- Arzu (7/5): Sıcaklık konusu çözülürse gayet güzel bir otel - Konum olarak gayet iyi ancak sadece bu iyi. Mayıs ayında gitmemize rağmen otel ve odalar buz gibiydi. Sıcak su problemi yaşadık açıkçası. İlk başta sıcak su geldi ancak sonrasında buz gibi oldu.

Apartman blue ima problema sa neugodnim mirisima iz toaleta u toj mjeri da je boravak krajnje, krajnje neprijatan, te je to glavni razlog loše ocjene. Pored toga, "terasa" gdje su stol i stolica, gdje bi se trebalo sjediti su u potpunosti od golubijeg izmeta. Dao bih i lošiju ocjenu, ali suzdržaću se zbog osoblja i lokacije. Zaista neprijatno iskustvo.

Confermo quanto detto in altre recensioni: pur essendo vicina a locali con musica, la stanza è abbastanza insonorizzata. Prezzo giusto Un problema dello scarico causava un forte odore di fognature in camera, con la porta del bagno aperta. il balcone è praticamente abbandonato.

- Sara (4/5): - The hotel is in a very good location, but the room for five people was quite dirty. The drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the toilet tank was leaking. There is a kitchen in the room, but it is not equipped. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the room. There were pigeons on the windows, so it was difficult to air out the room.

- Starfish (5/5): I enjoyed having dinner at the Italian restaurant - I would call it a Motel with empty fridge and no available beverages in Hotel or room I was in - room 6. The advertisement promoted shuttle from International Airport, Sarajevo to the Hotel and back to airport where I had no option but paying taxi. Taxi service was 10+.- very much appreciated. The was Italian restaurant being close to hotel story where I was able to have dinner. Also, place called Raya71 where I was refused coffee, apparently, it was late,but was able to made purchase of 2 bottles of carbonated water to take with. Front door were opening with a code. Location was misleading on advertising, empty fridge, no toilet paper, bad was queen size with 2 twin blankets.

- YASİN (9/5): Merkeze çok yakın hatta merkezde diyebiliriz. Saygılı, yardımsever personel ve temiz odalar. - Otelden çıktığınızda kendinizi 1 dk içinde tam merkezde buluyorsunuz. Asansör mevcut. Odamız gayet temizdi. Klima çok işlevsel değildi yine de pek ihtiyaç duymadık. Resepsiyondaki genç hanımefendi bize karşı çok nazikti ve valizlerimizi check-in saatinden önceki ve check-out saatinden sonraki zamanlar için valizimizi emanet olarak aldı. Kendisine teşekkür eder, oteli gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Klimalar yenilenebilir. Çok verimli çalıştığı söylenemez. Onun dışında fiyat performansı çok iyi bir otel.

Oda soğuktu, klima da çok yeterli olmuyordu. Kaldığım odanın şeklinden dolayı perdeler tam kapanmıyordu ve içeriye çok fazla ışık giriyordu.

- Mira (9/5): I highly recommend this hotel. - The hotel’s location is perfect—couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful. The guys at the front desk were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they even gave us one room at 11 AM, despite the official check-in being after 2 PM, which is quite rare. They were always available, helpful, and genuinely pleasant throughout our stay. Although there is officially no breakfast, fresh croissants and pastries are available in the morning. Coffee, tea, and water are offered throughout the day at no extra charge, which for me is a big plus.
