- Justas (8/5): - Do not recommend for non-Spanish speakers. The hosts are lovely and the hotel is nice and clean, but communication for English speakers is tricky. Maybe if you speak French or Italian it could also work, but just FYI, none of the staff speak a word of English. But it’s pretty much like that in the entire Val d’Aran.

- Françoise (2/5): - Impossible de joindre l’établissement jusqu’en début d’après-midi parce que le numéro de téléphone était indiqué comme n’existant pas lors de plusieurs appels et impossible d’avoir une aide correcte de hôtels.com Dans l’après-midi j’ai été hospitalisée en urgence et je n’ai pas pu répondre aux appels jusqu’à ma sortie de l’hôpital….j’ai reçu un appel très désagréable de l’hôtel qui ne pensait qu’au paiement de la réservation dont je demande le remboursement Horrible expérience avec l’hôtel comme avec hôtels.com!!!!!!
