• Heptalin (5/5): - La atención en el restaurante La apatía del personal de recepción del hotel, están reprobados, me hicieron esperar más de 45 minutos porque no encontraban la reservación, y no dieron nada de información sobre las instalaciones del hotel, batallamos para localizar la alberca y para conectarse a wifi del hotel es el peor servicio de internet que me ha tocado ver, la cama estaba muy aguada y las almohadas también, jamás volvería a ese hotel

• Alejandro (8/5): Bien, - Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones, la atención, el estacionamiento me pareció seguro. El desayuno deja mucho que desear, cuando se incluye en el costo de alojamiento lo entiendo, pero en mi caso pagar por ese desayuno me pareció desproporcionado precio calidad. Que la alberca estuviera en desuso, ya que uno de los elementos que me llevó a escoger el hotel es que quería disfrutar de la alberca, cuando hice la reservación no indicaba que no estaría en uso y al llegar me lo informaron.

Breakfast was included and had lots of choices. Also breakfast stayed open late which was good for our family. On a busier street but no street noise heard in room. Average hotel beds. Would stay again when traveling to Leon.
