Everything you need is in walking distance and the host, her husband (and th - The property is situated in a beautiful place, it really feels like you’re in the jungle. We had our own kitchen which was great with two teenagers who love 7-11! The double bed was a bit hard but it was fine to sleep on, we stayed for 5 nights.

- pierre francois (10/5): Fabulous garden guesthouse close to city center - Reception / front desk open until 8pm. Easy communication through Watsap in preparation for arrival. The place is very close to city center while in a small street. The property is a guesthouse in a surrounding garden which is tuned by birds (and frogs on night but not too noisy). The room is large, separate are kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen amenities are fine. Air cond, hot water and wifi are fine. The place is very quiet day and night and the cleaning service can be required on demand. Drinking water and coffee/tea are supplied in the kitchen. You can park car or motorbike at the property parking The stay was wonderful, there is nothing to criticize. I would recommend the room B1 for the best privacy. Nothing

Die Wohnung war schön und schlicht eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Trotz Nähe zur Hauptstraße hört man nichts von dem Verkehr. Night Market und Einkaufsläden in direkter Umgebung, Lage ist hervorragend. Einzig das Bett war für uns etwas zu hart, aber dass ist ja persönliches Empfinden.

The staff were lovely, and the room had everything you would need, including lots of bottled water, tea, coffee and cooking utensils. The room was spacious with the kitchen and bathroom in different rooms and the bed was huge and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

- Rob (8/5): Great base stay for our 3 nights in Chiang Mai - A sweet little apartment walking distance to the Old City, a night food market and some tourist sites. The apartment has a large room with a basic kitchen with large fridge, microwave (I think) and kettle and a few dishes etc. Enough to make a basic breakfast and also a large bathroom. We had a balcony to the garden but didn't really sit outside as we were tired by the end of a busy day. One of the night markets is around the corner and was great for dinner. a few restaurants for breakfast. Very accessible to points of interest and walkable if you like to walk or Grab was easy to get. Wat Lok Moli temple right around the corner - interesting at night to see. Very good value for money. Missed the great breakfast that most places offer in Thailand , so you have to either make your own or find a restaurant or grocery store nearby - there are just a few. Have to google maps where you can grab coffee or food in the day.

- JIKE (10/5): Oldy De Gargen will be the place where I choose to stay in Chiang Mai whenever I come. - This is my second time to choose Oldy De Garden. Comparing to my travel in 2024, the owner couple enlarged the number of rooms and kept three cute cute siam kitties. I stayed in G8 room, and it's just comfortable for single traveler. Tide, clean, cozy, quiet, adn also with a fully-equipped kitchen. Moreover, the location is rather convenient to everywhere. The hotel is 300m awaty from north gate of old town, where a small night market, a 7-11, a lotus fresh market, a nice bruch cafe nearby. Convenient but more quiet than live near Tha Phae Gate. It would be perfect if those new furnished rooms connecting cable and guests could watch local TV program to experience more Thai culture.

- Alpakalypse (10/5): Quiet, cute and comfortable space - The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet street yet very close to a food market. We appreciated the large space (we had the 2 bedroom suite) and full kitchen. We also liked that the bathroom was separated into a shower room, toilet room and sink in the corner so we could each use a different part. We found the space to be clean and comfortable with good air-conditioning. The outdoor decor and patio seating was welcoming and nice to relax in. Overall an excellent stay and I would return next time I'm in Chiang Mai. The shower drain was very slow and it flooded the entire bathroom floor.

- Z&P (5/5): 清迈是天堂。适合穷游。 - 唯一满意的是床垫。较硬而且是king size. 我用的是自己带来的床单和被套包括枕头。 旁边的一个床垫较软，但是我没有使用，懒人沙发也没使用过。 不满意的地方还是很多的。先说最不满意的地方：绿植太多太乱，毫无章法，需要修剪。 再有：因为入住期间的气候还算好，我没有使用过空调机，但是空调机的滤网已经被灰尘堰塞，我庆幸没有开空调。 这个位置附近有很多民宿和廉价旅馆，有很多人走过围墙边，大声说话和使用摩托车。我的经验是如果你一定要来清迈，还是住在古城里更好，因为想要穿过古城的护城河的马路是一项技术活。我在这里住了十八个晚上，较远的地方都是用出租车，但是去古城就很苦恼，有太多的驾车人在斑马线前不会礼让行人，除非你也开摩托车。但是因为我没有摩托车驾照，虽然我会开，但是我不愿意违法。 还有一个经验：这个旅馆有A B & G 系列的房间，我推荐一定要预定G系列的房间。我没有预定好我要的房间类型，结果老板娘给了我一个A04的房间，那是一个朝北的楼下的房间，楼上是B系列，楼上的住客会有噪音传到楼下，我的房间整天是没有阳光进来的，只有在傍晚时候在房间外面的凉亭里有点西晒的阳光可以晒衣服。而且因为离围墙很近，路上的噪音也很多。 清迈的数字游民很多，周围的很多旅馆里都是各国来的实行廉价旅游的人，晚上有很多人在附近的夜市摊位上吃食物，但是我连看都不愿意看一眼，那不是我能吃的食物，太低级了。我在清迈期间都是在google map 上寻找评价在五百个以上的4.5分以上的餐厅吃饭，或者到big C 采购熟食回来吃，早餐都是面包和水煮鸡蛋加牛奶，这个旅馆的餐具只有微波炉和冰箱，还有电加热的水煮锅和小火锅，工作台非常低，不适合180CM身高的人。

- Yupei (10/5): - 經營者非常用心維護花園，擺設極具美感，走出房門可以看到各式各樣的植物花朵，讓人看了心情就很愉悅。房內空間大，附有冰箱、小廚房。地理位置極佳，走路就可以到Wat Lok Moli一定要去。旁邊就是Chang Phuak Market，到很晚都有小吃。喜歡喝咖啡的朋友，推薦附近的A-Roon Coffee。

- hervé (9/5): Très bon acceuil, chambres superbes, chiens parfois bruyant la nuit. - acceuil et management agréable et discret, les chambres sont superbes, plein de petits ustensiles pour la cuisine, eau en bouteille stocké, rien à redire, nous étions comblés. Pas unique à cet établissement, mais quel dommage que les voisins laissent leurs chiens libres dehors la nuit dans la ruelle où nous logions, nous avons été réveillés plus d'une fois par leur vacarme.

- LIAO (10/5): 美中不足是浴室，其它都很棒！屋主也很隨和，地點鬧中取靜，推薦可再度入住！ - 裡面花園環境很棒，有幾隻小貓咪嬉戲，陽台是吃早餐的好地方，廚房提供餐具很齊全，還有微波爐，鬆餅機，電火鍋。 有一間浴室淋浴間沒有簾幕，淋浴時地板都濕掉，失去乾濕分離的意義，另一間馬桶水箱有問題，按沖水後按鈕卡住，我們每次用沖馬桶完，自己維修。

- Ji Young (10/5): 매우 조용하고, 마치 미니 정글 속에 있는 듯한 느낌의 숙소 - 2024년 인도네시아 발리 우붓에서도 Oldy De Garden 느낌의 숙소를 선택 후 매우 만족했었기 때문에, 비슷한 바이브의 숙소를 찾고 싶었습니다. Old Town 북쪽과 매우 가까운 거리에 위치하고 있어 Old Town, Santitham, Nimman 지역으로 이동하기에 매우 적절한 위치였고, Bolt를 이용하여 드라이버를 부른다면 Night Bazaar가 위치한 지역으로도 이동이 매우 편리합니다. 숙소는 미니 정글 같은 느낌이 들며, 만약 리모트 근무로 치앙마이에 오래 머물게 된다면 적극적으로 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 치앙마이에서 친구네 커플을 잠깐 숙소로 초대했었는데, 친구네 커플도 매우 아름다운 공간이라고 칭찬했습니다. 또한 레이트 체크인을 하는데 전혀 문제가 없었고, 사랑스러운 주인 아주머니께서 자전거를 무료로 빌려주기도 하셨습니다! 아파트를 대여했던 만큼 키친을 사용할 일이 있었는데, 누군가 사용을 하고 치우지 않은 흔적이 있어 청결에 예민한 사람은 불편할 수 있겠다고 생각했습니다. 예를 들어, 전기포트에 이전에 누군가 사용했던 물이 담겨있었던 것과 냉동고에 이전에 누군가 사용했던 얼음이 그대로 있었고, 제가 사용하는 이불에 누군가의 혈흔이 묻어있었습니다.

- Zoe (10/5): Lovely stay in Chiang Mai - a great place to rest in the nature but still being near the old town. - Great stay in Chiang Mai to rest in the cool garden and cuddle/play with the cat and her kitten after being in the busy city. The owner adopted a stray cat that visited her regularly and is doing everything that she and her kitten have a great and safe life. Everyone is really friendly and there are several community spaces in the garden. Everything was nice and clean and well equipped and the owner provides you water and towels as well as chargers and bathroomstuff. The rooms could be even more isolated, so you don't hear the other person that lives with you in the apartment that much. It would be great if bed linen out of natural material would be provided.

- 昱晴 (8/5): 服務親切美好的體驗 - 整體相當滿意,空間大,有規劃儲物處,備有衣櫃與鞋櫃,環境非常便利,又鬧中取靜,非常推薦。給予95分評價。 唯獨熱水器出水不夠熱,且是電熱水器,前者用完熱水後,下一位使用者無法接續使用,須等熱水加熱,這是唯一的不足。

- gemxx (10/5): Piacevole sorpresa a Chiang Mai - Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dall'Oldy. Siamo arrivati la sera tardi e non ci siamo resi conto bene del posto. Invece la mattina ci siamo svegliati al suono degli uccellini perchè la struttura è circondata da un bel giardino ombroso. L'appartamento è spartano ma funzionale e pulito, dotato di una camera grande con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, cucina ben attrezzata e un ampio bagno. Ci sono zanzariere, condizionatore, microonde, bollitore. Vengono a pulire la camera se si desidera. Abbiamo avuto un problema allo scarico del lavandino e tempo 5 minuti erano arrivati a ripararlo. La posizione è appena fuori la Old Town raggiungibile in 10 minuti. A 50 metri c'è una lavanderia e un centro massaggi. Bar, ristoranti e soprattutto lo street food serale a 100 metri .

- Samantha (10/5): Peaceful, modern rooms, friendly hosts, really comfortable stay! - Beautiful gardens, peaceful and lovely, helpful hosts. Room was clean, modern & very comfortable. Loved the little kitchen. Short walk to the old city. We had a few issues with the plumbing, but the hosts immediately addressed this and it didn’t affect our opinion of this lovely place.
- Christa (10/5): Simply the best!!! - It felt like I was living in my own home, it was so comfortable there. I loved all the amazing plants surrounding my little unit. Also is a perfect location near Old City. I just loved it there and plan to stay again. The hosts were also very welcoming and helpful. I would score it a 10 out of 10!!! It would have been nice to have had a hot plate in the kitchen area just in case I wanted to prepare food.
