Jennifer (8/5): A beautiful cliff top Villa with stunning cliff and ocean views. - The location is stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculately clean. The linen was of great quality. The villa was spacious and catered to indoor and outdoor living well. The pool was amazing and well-kept. The beds are rock hard, and we all found it very difficult to sleep well. The pool towels weren't changed daily, and they didn't dry in the humid, wet season weather. We didn't have staff in the latter part of the day, which would have been useful and appreciated. The outdoor furniture looks dated, worn out, and a bit grubby.

Michelle (8/5): The best villa staff - thank you Putu, Komang & Made - Putu, Komang, Made and Pak Komang were amazing. The most friendly and attentive staff. whenever we needed anything, including scooter rides to the pharmacy or coffee place, they were so helpful. Very helpful with organising any taxi or buggy hires we needed. We loved our breakfast and indonesian lunch banquet on the terrace overlooking the sea. Thank you for the being the best villa staff!! The views from the villa are also amazing. Being in the pool or on a lounge chair whilst watching the sunset or hearing the crashing waves was just fabulous. The owners need to upgrade the villa. For the price we're paying, villa needs a paint job. Sliding doors need maintenance. Air-conditioning needs to be upgraded. it's also very hot in the living room both downstairs and upstairs (where TV is) especially given we opted to close the sliding doors due to mosquitoes. the pool grounds and lounge chairs could do with an upgrade too. The Sandy Bay Beach Club pool villa is the same price but completely renovated both inside and pool area (and has ocean view too). Owners of Casa Del Mar need to renovate or lower the price.
