Guest Reviews

- Periann (10/5): It was a comfy place to stay that was clean and the staff was friendly. - I loved the location and it was clean which is always nice. The price. A bit expensive. It was a last minute stay for me. My other hotel was cancelled a few hours before.
- Thompson (10/5): It was just what I needed -- a quiet refuge for a quick stay. Clean, friendly staff, beautiful hote - It was a short stay, but it was immaculate and quiet. I didn't get to try out the facilities, but I was impressed just by walking in. Beautiful, restful stay.
- dereke655 (2/5): Questionable business practice - Booked a room with 2 queen beds for my family for my daughters' lacrosse tournament over the official LaQuinta website and received a confirmation email as such. It was a very busy weekend and rooms were tight to find. Three weeks later and two days before my stay I received a call telling me my room was no longer available. First they said I could pay more for the room I booked. When I protested saying I already paid at the given price, they told me that actually there were no rooms like I booked available. They directed me to La Quinta customer service who made me file a claim and then responded that actually I had a reservation for the room I booked and I was "good to go." Following up with the actual hotel I was told that the customer service was wrong and there was no room for me. Clearly either they over-booked and bumped me or sold my room at a higher price due to demand. Either way it's deceitful business practice.
- galadhremmin (10/5): Comfortable and great value - I stayed here twice in the last couple of weeks, on my way to and from Escalante and Capitol Reef. It made a great first- and last-night stop, not too too far from the airport and a much better value than any of the airport-adjacent hotels I've tried. The room was very clean, the bed and linens were comfortable, and I enjoyed the not-totally-generic decor. The breakfast didn't meet my food requirements but the self/-serve coffee machines made surprisingly good regular and decaf coffee, lattes, etc and the in-room coffee also surprised me with how good it was (and as a constant decaf drinker, I appreciate this.) The fitness center was clean, in great condition and had all the basics I needed. Staff were consistently pleasant and helpful.
Two minor downsides: lighting in the room is suboptimal--there was no place in it that felt well-lit except the bathroom. Fine for sleeping, I guess, but not great for finding something deep in your suitcase. Second, there are no walkable restaurants or grocery stores in the vicinity. However, for a short stay in transit, pros far outweighed these cons, especially at this price point.

- Thomas (9/5): Good overall hotel in the south end of Salt Lake valley. - Nice facility with pool, hot tub, and modest workout room. Breakfast was sufficient but not great.
- Vu (10/5): Great - Cleanliness None
- Sherie (9/5): -
- Frankie (10/5): - The staff and location. The jacuzzi was closed for most of our stay.
- christinaaR6130VJ (6/5): Mini trip - Indoor pool is great. Breakfast is awful. confusing to get around. Fairly priced. Coffee machines are unreliable and not tasty

- Rita (8/5): Excellent, not withstanding the front desk clerk - It was beautiful and super clean, very quiet and close to a variety of different restaurants and stores A lady who checked me in. I did everything online myself ahead of time all she had to do was give me the keys, but clearly I had interrupted her break and she was not helpful at all.
- Lloyd (4/5): Paid EV charging. Very bad! Unfriendly stsff at checkin. - Not much Long walk from elevator to room
Electric vehicle charging was not included
- Corrie (10/5): -
- Dan (8/5): Nice stay. Would stay here again. - breakfast was basic but decent. Short walk to the Jordan River trail. Awesome trail to hike along the river.

- Prof. Zhu Li (7/5): - The chair in the room was broken, asked for a fix or replacement, and 3 days later, nothing happens.
- Brandon (10/5): - The breakfast was great! Breakfast hours are 7 am to 10 am which is great when staying with kids. Stayed there for my son’s birthday and he had a blast!

- Lucero (10/5): - What I liked about the hotel is that it is usually clean all the time, in a good location, and has reasonable prices. And the breakfast is also good. What I didn’t like is that we booked through Booking.com, and they have issues with their system. I tried to extend for two more nights—supposedly I called Booking.com, and they told me it was already resolved. But then the hotel receptionist called us to say we had to check out. I showed her that I had already spoken with Booking, and she ignored us; she was very rude.
Later, she gave us an access key so we could go back in and get our belongings, but while we were on the phone with Booking.com, she called again saying we still had to leave.
Another thing I didn’t like is that they allow dogs, and they end up barking in the lobby. The staff is usually good, except for one receptionist—I don’t remember her name—she’s very unprofessional at her job. And the Booking app is terrible; I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
- STEPHEN (6/5): Everything was fine except loud music at 6:00 AM. - Loud music, Spanish, close to our room, started at about 6:00 AM. Not acceptable.

- Jeremy (10/5): -
- Fidencio (10/5): - Buen lugar limpio en la recepción muy amable
- GrandTour33705401490 (6/5): Not the best stay that I've had here - I've stayed at this hotel before and I absolutely love it however this visit was not so great room was absolutely not ready and I hope it was just a one-time thing

- Karen Currie (10/5): Great stay! - Excellent location and super friendly staff, even with checking in at 11pm. I was texted a link to complete the check-in information ahead of time so that the time at the front desk was just a couple of minutes. The pool was very clean and heated, as was the spa/jacuzzi and supplied with lots of towels. I liked the breakfast and that it was located right by the front desk so it was easy to eat and then leave for the next destination. The room was very clean with a very powerful showerhead. Nothing. I enjoyed the stay so much that I booked another location La Quinta the next night.

- Luisana (10/5): -
- Doug (10/5): - Clean and comfortable. Staff had trouble keeping up with breakfast.
However, an excellent breakfast.
- DeAnna (5/5): - Food and comfort of beds Very disappointed not being able to use the hot tub, it was broken, the pool was ice cold. When I asked about it at front desk, she shrugged and said perhaps we'll try to get maintenance to fix in the morning. That wasn't going to help me, I was leaving in the morning. The night lights were burned out in our room too. Not a big deal just the floor lamp to see.
When I look for a place to stay, 2 of the things I look for are a hot tub and hot breakfast.
- Crawford (10/5): - Well maintaining

- U2192RBbernadettes (8/5): Jan 2026 - The bathroom toilet paper holder was broken which was surprising for such a nice hotel. I told staff right after check in and asked them everyday five different times for our five day stay and it was not fixed. I even gave the broken parts to the clerk. I wanted to use the laundry before we left but the office had no quarters for the 2.00 per machine. Again the facility was very clean. Home 2 from Hilton down the street is a better hotel, no maintenance issues, and free laundry. We have stayed there twice last month.
- Brooke (5/5): Convienent location - Location The toilet seat was broken, the beds were super hard and the anti slip mat in the tub was peeling back so you had to be careful not to slip or trip on it. Breakfast was good.
- Teri (8/5): - Location, breakfast and the staff One side of the shower door doesn't move so you get wet and cold turning on the water awaiting the hotness. You can't reach the controls otherwise.
- Katherine (9/5): -
- Diego (10/5): Excelente - El desayuno excelente y muy bien ubicado
- Richard (10/5): -
- Laurie (7/5): -
- Robin (9/5): Everything was great but Booking.Com - Booking. Com is a rip off Hot tub was out of service.
- Vicki (8/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Better toilet paper
TV and/or remote didn't work occasionally
Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up to check out
- Anita (10/5): -
- Richard (10/5): -
- Stephen (9/5): - Don’t like putting a fifty dollar deposit down, several motels don’t do this
- Tim (10/5): -
- Jennifer (10/5): -
- Mariangel (10/5): -
- Andrea (10/5): - This was such a great place to stay! All of the staff were friendly, great and helpful. The lobby was clean and comfy. The king suite I was in, was one of the best rooms I've stayed in. Comfy bed, great amenities. I'll definitely stay there again when I come back to SLC.
- Sawl.S (9/5): - Good location, pool to swim, free parking. Breakfast with hot meals if you are "early bird" Breakfast time is 6-9 AM. But at 8:20 - 8:30 the food usually was almost over. We had to ask about food additionally, waited for it not knowing if there is any more. Hot tub didn't work almost all the time (
- Kaylene (7/5): - Great location, pet friendly - great staff. the pet friendly rooms are all next door to each other… two dogs left alone in the room for two days howling and barking none stop. it was exhausting- i mentioned it to the staff and they tried calling the owner with no luck , got to the point we had to leave the hotel and sit in our vehicle for some peace and quite…
- Gabriel (8/5): -
- Brendan (3/5): - The room was good Pool and spa not maintained / not working. Got charged significantly more than the booking Price. Never had issues like that trying to check in.
- Reza (10/5): - Price was good and room was clean. Bed was firm and bedsheet were excellent Staff were super helpful and friendly

- Mark (9/5): -
- Ryan (10/5): -
- CoolFromCal (10/5): Great experience. Will stay here again. - Reserved as a part of a wedding group, wedding venue is a Hindu temple within one mile.
Front desk staff is very helpful and courteous. Gym has adequate machines for a quick workout. Did not use the pool.
Breakfast options are varied and enough vegetarian choices.
Location is near major highway.
- Shannon (9/5): - Nice people and good price Location. Not close to anywhere for eating.
- Dayle (8/5): -
- William (10/5): Space - Location clean Convenient for my disability needs
- Shannon (7/5): - Front desk was nice Bathroom had a shower curtain, too short. Water everywhere which has got to be an ongoing problem. The shower was unpleasant
- Brian (9/5): Great value for money close to facilities - Comfy room No onsite restaurant
- Aurora (10/5): -
- Christian (9/5): - Hotel is very beautiful and staff was so friendly The room was quite dark, not enough lighting. There aren’t any vents in the bathroom which kind of made the room stuffy.
- Patricia (10/5): -
- Eric (10/5): Nice, pleasant stay. Pet fee was minimal. - Newer, clean and good value for the room choice. The layout of the bathroom in the suite was cumbersome.
