- Aman (7/5): Everything was great, but atleast try to provide little attention towards guest who came to such great hotel for luxury - Room was lovely… Odd behaviour of receptionist, maybe its my failure to understand him, not sure yet. All staff members remain busy somewhere, no one attended us when we were searching for food ( we arrived 30min early and were told to go to restaurant, and manager there didn’t even allowed us to sit inside… for whole 1 hr made us sit out side near pool in sun, finally got room later. )

- Julius (9/5): probably the best hotel in Kanpur - The breakfast was perfect with a large choice of Indian as well of non-Indian food. The personnel was very accommodation. The room was very nice with a great view on the city. The city around is not the nicest part of India, but this is another issue. When you our outsite, it is very easy to find the way to the hotel as it is the tallest building in the surrounding area. Room service worked well. The prices in the restaurant are clearly higher but in principle acceptable. Solely, the cost of Indian wine was somehow exaggerated. In principle, the hotel cannot influence the surrounding area, so this cannot be considered as a reproach. The only minor issue which I observed is that the cost of Indian wines should be more reasonable (i.e. in Europe, it is common to add 100% to the price of the wine).
