• Verified traveler (4/5): - When we arrived the bed sheets were very dirty, and the floor and the bathroom too. It was obvious that it was not cleaned, HORRIBLE!!! The manager came inmediatelly to change it, but this is not the way to manage it.

• snow (6/5): - 民泊みたいな感じ。外観が住宅のためgoogle MAPで近くまで行っても分からなかった。 まずホーム内に入る際に鍵があり、その番号が急遽変更になったと張り紙があり、メールが届いてなければ電話してとあった。通話SIMではなかったため入れず焦った。 今回はたまたま通りかかった警察官に協力をいただき、鍵を開けた後、 同じホームシェアの人に今度は部屋の鍵が入っているケースの番号をオーナーに電話で聞いてきくれたため解決できた。 フロントスタッフはいないです。 深夜0時を過ぎると翌朝まで入れないそうです。 私は飛行機の都合で23時過ぎに着いたので、なるべく早く来てトラブルに備える余裕があると良いかと思います！ 部屋はワンルームの部屋で狭いですが、寝るため位なら許容範囲内です。 1人旅には向いてますが、カップルなどはやや苦しいかもしれません。
• sharon (8/5): Nice if you are OK with unserviced room - Nice room in Nice area but no check-in instructions sent prior to arrival and the conduct of the guests in 104 was shocking and difficult as no onsite owner present to resolve, due to this would not use again!
• Verified traveler (8/5): まぁまぁ良い - 予約後すぐに入口のロック解除に関するメールが届きました。到着が11時頃と早い予定だったので、相談したところ、一番に掃除頂けるとの事でした。実際、荷物はホテル内に置かせてもらえて、問題はなかったです。共用キッチンも清潔で良かったです。
• Mohammed (10/5): Good - Kind of a house with many rooms each equipped with a bathroom. No reception and you don't meet anyone upon check-in or check-out. Simply you get a code to open the main door and another code for a small key locker to get your room key. Convenient for late check-in for example at or after midnight. Clean. Comfortable. Towel and toiletries provided. 10 min walking to metro station and 3 min walk to tram station. Good supermarket, restaurants and cafes nearby. No daily room service. A fridge in the room.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The building was renovated recently perfect size with fridge and own bathroom. It also had a communal kitchen and hangout space. Location was great. The only downside was that the floor and bathroom were quite dirty. If that was clean I would stay again.

Duvet was stained, sheet had marks, bedside tables and windowsills very dusty. Badly stained lampshade.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel in a downtown Toronto location - The place is clean and in a very convenient location. You can easily walk to College Station, and the hotel is closely located to Ryerson, UofT, Eaton Centre, and many other shops and restaurants. We easily went to a park near lakeshore during our stay. Our room came with a bed, washroom, and the public kitchen area had coffee, tea, oatmeal, and cereal. It is a wonderful place to stay at. Plus, the check-in procedure is very simple (instructions provided via e-mail) and there is no front office.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was clean, just big enough and comfortable, not much noise and dark curtain for a good sleep. Bed was smaller than used to, not a problem for me but for my tall friend a little. the use of common kitchen was great and communicating with Jeannie through messages went great. I would've liked some extra shelfs and hooks to hang&put things but that's a suggestion to future improvement :)
• Karl (10/5): Great place to stay in Toronto - Don't let the exterior of this place put you off. Inside the building is clean, modern and comfortable with a good communal kitchen. Our bed was fantastically comfortable. The location is great, right between Downtown and Cabbagetown. Try Chew Chews Diner for breakfast and The Tilted Dog on Parliament Street for beer and evening meals. Jeannie is really a character, very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

• Maria (8/5): - El precio es accesible, la habitación es pequeña pero acogedora, en lo personal fue de mi agrado cuando llegue nadie me recibió estuve 3 días y nadie realizo limpieza de la habitación, si tenia alguna duda no había nadie que me apoyara, sin embargo me agrado mucho estar ahí, lo recomiendo totalmente.

• ahmed (8/5): Elevate Rooms near Allan Gardens - I had a nice stay at the Elevate Rooms near Allan Gardens. Gena was nice over the phone and she was accommodating even though we never saw her. The only issue for me was the bathroom was really small especially if you are a tall person like myself. But other than that the please was great and I'll stay there again....
• HJ (10/5): - I like the location very much, went to Allan Gardens often, quiet neighbourhood, interesting cabbage town nearby, convenient transportation to any major spot in downtown, very friendly stuff, nice and clean for whole building, good value for money. I will certainly come back to this hotel next time in Toronto. Thank you.

• Bernard (6/5): Nice cozy accommodation but not a great area - The accommodation itself was very comfortable. The room was warm and the bed very comfy. The en-suite was clean and spacious. There was a common kitchen which we didn’t use, but it looked very well equipped. There was some sort of an issue with the front door not being properly locked on occasions but I think that was an issue caused by other guests. The local area is not exactly perfect though. Many of our Canadian friends told us the area was ‘sketchy’ and whilst we had no problems ourselves, we observed that there were prostitutes working on the street on the Friday night (so I assume they attract kerbcrawlers) and we saw people who were clearly dealing with addiction issues wandering about on the street at all times of the day and night. We were always out and about as a couple. I am not sure we would have been as comfortable if either of us were on our own. It’s a comfy warm accommodation and very good value but the street outside is dodgy.

Janice was very helpful (although I haven't seen in person), responded me right away whenever I asked her for help. WiFi is about slow but it's not bad at all. Again the room was so clean and the bathroom was the one I like most.

• yee (10/5): Little gem basic but comfortable - I had a wonderful stress-free vacation stayng at this property. The street car is just 100 metres roughly from the said address and the city garden is across the road. Jeannie is truly a genuinely nice and helpful local host.
• margaret (8/5): Basic clean accommodation - Easy to find and within walking distance of downtown. It is basic, no frills accommodation.Everything was clean, lovely hot water and new towels. There were mugs and glasses available in the kitchen and free teabags. The lady in charge was very helpful, ordering a taxi for us on departure. The biggest problem for us was the bed which was not very comfortable but this may be rectified as on the morning of departure a new mattress was delivered!
