramvaji, ali je izolacija odlična, tako da to uopće ne predstavlja problem. Apartman ima sve što je potrebno, za boravak od 4, 5 dana sasvim odlično. /

Baignoire bouchée dans l’autre salle de bain Les canapés lits sont des lits gigognes et sont inconfortables. Le code d’entrée donné était faux, nous avons dû attendre plus de 2h à l’extérieur avant d’avoir le bon.

• Nara (8/5): 아주 좋은 위치예요. - 위치가 환상이예요. 관광지가기 최고 위치입니다. 마트가 조금 멀긴한데 위치가 최고예요. 체크인 아웃이 아주 편했어요. 더블룸 방이 하나라 5명인 저희는 나머지 세명은 쇼파침대에서 잤습니다. 리스본에서 엘베있는 숙소 찾기가 힘들었는데 좋은 가격에 예약할 수 있었어요. 침대커버가 얼룩이 심해요. 세탁이된건지 연락을 했는데 주인분이 세탁은 하지만 얼룩이 잘 안지워진다고 했습니다. 덮기 너무 찜찜했어요. 그리고 쇼파 침대가 진짜 구려서 허리가 너무 아팠어요. 제일 심한건 화장실 물이 너무심하게 튀어서 물이 흥건해져요. 샤워뒤에 물바다가 됩니다. 다리미가 조금 이상해요 하다가 옷 상할까봐 안했습니다. 식탁의자가 너무 낮아서 아시아인인 저희는 참 식탁이 높았답니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 이런 단점이있지만 다시 간다고해도 여기 예약할것 같아요.

• Albert (10/5): Great location - Nice place, fits a lot of people. The furniture has a classy-old fashioned feeling but everything is functional and we did not miss anything at all. The best part is the location, as it is right in the Rua Aurea, less that 2min walk to Rua Augusta and less than 5 minuetes walk to Plaça do Comercio, Chiado metro station and multiple trams and buses. Will repeat when we come back to Lisbon!

The tv remote was not working, but that wasn’t a big deal. I found the bed pillows were much too bulky and firm for me. Again, the apartment was so great that these things were very minor.

Good kitchen facilities, and the building is kept up well. There is a lift which is in good working order, which was much appreciated when you are travelling with baby and lots of luggage! Staff are not physically present in the building, however, they are very responsive by text. Great value for money as well.

We had to change door codes several times cause the ones provided didn’t work. One of the the apartments’ AC in the living room wasn’t working so it gets hot when we go back to rst in the afternoon. At night we open the windows.

The apartment is well lighted and very spacious for small family. Kitchen is having all required items. They also give complementary toiletries. The shower drainage was blocked and water was getting clogged, leading to not very pleasant shower experience. Except this this apartment is having all facilities.

We will come back! - We were a group of 3 women staying for a few days. We were given 2 small rolls of paper toilet. When asking for an extra one, we were asked to buy it ourselves. That would have been a nice easy gesture to do. - the same for towels: you only receive one big towel per person and only one dish towel. No tissue. - you receive the entry code on the arrival day when the room is ready, via WhatsApp. Don’t stress over it.
• Sander (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment was superb, centrally located and very close to public transport. There was good communication with the hosts and we could enter the apartment right upon arrival with the provided information. The windows have shutters, so the rooms can be completely darkened at night and noise from the street is reduced. There is a kitchen with stove and fridge, but we didn't use it very much during our stay. The sofa bed isn't really suited for adults in terms of comfort, but for kids it's fine.

• Elizabeth (6/5): Strategic location and efficient communication - The central location is a big advantage while the communication with Claudia was efficient. Cool kitchen & dining chinaware. We met 2 young women concierge sitting by the lobby desk who neither smiled nor welcomed guests, unsure if working for Aurea apartments but asked which room we’re in. We found the bath towels rather thin & no kitchen/hand towels, no bottled water at least upon arrival. The cooking oil, condiments, cutting board, etc were kept inside the big electrical water heating element cupboard. That’s a no no!
• Peter (10/5): Perfect apartment for a family visiting Lisbon - Perfect location to explore Lisbon. Comfortable beds, and noise isolation (Lisbon is noisy). Well equipped kitchen if you want to relax indoors. I can’t think of anything.

• Maria (9/5): Great place to stay - The location is top, the bed is super comfortable! Has everything even for a longer stay - washing machine, dishwasher, good hairdryer. Very nice furniture with a chandelier in lounge, a lots of lights and good renovation. Soundproofed windows so we were not disturbed by the noise and even tram. You can hear it but not disturbing. Very close to Place de Commerce. Nice building. As an idea for improvement, it would be great if the information about check in and codes for entry could be provided 24-48 hrs prior. If you want to use a washing machine, please buy the detergent or bring it with you as this was not provided.
• Elana (8/5): Very good - Location is incredible with everything close by! It's a super spacious apartment and very comfortable for a couple like us. Washing machine and drier was good to use. Can be a little noisy from the streets and would have been nice to have some extra toiletries (if you care about certain products ie. Conditioner and bodywash)
• Zoobia (6/5): Pleasant - The location was really good in walking distance to the famous Rue Augusta and within 2 mins distance of the Baixa-Chiado metro station. The flat had good furniture and was pleasant. The sofa bed wasn’t a sofa bed but was actually a mattress on the floor linked to the main sofa. This was not suitable for 2 people to sleep on despite us advising them that we needed the flat for 3 adults and 1 child. I wasn’t aware that there would be no cleaner for the whole duration of my stay (5 days). We did not have enough stock-ups of supplies like toilet paper, towels or bin bags. I requested these a few times and in the end, the managers did provide the toilet paper and towels.
• Nino (10/5): Exceptional - Location was superb. Clean, comfortable appartement right in the city center. Responsive host. Lot of cafes around. Easy check in check out procedures. Would reccomend for sure Microwave would be good

• Yanissamone (7/5): Good. - Very central with shops just a short walk away. High ceilings so apartment felt spacious even for three people. Beds are comfortable with nice sheets. Communication with the property manager was a little hectic. We were given the wrong entry code upon arrival but this was sorted right away. We had a problem with the safe being broken and this didn’t get sorted until the second day.
