- ERIC (10/5): Excellent séjour à La Pomélie - Excellent séjour à La Pomélie malgré la T° caniculaire. Nous avions choisi cet hébergement en raison de sa proximité du spot de départ de France Montgolfière mais également de ville comme Amboise. Les hôtes sont adorables et très attentionnés et le petit déjeuner est un régal. Si nous revenons dans le secteur, nous nous arrangerons pour pouvoir profiter du diner !

- EVELYNE (10/5): Un séjour royal en Touraine - Un séjour de rêve dans une propriété de charme où nos hôtes ont surpassé nos espérances. La maîtresse des lieux, cuisinière et pâtissière émérites nous a régalés de ses bons produits maison, dont la profusion, la variété et la qualité n'auraient rien eu à envier aux tables royales de la région. Le décor de très bon goût et la mise en scène renouvelée quotidiennement des multiples douceurs ont enchanté à la fois nos papilles et nos yeux. Valérie et Philippe aiment et savent recevoir.

The place has clean and comfortable installations, the reception was warm and informative about the surrounding area, and the breakfast was rich, all made by the owners using local ingredients. - Rodolfo (10/5): A jewel in Touraine. As good as it gets! - This place is a jewel, the best B&B I've ever stayed at. The rooms are lovely, decorated with great taste. The place is run by its owners, Valérie and Phillippe, who where very friendly and welcoming hosts. The breakfast includes home made cakes and marmalades, and was probably the best of our whole trip. Valérie is a skilled professional chef. We had the opportunity to enjoy a "table d'hôte" dinner, out of this world. La Pómelie is only 12 minutes away from Château de Chenonceau, and 12 minutes away from Amboise. I recommend this place without hesitation.

It is a perfect location to visit the Château Chenonceau. Madame is an outstanding chef wish we picked a day when she is offering dinner. Highly recommend and would love to come back.

- Ekarat (10/5): Magnifique ! - Dans le cadre de notre road-trip estival, nous avions réservé 2 nuits, avec une bonne intuition, pensant faire une courte étape... Finalement, nous sommes restés 4 nuits ! Nos hôtes Valérie et Philippe, sont d'une grande attention, très avenants et très arrangeants pour répondre à nos attentes. Le petit déjeuner vaut à lui seul le séjour : Premium ! La table d'hôte est aussi exquise grâce aux talents de Chef de Valérie. La chambre et le domaine sont d'un charme fou, au calme et en pleine nature. La voie verte jusqu'à Chenonceau est à 300 m, Amboise et le Clos Lucé à 10 min en voiture. Nous avons passé une séjour merveilleux !

- Claudia (10/5): A slice of heaven - Valérie and Paul have created a little bit of paradise in the middle of the Châteaux in the Loire Valley. The little comfort touches are wonderful and the fresh breakfast served at a common table in the main house give the impression that you truly are a guest of the owners. The breakfasts made by professional chef Valerie were plentiful and varied each morning. If you are a foodie, pay the extra for dinner prepared by Valerie and enjoyed at the family table. Next time, we plan to be in the area, we will plan to stay at La Pomelie!

The property is beautiful and thoughtfully renovated offering a high quality experience. Everything was perfect from the tea and homemade biscuits on our arrival to the lovely breakfast with homemade jams, pancakes, fruits and tasty plum crumble. Les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse exemplaire et font tout pour que votre séjour soit des plus reposant. Si vous avez l’occasion prenez l’option dîner table d’hôte chez eux, vous ne serez absolument pas déçu. PDJ composé uniquement de produits fait maison tous aussi bon les uns que les autres. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Valerie is a wonderful pastry chef and I had the best croissant I have ever tasted in addition to an assortment of fresh meats, cheese, pancakes, and yogurt for breakfast. There is a lovely garden area and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. I will recommend La Pomelie to my family and friends.
- Michael (10/5): Idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Besuch der Loire Schlöss - Das Anwesen ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten -wie gewünscht-eine Suite mit 2 Einzelbetten, die allerdings sehr schmal waren. Die Inhaberin hat Abends auch ein Menue angeboten, das ausgezeichnet schmeckte. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt !
- PASCAL (10/5): Très belle découverte - Sur la route entre les châteaux de la Loire et le zoo de Beauval nous avons effectué notre premier séjour en chambre d'hôtes. Suite aux commentaires positifs publiés nous avons choisi "La Pomélie" et nous avons été ravis de cette découverte. Tout était parfait L'accueil chaleureux puis notre installation dans la chambre "Charlotte" rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons pris le dîner avec nos hôtes ce qui nous à permis découvrir les talents culinaires exceptionnels de Valérie. Osso bucco...à tomber et le dessert digne d'une grande table Le petit déjeuner préparé très complet avec entre autres crumble, kougelopf, cake maison…. Une maison que nous allons recommander à nos proches, alors si vous passez dans la région et que vous cherchez une étape n'hésitez pas, c'est une très bonne adresse.
